Steam as a web service is very good, but the UI can be a bit clunky. Especially if you are going to a link to Steam.com which will often force you to log into your Steam account even if you are already logged in elsewhere.
Steam need to update their 2 hour refund window to reflect the fact that many games now have tutorials that last as long as 6-8 hours (RDR2) and that consumers are not really given a good idea of if a game is good or not in this time. The bot-tastic "support" could also be updated to real people providing live chat help.
Tip for consumers:
Buy elsewhere.

several games but also several I tried to refund with no success.
Sometimes I'm unable to connect to their services when using a vpn or anything like that. Well, I understand that it might be shady for them, but when I'm abroad and want to have access to my game i HAVE to use vpn no matter what... Fix that please
I've been using steam for a long period of time.
I think that its completely awesome
Its not a scam Steam is one serious company so if you want a game you GET A GAME: DD Gta V is 26.50 $ and on G2a its like 36.50 so you can see the difference ;)
Steam is a DRM friendly platform, and allows developers to completely revoke access to games that you paid for.
Nothing wrong with steam itself, but that saves it from a perfect score.
So far i have had no problems with stream to be honest. The game review is also quite helpful. I don't use the social functions that much tho
Best gaming service ever!
They have a lot of top quality games, cheap and most of them are free.
Steam is the best in this business.
Steam is a miracle for all PC users. It has infinite numbers of games. But you should spend a plenty time to find a gem here.
Easy perfect experience. Good deals, sometimes there's even some decent free games and they make purchases painless
