I ordered a slam magazine Allen Iverson shirt. Was nervous about receiving my order on time considering reading all the bad reviews. After ordering it shipped the next day and was delivered less than a week later!
My husband has been wanting a custom jersey for years, finally bought one and after two wears the letters fell off. When I emailed customer service about the issue they said we are sorry you are dissatisfied but it looks like you ordered over 90 days ago so there is nothing we can do. We paid over $40 per wear. Poor customer service and poor product. If I could give zero stars I would.
Ordered two shirts to celebrate Raptors championship. Despite them knowing they did not have either in stock as advertised/pictured on their site, they kept it up online to be ordered. One shirt I ordered a male size medium and after 1.5 months later when 4 other items in the delivery already arrived, they ended up shipping me a completely different shirt which was a women's size L. Had to contact customer service and get a refund. The other shirt I ordered a men's medium and they sent a completely different shirt. For this one I had to send it back to get the refund but made them waive the return fee. Will never order clothing online from them ever again, only jerseys and that's only if I cannot find them anywhere else.
A while later they had sales on NBA pins so I ordered a group of them. Instead of shipping it together, they shipped them in groups of 7 separately. 2/3 shipments coming from NY arrived but the third shipment sat unprocessed for a week in Las Vegas before being shipped the second week, arriving in my country the third week, then sent back to Vegas without a delivery attempt for no reason. Had to contact customer service and made them issue a refund of the original order's shipping cost plus the cost of the pins and they said they'd send a new order of the pins as a replacement free of charge.
Ordered a paperweight trophy and bobblehead which were pre-order and are set to ship in September and October. Guess I will have to wait and see if they arrive on time...
Honestly I think the website has good intentions but it seems their distribution network and shipping partners mess up the most. The staff I talk to on the chat function or phone are very sympathetic and even they feel bad for how the customers go through. They are always ready to help you in whatever way they can.
I purchased a Kobe jersey on 26/01/2020, the day he passed away. I paid for express delivery which stated on the website that it would take no longer than 3 days but should be next day if purchased before 7pm, which I had done. 8 days later I've emailed 3 times asking where the hell it is as it's not trackable. To which I had an email back telling me it hadn't been received by the factory yet. Emailed again, same reply and told to wait for an email. Yesterday I emailed again, I was told they couldn't give me a delivery date because they're out or stock. I replied saying I paid express delivery and want that refunded as the delivery timeframe promise hadn't been fulfilled. They replied telling me it was out of stock and not being sold anymore, that they would not refund me but would put the money onto my NBASTORE account to use on their website! And low and behold, every item now on their website has risen the prices by over £125 more than the item I paid for. So I have just lost over £110. I ordered a damn jersey with express delivery, they took my money, doubled the prices and told me I'm not even receiving my damn delivery amount back for something that was never delivered! DO NOT GIVE THIS WEBSITE YOUR MONEY
WOW! Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! I ordered 5 Golden State items immediately after they won the championship. First off their system was all screwed up that night so they charged my credit card for TWO IDENTICAL ORDERS! I waited nearly two weeks for my items to arrive and then finally contacted customer service to find out what the hold up was. I was told they were special event items that took a little longer but was ASSURED ALL ITEMS would be shipped no later than June 30th. It is NOW July 30th and I still have NOT RECEIVED the jacket I ordered. When I did FINALLY receive the other four items on my order one of the shirts had a hole in it. I contacted customer service to find out where the HELL my jacket was and tell them about the hole in the shirt. I was told the jacket would NOT SHIP until get this October 30th and that it was posted on the website. I still DO NOT SEE ANYWHERE that states this jacket will not ship until October 30th and I certainly saw no mention of it when I ordered it. In addition I was told ALL the items on my order would ship no later than June 30th. They did offer to refund or replace the shirt withe the hole however after 3 more emails to them - I still have yet to see a replacement shirt or get a response.
Trash quality, not 100% cotton, communication = 0, I paid 30e for extra delivery(1-4) = 10 days bro...

I ordered a Raptors hooded sweatshirt on October 25th as a Christmas gift for my husband. When I received my order confirmation, it told me the estimated arrival date was November 25th. On November 24th my estimated arrival date was updated to December 22nd. I was annoyed, but understood that Covid-19 was causing shipping delays and I only needed it to arrive for Christmas. It did not arrive on December 22nd. On December 23rd, the arrival date was updated to January 8th. I spent over $100 on this sweatshirt. If I'd been told at the time that it would arrive after Christmas, I could have cancelled my order and given him something else. As it was, I did not have time to get him another Christmas gift. I feel they were being intentionally deceptive so that I would not cancel my order. I would NEVER ORDER FROM NBA FANATICS AGAIN.

So I placed an order with nba store well over a month ago. When I placed my order the product had literally just become available on the website as it was not there the night before when I was on. So I placed the order and paid for shipping of 2-5 business days. So I waited patiently for an email confirming my order which I received but furthmore never received any other corresponding emails. I contacted customer service and they had no idea what was going on with my order and said it would ship out no later then a specific date because the item I ordered was a special event item. I said ok no problem they said the latest I should receive my order was the 11th of July. And it would be shipped out no later then the first at which point I would receive my texting number. So I waited until the first and did not receive anything. Contacted them again and they fed me more bull $#*! and said call ba k tomorrow (the 2nd) to let our systems process what is going on. So I call d back the n ct day and was told the item was not shipped because they are sold out. They are sooooooooooooooo dumb I ordered it a month ago. They didn't just ship the last one the day before. They are a garbage company. I can get nba gear anywhere and will gladly get it from anywhere else but the nba store as they are absolulty stupid beyond belief. So after a month of getting played by them being told sooooooo many different things other then the truth they decided it was better to refund me my money then deal with the facts which is they $#*!ed up harddddddd

I attempted to purchase a jersey and a sweatshirt as registered user from their EU online store. Hereby, I will try to recapitulate briefly my nasty experience, which in not only unacceptable for the current established practices in the market but, I dare to say, transcends the boundaries of common acceptable manners and jeopardizes common courtesy. The order was never completed (due to a system malfunction) and the payment procedure was not finalized. I decide to try once more with the same result. So far, so good, you might think; nothing bought, nothing paid, nothing to worry about. The fly in the ointment is that, although I have not received any confirmation email from the server yet and the order does still not appear in my account page (that section remains blank), my credit card was charged twice! I have already turned to the site by email (4 messages in total) and received just 1 answer (it just mentioned that the debacle was attributed to a technical problem and that the confirmation message has been sent to all affected recipients - it didn't reach me, nevertheless). Until now I have not been given any logical, personalized, detailed explanation for what happened and so I was obligated to send them a formal letter of complaint. Meanwhile, I am not aware if and when am I going to receive any articles and whether the amount will be refunded (I have repeatedly required them to do so). Unfortunately, the current situation can be only as quite horrendous described and thanks to the incompetence or, rather, indifference of the customer service department, it signifies a deadlock. I am still waiting for an apology, a shipment notification or any form of compensation. It is immensely incomprehensible and totally unfair to incur such a financial loss, to vacillate between precariousness and hopelessness or simply pour money down the drain because of the mediocrity or, I dare to say, the aloofness of their customer service department. To put it in a nutshell, the communication gap, the below-average service and the tendency to neglect queries from clients lead to an absolutely exasperating feeling.

I ended up ordering a Kobe Bryant jersey once I saw they were in stock. It came up to about $330 with taxes. As soon as I checked out the order my card notified me I was charged, no big deal, I'm expecting that. Maybe about 3 minutes later I get an email in my junk folder explaining that my order was canceled. I Immediately called my bank and as i'm looking at my transactions, they explained and it shows that they charged me but then the bank canceled and returned my money. (Bank Of America, get your sh*t together). So of course me being a fiend for a Kobe Bryant jersey I go back on the website and order it again. Order goes through, my card charged, everything looks good. I wake up the next day to see my order was canceled but this time my money wasn't refunded. I now call the nbastore.com customer service number which is not easy to find on their website. I speak to a woman with a very heavy accent who then explains to me that it shows that they have the order but it hasn't been canceled, just give it 24 hours. I then wait exactly 24 hours to call back and now I get another person telling me that I need to call *******466 to speak to a "Fan Pro". I then ask her why do I need to speak to this fan pro? She then tells me she has no idea why and I have to call them. I later call and get an automated message stating the number may no longer be in service, but I may be able to qualify for home insurance. I just ended up calling my bank and disputing the order, Now I have to wait for how many days to get my money back. I wanted that Kobe jersey so bad, but unfortunately, the nbastore.com will never get a penny from me.

I ordered a Mitchell and Ness HWC Swingman Orlando magic 96-97 warm up jacket about a month and a half ago. Whole browsing all I saw was sizes like 2xb XB XLT etc. I tried to look at their sizing chart for more info on what tf this even means and to no avail. Had absolutely no info or clarification on waht thes sizes meant. So I was forced to look on the internet to find out what it meant. Once there I found out that these were big and y'all sizes and I tried to see recommendations on waht sizes to buy online and on the nba store. So I bought one because I really wanted one not knowing how big these would be. (Mind you I tried to look for info online for what 2xb meant and many sites told me they fit well for guys underneath six feet) It takes about a month for me to recieve the item and shipping prices were insanely expensive. Once I get it the jacket is humongous. Since I had misleading and vague info about sizing I bought it. Anyway nba store is garbage and awful, expensive shipping and vague and garbage sizing charts. Do not recommend one to buy from here
