Sold a wrong product because of misunderstanding from shop. The deliver was so rude and Consultant is surly. Staff have had a bad approach in front of the problem and pushed to re-select another product and refused to make a refund. Complained was made in the Fair Trading and after that the approaching still bad and consultant is not open for any compensation and asking us to pay the cost difference for the item that is suitable for us. Pay more and wait more for their fault. Still without a solution.
