I ordered a slam magazine Allen Iverson shirt. Was nervous about receiving my order on time considering reading all the bad reviews. After ordering it shipped the next day and was delivered less than a week later!

My husband has been wanting a custom jersey for years, finally bought one and after two wears the letters fell off. When I emailed customer service about the issue they said we are sorry you are dissatisfied but it looks like you ordered over 90 days ago so there is nothing we can do. We paid over $40 per wear. Poor customer service and poor product. If I could give zero stars I would.

Worst service ever recieved from any online store. Placed order on 17th November and it suppose to be delivered by 30th November and its 2 December today and when i called them to ask about my order, they are saying that we don't have the sizes which you ordered. Never order from this site

I ordered my son an Oladipo jersey on December 4, paid the extra money for expedited shipping. Today, December 9, I called to find out what is going on with my order. I was informed, rudely, that it was already delivered. No it wasn't, I emphatically inform her. Woman proceeded to become rude and put me on hold for 37 minutes. I hung up the phone. Rude and unprofessional. Fun part, still do not know where the Oladipo jersey could possibly be. Never again.

I ordered a jersey and hat for my bf while they were having a 25% off promo. During check out, I was shown the final price and that the discount code applied to both items. Once I finalized the purchase, my order summary showed that I had been charged full price for both items! I called customer service right away and was told that the discount did not apply to the jersey but she can "make an exception" and give me the discount for the hat only. I don't understand why the jersey would be shown in a discounted price yet I was not able to receive that price. I just gave up and asked for a refund. A few days later I realized I was given less money back than what was taken out of my account. Called customer service again and was told nothing could be done since it was a conversion difference. The service provided by the reps both times were extremely unhelpful and unapologetic. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Bought a $100.00 Nba backpack and the strap was broken! I was told that they have to see if I can return it!? What? I paid in good faith to get a good quality product, you got my money and now you I can't return it for one that's not broken! Poor service. Will contact the BBB for assistance. Do not buy from this site if you want to be sure you get what they say you pay for. I have been waiting over a month for a Jersey that Said 3-5 working days to deliver. On top of that they are impossible to reach and does not reply to emails as I have sent several over the last month and have still to recive even one reply….

Tip for consumers:
Don’t buy from this site, they take your money but no responsiblity after that and they are impossible to reach.

I order approximately 9 items and they ship it one by one, I asked them why not ship everything in a box, they told me this is how they usually ships items. Not buying from them again and will advise people not to do so.

I ordered a Rockets Jersey yesterday and paid for expedited shipping so I could have it before Valentines Day and I get tracking info today that it will arrive in 30 days? I paid extra for expedited shipping, when you call they say they cannot cancel your "custom" order, but there is nothing custom about it, when you ask for a supervisor you cannot have one, they offer to call you back in 48-72 hours - buy beware this is a scam and now I have to wait for this to process so I can dispute the charge...$178.00 on hold on bank account and I still dont have a Valentines Day present, I agree I should have read the reviews!

How are you receiving money for 2-3 days shipping and when you accept money the next day you send a email saying the product will not be sent out untill 2 weeks or more. This should be stated before you take people money

I ordered a basketball sweater for my son on December 6,2021 to be sure to have it by Christmas. No luck. They sent me a "review your product satisfaction email" before I received it! Impossible to talk to anyone. Their online chat bot is fully automated and sends you in circles.
I finally spoke to someone in the US, reordered, with a guarantee to reship by January 24th and get it by the 25th. No luck. Never shipped again. I called back asking for a refund and they said they have to create a ticket and someone would get back to me. Still waiting.

NBA store provides crappy service and the shipping is crappy also. I ordered something for Christmas on 11/27/2018 and it will not arrive until December 28th! Customer service doesn't care about servicing their customers either. They are of NO HELP and they don't care!

They promised delivery by Xmas or my money back. I ordered on Dec 15th, but delivery wasn't until the day after Xmas. They admit they were late but that I forgot to type in a promo code... What BS. I checked the box for expedited shipping that read guaranteed delivery by 12-24. Now they won't honor their guarantee. I'll never buy from them again.

The website is advertising shipping within 2 days, but doesn't tell you that orders may take longer due to COVID until you placed your order and got the confirmation email.
I had to learn in the email that I won't be getting my order by the time I need it.
I am extremely frustrated by the situation! This is unacceptable.

I ordered 2 hoodies online, paid for 3 day delivery and here it is 10 days later and no hoodies for Christmas. When I Live chatted and got no where I called and spoke to a person who informed me it shipped standard not 3 day but not their problem. Spoke with supervisor who finally refunded my shipping costs but couldn't get another order resent 3 day as ordered, Now when I called again as shipping is further delayed due to Fedex issues because they are not in a hurry since it was sent standard delivery. Now they can't reship until tomorrow if I don't receive it but when I asked if they have the items they are out of stock! Very disappointing service and rude inconsiderate company. I don't even like spending my money with the NBA in general but wanted to get a gift for my kids that they really wanted. Customer Service is a joke and they really do not care about the customers. I will use Amazon next time. Merry Christmas!

If you are buying something from this company and has a timeframe, DON'T! They do not deliver on time and takes a looooong time because I think their product has to be ship to you from China. I tried emailing them and as expected, no response. They don't even have a phone number to call because it won't stop ringing I bet. Horrible experience with this company. So disappointed that my items won't be here in time for my cousin's birthday. Might have to rewrap it as a Christmas present now.

I bought the Chicago Bulls Rawlings NBA Polycarbonate Hoop Set and it was terrible it didn't come with instructions and it came with scratches all across the bulls symbol and the back board. I expected better especially because it was coming from the nba store. I expect better quality and for it to be more professional. I wouldn't buy this item. If I could contact the nba store I would but I can't. If I could give it 0 starts I would. The picture shown below is my receipt because apparently I need proof for this foolishness. It's already came to my house as I purchased it as a gift.

I will NEVERRR order from this site again. I ordered my item over a month ago and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. No package. I look up the tracking number and it's still " processing". What a joke. I have not received an email regarding the delay and when I was able to FINALLY talk to someone, they don't know where my package is. I spent damn near $200 on ONE jacket, that is lost somewhere in the universe aka warehouse. I assumed since it said "NBA" that this would be a legitimate site, it's a SCAM. I will definitely read reviews before I ever attempt to make a purchase from another company.

I bought an NBA shirt on the weekend, and paid extra money for it to be delivered on the weekend and when i reviewed my order it was expected to get delivered on Wednesday, i'm fine with that, but, when Thursday came and they said that we need information about your apartment and address and all that stuff, which i provided to the person who called me. Later when i came back from work i didn't receive anything, so i called them back asking about my shipment, they said it wasn't delivered, and then explicitly saying that it was my problem for not providing the address, and it wasn't their problem, i told the person who called me, if you see something wrong, just call me and ask for the question, she said it was my fault... such a bad experience...

I ordered a Jersey from the NBA store website for my uncle on December 19,2020. I was hoping for it to be a little late Christmas Gift. When it didn't arrive, I was hoping it would make a good birthday gift for his birthday in February. It is now 3/24 and it STILL hasn't shipped yet. What a horrible way to treat fans of such an incredibly large organization. Will never use the NBA Store to order a jersey again.

This is the worst online experience I've ever had. They charged me more than the cart price, took off a coupon, defaulted to expedited shipping that I did not want and then on my return they aren't even going to refund the shipping cost (that I did not want). And get this - the expedited shipping came later than they said it would! Not only will I never order from the nba store again, I will make a point to spread the word to others that it is an incredibly bad experience.

I will NEVER ever make a purchass through them again. Order on pre same premiership tshirts to get told the youth one can't be fulfilled and the. There is a delay on the other 2.3 emails later requesting a refund and not one reply I certainly would not recommend them to anyone.

I ordered the jersey twice. I never got the first item and got a refund. Ordered the same item again, as this is what customer service told me to do and I was refunded the first time. Now going to return the second item because I got a Notre Dame sweatshirt when I ordered a Bucks jersey. Then I called and now they are out of stock...of course!

Tip for consumers:
Going in buying knowing there is a chance you may receive the wrong item if anything at all.

I tried to purchase something on this site. Used Paypal and it sent a payment to Scalonda Smith, then paypal sent shipping info out and the tracking had it delivered before I had even made the purchase.

They want $9.99 to return and item! AND they don't do exchanges for size so if you need another size you need to return the item which costs you $9.99 more and you have to pay the shipping when ordering the new item which in this case is $4.99). (Hmmm $4.99 to ship it to me and $9.99 to ship it back?) Then on top of that they will not honor the original price it was bought at. I purchased an item before Christmas with a coupon code and they will not honor that price for the new (exchanged) item. So to do an "exchange" I have to pay $9.99+$4.99+$18.97 an extra $33.92 to get THE SAME EXACT ITEM!

I should have read reviews before ordering from these clowns. The raptors won there first nba championship game. I order a hoodie that was in stock that was in small. I get an email saying that there was a delay on my order. I called today they said this item is out of stock. How can an item be out of stock when I ordered it and it was in stock? It makes no sense! Got a refund. Never order from these idiots! They don't know There own stock!
