I booked an apartment in Casablanca, Morocco and prior booking I checked with the host and of course they confirmed immediately that I can book. The day of checkin, I wanted just to ask about the wifi to be shocked that the host rejects our booking at the very last minute without even thinking to inform us beforehand, If I did not call I would never known. The host was extremely super mega rude on the phone, a very short conversation that has nothing to do with the hospitality industry in general. He did not want to cancel, nor refund, nor help, or even answer the phone.
It was a very stressful situation so dont make my mistake and happy travelling.
