Just an honest review. I ordered a fluorescent bulb and it was shipped in a timely manner, but was smashed in transit. I contacted them for a new bulb in sturdier packaging and they requested pictures of the damaged bulb and sent a replacement out immediately. They sent the second bulb in the same exact packaging and it arrived broken as well. I contacted them yet again and at this point the lady on the phone was rude and told me if the third one arrived broken that they would not refund me or send a replacement. Blaming me the customer for their poor packaging. I told her that they needed sturdier packaging and that I will not take responsibility for their packaging. She finally agreed to send a third bulb and she told me they would package it better. Well by some miracle it arrived in one piece even though they used the exact same packaging yet again. I'm glad they sent the bulbs but there are some poor business practices going on and they don't need to blame customers for something that is an internal issue that needs attention. If you are in the business of shipping lightbulbs you gotta be ready to pack them safely the first time.
