I ordered a slam magazine Allen Iverson shirt. Was nervous about receiving my order on time considering reading all the bad reviews. After ordering it shipped the next day and was delivered less than a week later!
My husband has been wanting a custom jersey for years, finally bought one and after two wears the letters fell off. When I emailed customer service about the issue they said we are sorry you are dissatisfied but it looks like you ordered over 90 days ago so there is nothing we can do. We paid over $40 per wear. Poor customer service and poor product. If I could give zero stars I would.

The ordered items from the nba store over a month ago and some of the items have still not been shipped. When I placed the order, it said 2-7 business days. They sent only one email saying items would be delayed within a window and now that period has been exceeded. No follow ups, no apologies or compensation. Some of the items were gifts and now are basically pointless. I would recommend that you never purchase an item from the nba store. Avoid this company, do not support them. They don't care about their fans.
Frankly for a multi-billion dollars franchise all the experience leaves quite to be desired, first of all it's extremely difficult to get ahold of someone from customer service, secondly the shipping and delivery takes too much time and last but not least the quality of the items is really bad, the masks that I have ordered don't even have the logo or the holographic label, it's almost as if they're not official merch, the t-shirt was bad quality and arrived already stained with sticky material, all and all awful experience!
I'm in shock of how this company is conducting themselves relating to my refund. They said my refund was declined and I need to go through my bank and dispute the original purchase! The date of purchase doesn't fit within my banks criteria and my bank said that there is no reason why a refund would be rejected- Even on an expired card! NBA.ca won't even assist in verifying the card info with me or any other info and has slammed the door in my face! Are you kidding me? You consider this matter closed? What kind of customer service is that!? It's shocking behavior.
I ordered jerseys as a Christmas gift to my son with expensive next day delivery service. About a month later my parcel still hasn't arrived. The awful customer service aren't responding to emails and they haven't given me a refund. My money is gone!
I don't think this is a genuine business nor that the real NBA would be associated with them! I'm reporting them as fraudulent to the police action fraud unit.

Long story short, I ordered a Kobe jersey that was supposed to be at my house by 1/28/20. These bums claim they never sent it to the shipping company. So of course they resell it (probably for more money). On top of that, they keep my money and don't even notify me. It was an authentic Hardwood Classic Kobe rookie jersey. These bums ruined my whole week. Don't purchase from them. How do you "forget to send it to the shipping warehouse"? So much bull$#*!. Anything for more profit tho I guess.
The material gives my skin an allergic reactions. The patches are iron on. There is an elastic band on the shoulder. When requested my refund for $109.00 this was their response."thanks for your feedback, how about we give you $10 refund for compensation, then you keep the items, thanks." Are you kidding me!

Attempted multiple different orders from this site. Every order was cancelled with no explanation other than that they were unable to verify my orders. No idea what this means as I used a valid address and multiple valid payment methods. Items also appear to be in stock. They say that they are unable to discuss orders via email communication.

If the first order you try gets cancelled, every order you attempt will probably also get cancelled.

Nba store is still trash. Left a review back in January. Never received my custom jersey. $#*! nba store and anyone who is affiliated with it. Trash trash trash and more trash. I made a purchase for 2 items which were never received! When I made the transaction it had payment options which I chose to use PayPal. Someone by the name of Terrence Guerra received the $99.99 and I never received my items. I hate you cyber punks that rob us hardworking individuals for our money. Websites like this shouldn't even be allowed to operate. RIDICULOUS
I received an email that package would be delivered Monday, June 26,2017. Sad to say they did not deliver and birthday party was held for son who was devastated since his t-shirt did not arrive. Not only that but now there is no delivery date just a question mark on the tracking. So much for free delivery service. Which was stated at the time of order free shipping via Fed Ex but NBA Store in order to save money handed it off to US Postal Service and we all know they are undependable NBA Store attempts to cover their behind by changing delivery date on order. They do not keep their word on delivery. We will never oder from them again. We refuse to do business with people that don't keep their word. I might be only one person but I wonder how many other people have been disappointed and not stated their displeasure.
Ordered team logo face coverings May 17,2020. Took my Payment right away, didn't receive products until June 30,2020. Not safe to wear, couldn't breathe, way too tight, can't breathe or talk with mask on, tried on for 30 seconds maybe, got a headache almost right away, called customer service next, had me on hold awhile but came back an offered me 30% refund. I said that's unacceptable your items were not as described, mainly the breathability factor, honestly it felt like someone had their hand over my nose and mouth and I couldn't talk or breath right. Asked the rep to ask her supervisor again to refund the purchase in full, she put me on hold again and came back with 30% refund on this order and 30% off a future order, final offer, I declined.
I ordered a few things over two weeks ago and still not here. The tracking numbers they sent me do not work. I found out that one item was shipped from a city just 2 hours drive from my home, yet Fedex took it to another state and now its coming back. 6 days to deliver a package from 100 miles away. Why they dissing the NBA fans?!
No legitimate phone number. No legitimate tracking details. No informative responses to email enquirers looking for lost order. These guys will evade providing you information. Repeatedly ask for address, email and name to avoid answering questions. Customer service is certainly not a priority. They will take your money and not provide your items. What a nightmare! I bought a product that was NOT as described. It costs $9.99 to get a return shipping label AND $9.99 for the refund to be put back on your credit card. That's $20.00 for the return. I will NEVER buy from this site again. What a rip-off!

I ended up buying the same items from realsports.ca and the shipment arrived. Realsports did have a disclaimer stating that due to the high volume of orders the shipment would take approx 14 days... which it did. NBAstore.ca have changed my shipment date 3 times already. DO NOT ORDER FROM NBAstore.ca There are other nba licensed sites that will be much faster.
Do NOT buy from these guys. They are a scam! I ordered a Jersey shirt, then 3 days later I realised I never received a confirmation email. I went to contact them, but they had no contact details. Thinking something was wrong, I checked the reviews and I was so gutted when I saw the ratings and people talking about how they got scammed. They take your money and don't actually send anything to you, or in some people's cases send them random cheap things. I was lucky enough to have used PayPal and thankfully received a refund. Please save yourself and do not buy!
I bought a jersey on this website only due to price and that it stated to ship same day. I thought perfect, 3-7 days shipping, maybe I'll get lucky and get closer to 3 than 7. I check back next day and it was still pending, the next day it said new. I had to call to get answers and the csr stayed there were shipping delays from that warehouse and was not sure when it would ship. First of all, someone should have contacted me. I ordered it due to price and ship times. If I knew it was going to take 2 days just to process I would have gone to the local pro shop. Now my package will arrive after my husbands birthday, my fault for waiting. When I expressed to the csr someone should contact me and now should expedite my shipment she was not able to do so. Expedited shipping was no lo longer being offered. These people have useless answer for everything. Not using them again.

NBA store never sent the Jersey I ordered and they didn't tell me they cancelled the order till I reached out to them multiple times. Then they sent me a coupon that couldn't even be used on the item 1 item I needed to buy as a gift. Completely unprofessional. Will never purchase from this site again.

I ordered two jerseys and said was in Production for 6 weeks -- and nothing. Couldn't reach anyone to help and couldn't even cancel the order. Had to contact credit card company to stop payment. The online store is supposedly out of Europe and they give you a London +44 number to call. Totally Fraud!
Bought a jersey for my grandson, when it came it was to big. Returned via label provided. Jersey cost $45.84, return credit received was $28.52 take out return charge of $9.99 means I was shorted by $7.33 tried to resolve with online chat which just cut me off after I got to "i'm short on refund". Last time for me.
