I was in search of a dry flow filter for my stillen GEN 3 intakes. Z1 motorsports did not have the filter I was looking for and when I got in touch with Stillen, they helped me out same day to get my package on the way. Estevan was very helpful.
I ordered a wing from them a year and 3 months ago and still have not received. They've changed the date 8 times to keep me on the hook and I keep hoping they'll actually send it. I've been out the $817 plus shipping for a LONG time now. Not impressed at all with this company. I'll update if I ever receive my wing. May end up cancelling soon. My car is all sanded down ready for paint.

None, they never sent me the product.
Aluminum radiator failed less than 2 years after install. At least 2 leaks were found when pressure tested. Return policy is only beneficial to the company and would cause me much extra money on my end and being without a vehicle for at least a week. Very dissatisfied with this company and it looks like many others are as well.

I bought something from these guys that never arrived to my door despite the tracking # saying it had arrived. While Stillen resent a new package in its place, when the original showed up I was honest and told them about it. A couple months later and a theft of the item from my car Stillen decided they were going to charge me full price for the item. When I tried to negotiate I was accused of stealing... Not good business. It was just one person but still it reflect badly on the company, and they chose to not address the issue further. I was disappointed.
I bought a cat back exhaust system from Stillen. Paid to have it professionally installed. It would not center. The pipes were pushed to the left and not the correct distance from pipe to pipe. It took over a month to convince them to look at it. They wanted photo after photo after photo. When they finally took it back they acknowledged it was the worst quality issue they had ever seen. Sent me a second. Fit better but still not exact. Done with them. The customer service guy (Mizael) was professional, There VP' was a coward. He was always out of the office or running errands'. Still don't know his name because he was protected. I will never so business with Stillen again.
Hello,
I really like what Stillen is about as a company and selling quality parts and offering performing quality service on millions of cars. However, after speaking with (Dean Doan, Shawn Stavis and Ken whom was working the phones this weekend on 1/25/14). I would have to say those 3 guys really turned me away from wanting to business with Stillen. Those 3 guys are just flat out rude, it was if they didn't have time to take my money! Although I have done business with Stillen in the past and the service has been great but that was over 2yrs ago and coming back to the 3 clowns is a slap in the face due to the type of service they were dishing out. I'm not sure how far this message will go but I would really like for someone to sit down with those 3 guys and teach them about customer service! As of now I will smile and take my business elsewhere.
Thanks,
Concerned Customer!
I went through their website and ordered a part which came for the wrong car. They blamed me and then told me it was through a 3rd party so there was nothing they could do. I ordered from the STILLEN website, your 3rd party four problem. Horrible customer service.
I ordered a Stillen front splitter for my 2017 Nissan Maxima. After carefully installing it with my nephew step by step going by the official Stillen YouTube video it fell off 5 days later on the highway. I went to retrieve it but was ruined on one side. I called them the next day took pictures of it and was told since I live in Texas with the heat the primer didn't make the tape stick and they could give me a discount on another BUT they couldn't give me a new one. I even showed them in the pictures taken the tape that was on my bumper still and the screws that were still in the splitter but wasn't good enough…I felt cheated especially since I paid $360 for the part only to have it ruined in 5 days. The gentleman I was dealing with Dean was very pleasant and tried to help every way possible but the President wasn't having it. I'll NEVER order anything from them again. NEVER and I'll let all my people know that as well.
Very displeased with the service provided from Stillen. I, ordered an Air Intake for a 2014 Nissan Maxima on 24 Feb 14 and it took an entire month for it to arrive (21 Mar 14). I was told on Feb 24th that it was on backorder until 3 Mar, then on 4 Mar, I was told it was on backorder until 17 Mar. When asked about a discount for my inconvenience, I was told that was impossible. I see now why there are bad reviews on this company. As a manager of a customer service organization, IF a situation like that happened, we would do all we could to let the customer know they were important to us. As a military retiree, I can also say this, indirectly, speaks to the professionalism of the company. End result, which appears all they care about, was that I received my intake although a month later.
Estevan Alejo, from STILLEN customer service, is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, I have NEVER seen some one whom cares so much regarding clients, as a buisiness man myself, u can Clearly indicate that he is The Most Valuable Asset which any Company can possibly wish for. I GARANTY you that their competitors are clearly aware of loosing clients when any of their client get a chance to communicate with Estevan Alejo. I hope their board of directors see this and Definitely appreciate such a DEVOTED Asset, whom is a TRUE Gentlman with an Unbelievable Loyalties to his employer. ABSOLUTELY Marvelous job, I am very difficult to impressed and he did it in a single email. GREAT JOB
I delt with Kenny at Stillen and ordered a set of 4 KW coilovers for my Polestar. He did say the lead time might be up to 12 weeks (what else is new these days), BUT the arrived DIRECTLY from Germany to my house in only about 5-6 weeks. Good job and great dealing with Kenny, good communication and up front about everything. Thanks again!
Previous site allowed for email quotes now a person has to call for a quote and the guy who deals with it is completely rude. The company. Defends his actions and he gets away with. It
I have been buying from Stillen 4 years, I had a G35 coupe and have a G37S coupe now. Everything I bought for my G35 coupe was perfect; Z tube intake, grounding kit, headers, exhaust... it goes on, but nothing for my G37S coupe was manufactured with ANY quality. I paid a lot of money for my Stillen Grille... my Infiniti dealership had to modify the front inside fascia of my car so it would bolt on, it did not match up, but I allowed them to do that and it worked and it looks good on the outside, so I was okay with that because I had a great history with them, but my next purchase was cross-drilled rotors and pads. I purchased the set for around $600, I went through two sets and they were both warped. Both times Infiniti went through Stillen's rigorous break-in steps, but both times, the runout measurements were out of specs, they tried to get me to try a third set or drive the second set until they were worn in, but after buying them and paying $2,000 in labor to try and make them suitable, I asked for a refund if I kept the 2nd set and they didn't wear in, but they said they would not refund afterwards.
I then said, no thanks, I want a refund now for your defective parts, they gave me a hassle, but thankfully, Infiniti was behind me which gave me a little leverage. They agreed to give me a FULL refund, so I sent the pads and rotors to them, they did not refund the pads, kept them and gave me a partial refund. I'm not sure what's happened to Stillen or their quality, but by their lack of caring for their customers now is very sad. Be aware!
