I needed the perfect pattern on a sports jacket to match a dress my wife had picked out for our son's wedding. Finding something shopping retail stores was a nightmare Studiosuits came through inside two weeks leaving plenty of time for minor alterations locally. Great, great service. Even better price!
I needed a highly custom yellow tuxedo for some marketing videos for my business. It was impossible to find and I was giving up home. I almost turned to a custom suit maker in town for a $2000 option which was outrageous. Studiosuits cost me 1/10 of that and NAILED it. Communication was excellent as was the workmanship. So happy to know that they exist. I will be doing more business with them in the future.
Thank you for always providing kind and detailed responses when I send questions via email. However, it is a bit disappointing that the production time and response speed have become longer, possibly due to the recent increase in orders

Started the process of buying a new suit for an upcoming event on the StudioSuits.com website and quickly saw how easy it was. So many options to choose from and great customization abilities. Was not expensive either. Will definitely be buying more suits!
I'm not pleased with the fit of this $400 suit. I carefully measured myself as instructed. The jacket is two inches too big. It looks terrible on me. Best part is that the company just says they will "try harder" next time. Well, there will not be a next time. Now I will look like trash at my daughters wedding. Thanks!

Everything is fine, this company does sometimes feel like a labyrinth that's hard to navigate. Any customer issues are answered with a generic email which can be scary to a customer for a company with so many negative reviews. I have received both of my orders, but not completely without issue.
Generic emails will never create a good customer experience.

I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase from Studio Suits! The entire process was quick and easy, from ordering to delivery. The products look great and Im actually satisfied with the quality of the suits. However, the sizing on the shirts are iffy even when my measurements are submitted. 3-stars because they dont offer a fit-guarantee on most items. If they did, I would shop here exclusively. If you are not between sizes like myself, you may enjoy their products a lot.
Again, they did work with me which I really appreciate. However after being stuck with two shirts that did not fit well (even with my custom measurements) left a sour taste in my mouth as it has deterred me from purchasing more items.
The items are fairly priced and not overpriced like most places.

4-STARS BECAUSE OF THE VALUE THAT I AM RECEIVING. THO I WISH TO SEE MORE OF A VARIETY (I.E. MY DESIRED COLOR IN MY DESIRED FABRIC).
Received my custom blazer, tried it on and felt tight compared to my other custom suit blazers which were same measurements I provided. I measured the blazer and it was off by 1 inch in all places except sleeve openings. Response I got from company was it was my fault and I need to change my measurements even though I sent pics with the blazer being measured and 1 inch less then what I provided was told my fault. Stay away poor customer service especially when you give custom measurements.
Products used:
None actually tried speaking to customer services which just tells me that my measurements are wrong and need to change even though the measurements I gave them are not the same ones the blazer had 1 inch off. Have to go through PayPal to deal with this company.

When, quite reasonably, asked for confirmation that I have received what I ordered, this also requires not only ratings but review text to be added. As haven't had time to wear the garments for any length of time yet, I regard this as inappropriate and coercive, and a negative aspect of the whole shopping process.
Super easy instructions to measure. Arrived around the same time they said it would. Fit perfectly. Only thing if I had to say something, the back of the suit and the bicep area was a little tight. I would measure one extra inch on those.

I love shopping here, but I couldn't buy dress shoes. If you had those, I would buy them. Also, having an option to manually select my sleeve lengths on button down shirts would be nice as I am tall. I ended up having to get the suit I bought tailored anyway, so I would appreciate more options for tailoring online such as maybe 3D models with the suit shown and exact specifications for what custom part I am altering. Also, 200 words did not seem enough in the custom description box.
Custom suits that are wider variety and cheaper than Men’s Warehouse

I am very glad to custom order a suit with so many options, I wish there were detailed pictures on an actual suit for every option. I also wish there were options to increase sleeve length on a dress shirt because I would buy several.
Experience was good except for one caveat. If someone is paying for a custom suit, there should be an option for voice contact. Email only for the price you are paying is NOT what i consider great service.

Had to choose because of Wedding.
Overall good experience. The pants ended up being a bit big in the waist & the jacket was a little tight across the shoulders and biceps, but that could've also been our measurement error. I ended up getting it tailored locally which was to be expected. Good value overall for the suit so really no complaints.
Value, speed, custom nature
I opted to be contacted if anything seemed off as I'm no dressmaker but took all measurements myself. Which I got 1 obviously wrong and was contacted within hours to check if I had it right, which I did not. Perfect customer service and so polite!
The absolute only place we could order anything close to what we wanted so it was actually a massive risk that turned out to be the best choice absolutely recommend studio suits!
Needed a dark green suit for a wedding. I ordered a little on the late side, and emailed customer service about my situation, and they were able to expedite it and get it to me before traveling to the venue. Not only did it arrive, but it looked and fit great! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good cost-effective green suit!

Remember to take proper measurements! Don't think you can think your size without a tape! Harry will comply to the inch! My suits are comfortable and proper. This suit is a weekly casual wear fantastic.
I have chosen to send different sizing options for my suits, some slimmer and some a bit loose. Be strict and precise about your measurements! The tailors of Harry are good but they are not clairvoyant!

Extremely comfortable, breathable, and lightweight. The fabric is able to stretch to my desired movement with ease and I do not feel like I will rip the seams. Overall pleased with the product in terms of sizing, and design! Great job to everyone who had a hand in making the suit!
The Studiosuits experience was straightforward and simple to get a decent suit at a low price. The walk through measurement instructions were easy to follow and came out well. I would recommend they add a few more measurements for a better fit, but otherwise the final product was a good one, especially for under $300.

Found an advertisement on the internet when searching for a denim shirt
I ordered my suit and they doubled check to make sure that I did my measurements right because I'm weirdly shaped. Later the bride to the wedding I was going to was freaking out about my suit arriving on time and they not only assured me it would get there but also put priority on it. She was relieved.
They responded that day and they were straight to the point.
The bride wanted an Olive suit and they had one for not $500.
Great materials crafted exactly to your measurements. Don't be so skeptical that it is an online service. Though I have read other reviews mentioning customer service concerns, I can't speak to that. If you know what you want and order it with correct measurements, I know you won't be disappointed.
Convenience of an online service much cheaper than most custom options and availability of tweed.
Love the suit, fit was perfect as long as you take correct measurements, my linen suit had several snags/loose threads that's the only reason for 4 stars but I'll be buying more suits from StudioSuits for sure!

Had the best price for the quality when looking for tweed suits.
Suit was too big around my stomach I sent pictures. Have nobody gotten back to me yet. The suit was very wrinkle. I ordered a seat a suit prior to that suit and don't know how the measurements was so off around the stomach.
There’s no customer service if you ask me if you got to email someone back, there’s no one to talk to on the phone voice the voice to explain what’s going on. I’m think I’m done ordering suits from y’all.

Every groomsman that ordered the same suit all had issues with the butt being way too tight and all had to get the suit hemmed. I have ordered many suits and tuxes with friends getting married so i have my exact suite size down but this was way too tight and there was no shipping it back to make size adjustments. Only a suggestion to change my sizes for future orders.
