Order quote done on line; no follow up for over a week; I called left a message someone called back apologized for the over site and was to send to next department for design. Never heard anything again despite leaving messages. Sorry as I was looking forward to working with them.

Wonderful service on a last minute job we sent on a Saturday for turnaround early the following week. Trevor was super responsive, easy to work with, great pricing. The only downside was the image we provided was somehow not reproduced exactly when printed on the t-shirts--fonts came out differently than in the original artwork. Not sure what that was about, but overall it was great service at a great price.

Jason really worked with me to get my business cards just right, he even got the vibe I was looking for! Cards are great quality and his selection of cardstock, finishes, colors, and designs overall is quite extensive. Definitely going back for my printed needs

We needed suite numbers replaced at our industrial building. They did the work quickly. On one window they made a mistake and tore some window tinting, however, they owned the mistake and took care to correct it without added work for me. Cant ask for anything more than honest people and good work!

I was very satisfied with the out come of the finished product. The man who came out to greet me was very helpful and nice. I was in and out within 15 minutes or less, and I got to pick up the finished product four hours later. The man was even nice to send me a email to show me how it would look and if I would like to change anything. Great place.

There was NO WAY I was going to pay $1000 for wedding invitations. After doing my research, I decided to make my own design and take it to a local print shop. I had 5 shirts custom made for my son's 5th birthday. He's a huge Dragonball fan and I couldn't find any shirts in his size. I sent over 5 designs that were put onto shirts that came out awesome! I'll definitely have more custom shirts made in the future!

I am in the Chicagoland area and contacted Trevor at Eagle Printing for marketing materials for my sales guy in Arizona. I cannot tell you how impressed I was that Trevor was able to take my order over the phone and email, manufacture and print what I needed, and get it to my sales guy in what felt like a blink of an eye. The fact that this was an out of the blue, rushed job did not sacrifice any product quality and I was charged a more than fair price!

Trevor promised to deliver first thing Monday morning, but his delivery guy no showed on him... what does he do. He jumps in his personal vehicle and brought them directly to me... 5 stars

Referred by a friend with a beautiful business card, I made the trip from N. Phoenix to S. Kyrene to work with Eagle and at every step was impressed by the attention to detail and benefit of their experience. I provided an image from an earlier card that needed text updating, then they tweaked the image and created proof for me to approve. As in any print project, it's CRITICAL that you (and an exacting friend) carefully examine your proof. The tech cannot be expected to know details, or even spelling, in your business. In my case, I had Spanish on the back that required careful proofing, a change in font resulted in a change in line breaks, and there was a typo in the name of the granting organization. Their proofing policy (you must sign before printing) averted a disaster.

An aside, I might have given 4 and 1/2 stars here b/c we had delays on the proofing emails and I needed to accept a gloss card for their production schedule to meet my deadline. This is related to my timing, not their business practice, so be sure to give yourself plenty of time for careful proofing and communication. In my case, I make sure I have a permanent marker in my bag, b/c you can't add info to a gloss card - in my case, a phone number I didn't have until out of the U.S.

Overall, a great experience with a product far beyond what you might get with instant print at the local photocopy shot.
