My husband has been wanting a custom jersey for years, finally bought one and after two wears the letters fell off. When I emailed customer service about the issue they said we are sorry you are dissatisfied but it looks like you ordered over 90 days ago so there is nothing we can do. We paid over $40 per wear. Poor customer service and poor product. If I could give zero stars I would.

These people are useless! I ordered two items on their website and was never sent an e-mail about progress on shipping. When I called myself they informed me that my items were out of stock. When I checked the website at that exact moment they were still selling these items without updating that they were out of stock. I ask to cancel my order and get a refund and they tell me it is too far along to do that. I call back the next day, now the story has changed (apparently only 1 of 2 is out of stock) I ask to cancel the order then, still cannot do that. I call back a third time, finally am able to cancel my order and receive a refund after fighting and arguing my way through it. The return and refund is issued and I get my money back, only for the next day to receive an email that my item is being shipped out to me. I call again, only to be told that if I receive the item I will be charged for it again as they have authorisation to do that. IDIOTS! I will NEVER order from them EVER again.

I contacted Customer Service for assistance. Took 9 days for a nonsensical response. The response was that I have to contact them for assistance. Like What? I AM contacting you! Are these guys drunk?

They don't even send tracking number even if they send it via post! Worst experience ever! I've asked for a refund and I'm waiting still after 30 days I've purchased the merchandise

This review concerns the European NBA store (nbastore.eu).

Short version of review: Do NOT buy from them! Terrible service with too long processing time, and low quality merchandise.

Long version of review:
I ordered a jersey from one NBA player (i. E. it was not a custom print) and it took them more than one month to send it which was an unacceptably long time. I tried to contact customer service several times in the meantime, and each time they were comming up with new excuses. First they lied that the item was shipped, which was obvious lie because tracking link was saying that order is being "processed" and not sent yet. Later they said that they need to "re-send" the item which caused additional waiting time. Then after more than one month of waiting, the item finally arrived.The jersey was packed unprotected and shipped in a cheap plastic bag, and all the prints appeared damaged and of low quality. The letters were almost falling off from the jersey. I will NEVER again buy from this store. I do not know how do they still have license to call themselfs an official NBA store.

***1 star because I had to pick at least 1...But seriously a zero star in my book!
I was helping my daughter purchase items for her boyfriend on both the NBAshop.com and NFLshop.com (owned by the affiliate I believe) as she had told me that she had placed the same order twice, and both times it was canceled and refunded. So I tried placing the same orders and low and behold, my orders were also canceled and refunded. I "chatted" with them to find out what processing errors that were found that would cause them to immediately cancel and refund in less than an hour.
The representative stated that she could not see what caused it but most likely it was because the billing address did not match the card info.
I know that this is BS because I make it a practice to review my info anytime I place an online order, and I use the exact same info each and every time.
The fact that they cannot give you a definitive answer as to why so you can make corrections is ridiculous and wastes consumers time.
It only took these two experiences for me to never use these two sites again, and will definitely pass my experience on to family and friends to help sway them away from wasting their time! So Kudos NBA/NFLshop.com, you really know how to push customers away.

Tip for consumers:
Don't. You're just wasting your time. Shop local, even if in the mall.

Just had a "lovely"chat session with one of the reps regarding an order that was places a week ago today. Following my oprder, i received an email with confirmation that it was shipped, but the tracking number did not work so i thought to myself ok sure. It will get here soon it has been shipped- false! They didn't even ship it! No one had notified me that the email that was sent the day after my order, that it was false and that my item is not even on its way. I needed this item by a certain date as it was a birthday gift, so with the delay now i decided to order somewhere else since they didn't want to provide express shipping after they made a mistake. I then asked for the refund and the agent said it cant be canceled since its already processed! What is this?! They took my money right away and now they just want to keep it!
After a while, she said she will process a "ticket" and i will hear back from someone within 24-72 hours with their decision if they will cancel my order and refund me right away. This is ridiculous! I kept asking her questions and she kept saying thank you have a good day- didn't even try to resolve this for me even after I asked for a manager. I should have read the reviews before I placed an order! Dont order from them! Pay somewhere else a little more rather than this headache!

Just like many sites on here, I ordered over $650 (11 items) worth of Toronto Raptors Championship merchandise to avoid the huge lines at all the stores the day after their win.

The merchandise on the store said it wouldn't ship later than June 22,2019. Which was understandable. Not only did none of the merchandise ship before that date, the earliest item was shipped on June 26. Then on July 1 I receive an email that some of my items won't ship until July 30. That's where I demanded my refund for anything they hadn't sent. They sent a refund of $350 for 5 items even though there were still 4 items outstanding that I did not have a tracking number for. To this date, I have only 2 tracking numbers for 2 items of the 11 I originally ordered. Not to mention when they sent a reply to my inquiry about demanding a refund they told me they were refunding me for the following items: "Insert Item Description here". That is what they literally sent. So I had to send a follow up email to ask them if they could send a competent email so that I didn't have to figure out what they are refunding me for and what items not to expect in the mail.

Their website for your account history is negligible. Once they process your order there is no history of your order. You must go back to your email that you receive confirming the order. Any links to see your tracking will ask you to log into the website again, even if you are logged in already and then it just takes you to the home page because there is no information.

Never again will I order from this store. I ordered 3 t shirts from them which I didn't receive until a month later and after several calls to them. The championship hype has even died down at this point. At first they sent me the wrong shirt then they told me that they would send out the right one with express shipping so I should get it the following week. That took 2 weeks then the 2nd shirt didn't arrive when they told me it would so now I'm on call number 3 to them and they tell me it wasn't shipped out yet and they will again send another by express shipping. At that point I asked for a refund for it just to get it the next day so despite their incompetence, I still got it. Now shirt number 3 also finally arrives but guess what, the image on it is lopsided and it just looks weird and wrong when worn. Clearly the printing was done so horribly and now I have to call them yet again to send this one back and get a refund. If I wanted such quality, I could have just gone to the flea market and paid $5 and the quality would actually be better than this AND I would get the shirt on the same day! I am so disappointed with this whole experience that I will never again shop at this store and would strongly advice anyone not to either. If you are in Canada, save yourself the headache and just shop at sport check. Better quality for the same price and you have the option of getting your stuff on the same day. Why oh why didn't I just do that!

I purchased a jersey as a Christmas gift at the beginning of December 2016. On Dec 9th I received an email saying my order had shipped. The tracking number said it would arrive Dec 18th. On December 19th I still had not received my order so I sent an email to customer service to both the NBA Store and the shipping company. When I didn't hear back from anyone I called Customer Service. According to Customer Service my order had never reached the shipping company and they were out of stock so they couldn't re-ship my item.
When asked if they would re-send the item when it was available for the same cost I paid for the original jersey I was told No and that I would have to pay full price. I think that is such poor customer service, I will never order from this company again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

They will just take your money and nothing will happen from there. They seem fully legit and are even suggested on some blogs' "where to buy jerseys" lists. BUT THEYRE SCAMMERS.

My order's Tracking Number doesn't work, they say it doesnt even exist.

I thought maybe there was a delay, but I realized I was probably being scammed when there was no way to contact customer service. The "customer service" is an automated chat that just redirects you to FAQ.

I ordered a jersey from nba store on Nov 23rd and on Nov 24th I ordered a jersey from $#*!s Sporting Goods.

On Nov 28th I checked the status of my orders. The tracking information for jersey I ordered from $#*!s shows it will be arriving on Nov 29th which I think is efficient and great service!

On the flip side, when I checked on my order from nba store it is still showing as pending. I contacted customer service and was told that they'll be shipping my order on the 29th, and was told its expected to arrive on Dec 10th.

I find the nba store's snail pace method of processing and shipping orders to be very unprofessional and inconsiderate to customers and will never order anything from them again!

Ordered on 7th December with guarantee to be with me by 16th December! Just cancelled order today on 29th December with no show of jersey and no help from NBA store! 6 calls to NBA store and fed, enough is enough! Never order from NBA store its a joke. Bad service, the worst customer service. Maybe NBA store to big for small costumers. Never will any of my bussiness or friends or family will pass through NBA store.

This was the absolute worse experience I have ever had. We ordered a youth large Nets jersey for around $50. We received a men's Large Ewing classic with a tag of $300. We thought we did the right thing by returning the more expensive one thinking we would get what we ordered in return. We were wrong. They said it shipped. We got a shipping #, but only a label was created. After a few days, I went to chat help. They said Fed Ex hasn't updated, but it will be here in two days. It never showed up. I went to chat help again, they said the order had been canceled at my request. I NEVER canceled. They said my card had been refunded. It wasn't. I went to chat help again. The agent was very rude, and basically told me to shut up while he was reading the notes on the account. I then said I wanted a supervisor. They said they can do a call back and hung up. I then called and was hungry up on when I was explaining the situation. My husband then called, finally got a supervisor. We found out the order was never canceled, it was lost. Supposedly, we will have the jersey in 2 days. I'm not holding my breath. Be cautious when purchasing from this site.

I ordered a Boston Celtics Cloud Pillow on 12/6/19 and it said that the item will be shipped in 3-7 days. Then I received an email stating that this item is expected to ship by
Thursday, December 12,2019 and expected to arrive by Monday, December 23. Mind you this wasn't mentioned when I placed the order. I immediately called customer service and advised them that I needed to change the shipping address as I would not be home to collect the package on 12/23. The agent agreed and said no problem. When I reached out again w/ the new address, Juanita informed me the agent provided me with wrong info, a change of address was not possible and I could not cancel the order either. WTF! It has not even been 1 hour since I placed the order, how could I not be able to cancel. I was frustrated by her cavalier attitude. I requested to speak to a supervisor. After several minutes on hold, sup Tysia came on and provided useless answers to my concerns: Could not change address, doesn't guarantee time of delivery, cannot cancel once order is placed. Tysia was rude, unprofessional with a non-existent customer service attitude. I was dumbfounded by her lack of empathy. I never had such a horrible experience and should have read the reviews first before placing this order. NEVER again, this company is a scam with the poorest customer service ever!

Do not buy anything from them, as their sizes make no sense and they push those mistakes onto customers don't care if your spending near HUNDRED DOLLARS ON A TSHIRT for it to come one size as you buy another the same size wouldn't fit a child, returns are making the customer pay to return their FAULTY PRODUCTS do not get scammed the items are cheap and fall apart of ven if they come with threads cut you have to pay them to return no matter what SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAMMY SCAM

Don't it's all out of country made and the sizes and quality is in a dumpster. And if you think ,"I'll just return it", think again they charge you to return each item even when it's their faulty products

I bought three sweatshirts all medium two will fit SHAQ and the other won't fit my 9 year old son these are a hundred dollars plus a price and the zippers broke on two after a week, they have faulty products and their return policy mimics the items, push it off into customer then force customer to pay more for the store to correct their own mistakes, I'd say this is well below Walmart, target, and any other of the lower prices stores all have amazing return policy especially when it's clearly the companies fault the product is $#*!ty. I will never buy anything from this scam place again. I will be filing with the BBB

Do not order from any of the Fanatic websites (NBA Store, NFL Shop, etc)! I placed an order on NBA Store for a Golden State Warriors hoodie. It appeared to be in stock on the website. A couple of days later I received an email that there was a delay and no shipping information was available and that I could cancel at any time. I called three times to cancel and see when I would get a refund. Got the run-around every time I called. "Oh, we have to write up a ticket. You should receive an email. We can't issue you as refund because the back end department does that." These people are CON ARTISTS! The supervisor I was directed to on the last call (if she actually was a supervisor) initially tried to give me a 30% off coupon. Huh?

These people are CON ARTISTS. I wish I had come across these reviews before I placed my order. The negative reviews are true and I question the validity of any positive reviews since I wouldn't put it past Fanatics to have their employees post the positive revies. If you have had the unfortunate luck of dealing with these people and have trouble getting your money back I encourage you to contact your state Attorney General's office and file a consumer complaint. What the Fanatics is doing is fraud and theft!

Do not order anything from this site if you actually want to receive your item.

I placed an order on December 3rd, and about 8-10 business days later, I contacted customer service to see where my order was, they told me the order had to be cancelled due to a "system error." I was not notified of this error until I called customer service. Then they told me they would place the order again for me and contact their warehouse to make sure it was shipped promptly and upgraded my order to next day shipping. Again, I never heard anything of my item being shipped, so I called them back on 12.19, and they told me that my item still hadn't shipped and they couldn't guarantee that it would be here by Christmas (again, this is an order I originally place back on 12.3!) So I was pissed off and just cancelled the order, knowing I will never order from them again.

Then I check their website about 10min ago, and they're showing the item I tried to purchase (twice) as in stock and guaranteed to arrive before 12.23 or its free! But, how can that be? I tried to order this twice and I still have no product. I called customer service to get an explanation and they keep giving me the same run around.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE. AWFUL. JUST AWFUL.
