I ordered a slam magazine Allen Iverson shirt. Was nervous about receiving my order on time considering reading all the bad reviews. After ordering it shipped the next day and was delivered less than a week later!

“Poor product, letters fell off after two wears”

My husband has been wanting a custom jersey for years, finally bought one and after two wears the letters fell off. When I emailed customer service about the issue they said we are sorry you are dissatisfied but it looks like you ordered over 90 days ago so there is nothing we can do. We paid over $40 per wear. Poor customer service and poor product. If I could give zero stars I would.

My son purchased me a sweater for Christmas in November. It didnt arrive until 2 days before xmas. When my husband called asking where it was he was told the sweater was out of stock even tho it didnt say so online. When it arrived the black sweater was very faded like it had been washed before. It was also extremely small. We returned it but because we are in Canada they would not send us a return label and we had to pay to return it ($14). A couple weeks after returning it we still did not get a refund we called and they said they would refund it but it will take 7 business days until we get the refund back.

Jose was amazing to work with. When I first called about my issue I was told 24-72 hours and someone would get ahold of me but I was contacted within hours even on the weekend! I was treated with respect a d professionalism. Jose helped me figure out my issue and assured my needs were met!

Went on line to buy 2 custom Bulls Jersey's, hat and sandels, the lady told me that i payed for 3 Jersey's and that i ordered them in all Medium sizes, and witch i had ordered 2 different sizes in a M and XL. Mean while the lady on the phone was rude and cruel. She told me that i had to wait for them to ship to me and they will donate them to charity and thats it, so im stuck paying for 3 Jersey's and i only thought i bought 2 jerseys. You guys make enough money, stop stealing money from the less fortunate.

Zero rating. These people are horrible.
Ordered a t-shirt as a special surprise for my son's 14th birthday in plenty of time - we live in New Zealand. The birthday came and went. Put it down to COVID to start with then after 2mths I tried using on-line contact with no response so I emailed the customer service. Very poor response claiming the site said there would be a delay due to waiting for stock from supplier - this was NOT on the site when I placed the order. After pushing for an arrival date they advised me mid Sept - this is 4mths later! Still no sign of the t-shirt. I've asked for a refund but I'm not holding my breath.

Don't use this site it is a scam.

I ordered 2 mugs off of this site for $30.2 months later the 76ers logo falls off of one of them. These mugs without the logo would otherwise cost 25 cents. I messaged their customer service about this and they told me to wait 2-3 days. I wait 4-5 days and get no answer. I message them again and it's the same thing, I wait a week and again nobody gets back to me. I message them a third time and they now tell me that the 90 day policy for returns has passed! They made me wait out the time for their policy to expire... ridiculous, I am never going to buy anything from them again.

I ordered a customized jersey and 1 minute later I realized I ordered a wrong size. I called the customer service 3 times and everytime got stuck on the line over 10 minutes and nobody picked up the phone. I called when they had bank holidays (day after my order) and twice the day after - morning and afternoon.

In addition I wrote them 2 mails (first) less then 10 minutes straight after the order (sunday).

Then I managed to reach customer service line under different number which was not able to give me any information about orders starting with digit 1. Only orders starting with 9. I sent them 2 mails with my order details as well and they promissed me to reach the correct department and solve this (still the first day after your bank holiday).

Few days later they wrote me that my jersey (the incorrect one) was successfully sent to my address.

When I described them (again) my situation they told me it is my fault and they wont pay me my money back. I strongly do not recommend.

I placed am order on Nov 25. It says it's still in processing but also says expected delivery is Dec 14th. Today is Dec 16th. Nothing! I will never order here again. Use a more reputable site! If I ever get my order, I will review the actual merchandise

I'm sorry but when you pay a tee-shirt 100€... The MINIMUM is to deliver it in a box! I was chock that it was just in a poo transparent plastic bag.

Now I get to find a beautiful box so it doesn't looks like a $#*!y present

I ordered a pair of shoes for my son on October 26th and paid for three day shipping. My card was charged, I got an email confirmation, and I received a tracking number when they were shipped October 27th. The tracking said the estimated delivery was November 1st. Then it was delayed until the 4th. On Nov 4th it updated to "out for delivery." Never got the shoes. I emailed the delivery service, Lasership, and the response was sorry for the delay they are working on it. Still didn't have them as of November 7th so I emailed again and got the same response. Today is Nov 8th and I call NBA Store only to find out the shoes never shipped because they were out of stock! What the heck?! I am supposed to be getting a refund(I better be!) but I am curious what package was supposedly being tracked and why they charged my card and confirmed shipping if they were never sent?!

They suck. I got a phx suns jersey from them that was terrible quality. And when i ordered a houstin rockets shirt they cancelled the order for no reason and never got a refund. NBA FANS BEWARE. Go to mitchell and ness to get good stuff.

Please be aware!
There will always be another item in your basket as you want.
Than the whole story begins:
They will tell you it had been their technical problem and that they would get in touch with you whithin 72 hours.
Well, they won't. Then you complain.
Then they tell you, you would get the product by xy date. Well, you won't! You complai again.
Their chat doesn't work since several weeks. You complain. Because you want your order or your money back after 2 weeks of email changes. No answer.
If you finally got an answer from the customer service, every time it is somebody else, telling you every time sy else!
Summary: i am still waiting for my order or for my money back.

This has been such a horrible experience. First before I place my order and it says its going to be max 7-10 business days. Great so I order it because I need it for a gift and after I've paid it gives me a completely different time frame. When I spoke to customer service the lady was absolutely useless and pretty much told me there wasn't anything that could be done. Today I received 1 of 2 items and it's freaking WRONG! NOT EVEN THE SAME TEAM! Needless to say there's nothing they can do but send the right one to me and it will get here when it does... Probably after the date I need it. I do not reccomend buying anything from their website at all!

I will simply never ever ever buy any NBA merchandise again. Bought a Klay Thompson jersey Nov 17th 2020 at 8:01PM EST. Less than 24 hours after this, Klay Thompson tore his Achilles and it was announced he would be out for the season. Contacted NBA store about this asking for a refund, and they said I was subject to the partial refund policy. Absolute insanity, these people are first class morons writing their policy and I am 23 years old - I will literally never support the NBA with my earnings from my bank job/investments/businesses owned and will spread the word throughout my vast & growing network of people. It's unacceptable to treat people like this even if there wasn't a global pandemic. Disappointed and disgusted with this horrendous brand known as the NBA. Done watching the sport.

I ordered a Cavs warriors tee shirt in black, I received a blue Caves Eastern division champion ship tee shirt. They have the picture of the shirt when you choose a size there was no way I chose the wrong shirt.on top of that they sent me a e- mail with tracking info. They sent a copy to my email at my request when I checked the order date, it said 5/26/17when I checked my email for that day there was nothing from nbastore. Com. They say it was my fault and then want $5.50 to return the shirt. Inmy opinion this is no way to run a business and I will be lodging a complaint with the BBC. I urge you not to purchase from them they obviously don't care about their customers.

Very disappointed in the site. I ordered shirt for my daughter on October 28th for Christmas and NEVER received the order. I emailed several times before Christmas and was promised delivery by Dec 20. I have since emailed several more times with NO reply. DO NOT order from this company!

Ordered a fitted hat over 2 months ago with a guaranteed shipping date of August 20th. I thought that was an excessive amount of time, but I waited. August 20th came and went with no notification that the item had shipped. I called in and was told it would arrive by August 29th guaranteed. Today, I received an email that the order was canceled! They claim that the item was oversold, yet no notification of this for over 2 months! Huge waste of time, do not order from here.

Excited for the City Edition jersey so I bought it for $150. Thought it was a little high but it was the only place I could find it so I didn't think about it too much. I didn't notice anywhere to enter a custom name and the jersey in the picture had Jokic's name on it. I selected Jokic from a drop down menu as well, so nothing seemed unusual.
Then the same jersey went on sale 3 days later for half the price. So I tried to return the expensive one and they told me I couldn't because it was a "custom" jersey. But it has all the same tags as the swingman version, only they took it out of the plastic bag and cut the portion of the tag that says swingman on it off. Plus Jokic has an accent mark over the letter 'c' that I don't even think I could add if I typed in the name for a custom jersey.

I ordered a magic johnson lakers swingman jersey and the pictures showed that it was stitched but it wasn't at all. So the warehouse sent me a email saying that the authentic is out of stock, I checked and they have them.

This place is a joke! Ordered my son a Christmas present early December. Tracked my package and it is stuck at Fedex waiting for a shipping label! 3 Weeks since it was ordered! Called customer service and they apilogized and said we will get another shirt out for you the first order appears to have gotten lost. I said I need it expedited at YOUR cost this is a Christmas gift! They said sure no problem. Call back again today to find out it CANT be expedited it is a 4 day order period whatever that means! And it appears your first order is moving and should arrive on the 24th end of the day. I pull ul Fedex and it says the 26th! And then they say the replacement order will need to be returned as we can no longer cancel it... I will tell you what BOTH orders are being sent back and I will NEVER do business here EVER again! I am so pissed off!

I purchase a varsity jacket on December 4th and the estimated arrival date was December 14th. I reached out by chat like 3 times, especially once I saw my order said processing still. It had already been a week and a couple of days. Each time I reach out by chat I received different answers or no answers at all besides that I would receive it by the 14th. Once the 14th was here and it was not received I was pissed! I reached for the 4th time and the lady told me the item has not been shipped yet and it's being sent to an escalation team. Which they would get back within 2-3 days. I explained to the lady I really wanted the coat and not a refund. The so call escalation person reach out and explained they had not heard back about the coat and they will let me know something soon. The next day or 2 my money was refunded and I got no explanation! I was pissed! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL NOT GET THE
ITEM!

This site is an about scam they dont respond to emails, never got my product from the sight either. Did i mention it's a scam they stole my credit card information. Read the "ABOUT US" on the page it has horrible grammar and talks about how it is an NFL page selling NBA products.

Custom jersey lasted one day before the number fell off. Awful quality. Do not buy! This product. When it delivered letters were small and number had bubble from the rush decal job

I placed an order in on 20th October. There was no communication and my order history had no entries post that date. I followed up up from the 26th-29th with 4 emails to have no response except for the automated "we will get back to you in 24 hours". My last email was very stern requesting to cancel the order all together and process a refund. To that email I received a sorry your order has been picked and is ready for dispatched. 24 hours after that (it is now 30th October) I got an email saying my order has been shipped after I had requested to cancel and refund my money. Now not only have I had a terrible experience but I will have to go to the trouble of sending back and waiting for my money to be refunded. Poor, poor customer service. You should be embarrassed!
