I have many time been amazed at the service provided by Student Universe, and I'm not a student! I'm just a hard working person who sometimes needs to travel at the best value for my money and time again I've found results and excellence through this platform and service. When I did have a glitch, I called in directly and promptly had a living person to help me, she was kind and knowledgeable and able to resolve my problem. I have told many about Student Universe and will continue to do so. Thank You so much!
It was a smooth experience for me. I had used Student Universe before multiple times and they are one of the best 3rd party websites for booking flights, offering considerable discounts for students. I have had pleasant experiences on pretty much all of bookings I have made, barring maybe one. I would totally recommend Student Universe to other people.
My flight home from Europe was lost by student universe and I had to book a last minute flight home for way more money. Not worth the risk of them "losing" your reservation. Calling the airline doesn't help because they just direct you to the unhelpful student universe reps.
Student Universe is my first choice for looking at travel options when I need to travel (only wish that my student budget allowed me to travel for fun). This was the first time that I'd ever experienced an issue in 8 years of using Student Universe with booking, and it was quickly resolved with a phone call. So long as I'm a student, Student Universe will continue to get my business.

My issue is that this website was not upfront with their booking fees. They offered the supposedly least booking price to get you hooked but after finalizing the booking, you'll realize that you have to pay other options such as seat selection and luggage fees. This company has deceiving business practices that will deter them from getting repeat customers. They even tried to defensively respond to my objective review instead of offering a resolution which made my customer experience worse.
I came across this website via a search engine, the booking process was so simple, price was the best I could find and confirmation received straight away. I had an issue with the reservation (my fault) which was resolved by the team over the phone immediately - so helpful! Will be my booking method of choice moving forward. Well done guys!

Initially booking was great and I did get a better price. However, when I wanted to change my return flight by a day, it would have been a $2,000 difference - this is about as much as the round trip flight to Athens. When I called United Airlines to try to change it with them - they could do it for almost no charge, but since I had booked with Student Universe, they did not have the power to make that change.
The website is slow so it took a lot of time to load new search locations
