It feels like the staff are very busy as it took a long time to get any type of response. That said, they were polite and helpful.It took quite a while to arrive although they do state three weeks on the site and it was just over that. There was an unwanted crease in the lapel of the suit jacket which gave me a terrible first impression. All in all, the idea is great but in reality it failed to deliver. I did order 2 shirts and they only sent one although I have been told by customer service that they are making the second and will send it soon. They also allowed me to update the production with feedback from the shirt I had received. This was good as the first one was ridiculously long.

Polite and helpful but overworked judging on the length of time it takes to respond. I would love for this service to be reliable. I would use it a lot.

The suit appears nice of you have time to wait for it. The one I order took over a month to arrive, so give yourself enough time if needed. I could not figure out of the vest came with thr suit or not. To help others, it does not. I am still trying to figure where to find and order the matching vest. Ideally the website should have suggested this as an add-on, which it doesn't do. It only suggest that the hat needs to be purchased separate. This must be issue with whoever runs and designs the suit. Unfortunately they are missing out on additional sales. I would have added the vest to my order if given the option.

We measured everything exactly as it said and when it arrived it was off. The pants are about 3 inches too long and the jacket is about 2 sizes too small. We don't have enough time to return it before the wedding so it was a waste of money. Highly disappointed. Just a reminder that you get what you pay for.

The shop contacted me to confirm measurements, which helped my anxiety over our poor planning to submit order, because I felt assured they were paying attention amd cared.

Selfiahly I do wish we could pay for a rush order and/or rush shipping.

First 2 suits I ordered were nice, needed some alterations but that is to be expected with online purchase. Unfortunately, the 3rd suit I bought had a really strange fit. To the extend that any reasonable alterations will not save it.

It was easy to set up and pay….let's see how everything turns out…so far so good 😊 …I finally received the garment and it's a complete disaster….construction and fit are terrible…I now see why they have a no return or refund policy.

The website was easy to use and the suit fits really well! Would have liked more communication around expected delivery date--we were worried that we wouldn't get it in time for our event and could only see that it was 'in production'. No ETA on expected shipping date. Other than that, no complaints--the suit turned out very nice, would use again.

If this is your first time ordering from StudioSuits, I strongly encourage you to go with "Fit Guarantee" suit option. I did not. Even after providing the exact same measurements as my wedding suit, which still fits like a glove, this fit of this suit came in quite "off". The sleeves are quite short. The chest is way too large (although this does a nice job making me look like a club security guard). The pants are baggy and way too long. Honestly, not at all what I was hoping for.
On the plus side, the shoulder width is decent, the waist size was spot on, and the quality of materials are nice. It's also pretty impressive to be able to order a custom material tailored suit at this price point...I just wish it actually fit well out of the box.

Suit was exactly as described, fitted perfectly, 50 chest, 42 waist, trousers were too long and had to be altered by a tailor.
Unfortunately the suit was folded that resulted in creases that would not fall out with time, it had to be sent to a dry cleaner to be professionally steamed / ironed at additional cost.

Although I received a quick response I didn’t receive an estimated delivery date.

Initially, I was worried that there was not much feedback from the vendor. I check the status often and nothing was changing until eventually the status changed to In production and shipped. However, the material turned out to be very different from what I had in mind when I placed my order

StudioSuits has continued to make improvements to their website over the years to make it more user-friendly.

However, I have never placed an order where all pieces were made correctly- for example, I like my pants without belt loops. Every time I order pants, I say that I don't want belt loops, and yet every pair arrives with belt loops.

Great suit and material for a fraction of the cost. Especially for a custom suit. However, I messed up my pant measurements and that's mostly on me, so I wish there was better guidance to doing at home measurements.

Suit did not fit to the measurements it fit really tight around the armpits and shoulders and also around the hip and quads would recommend going 2 to 3 inches bigger if you're going to do made to measure or do the garment of your choice,
They also don't replace your suit so you have to buy a new one if your suit does not fit which they gave me $75 off which wasn't bad but they make it sound on the website like you can get a replacement if it doesn't fit right

Takes 2 to 3 days to response not quick, but get the job done

I'm looking forward to shopping again. The quality of the pants is excellent. The tweed fabric is ideal. They did a beautiful job with customizations. Pricing was fair considering the end product. Service was attentive.

My closet is full of studio suits! They are well made and quickly completed for bespoke suits. I have had no complaints so far and am a frequent shopper. I get compliments all day long on my suits and how well they fit.

The suit is great! Unfortunately, the other members of the wedding party weren't able to get there's in time due to it being out of stock. I feel like more fabric should have been set aside so everyone in the party could have gotten one. Besides that, it was a smooth ordering experience and it arrived as expected.

Studio suits were great in describing what measurments needed taking and it was a simple process. Order was shipped and delivered very quickly and within the time estimated. Jacket and shirt fit perfectly however trousers were too big around the waist and had to be adjusted - might be due to wearing the trousers lower personally though.

Fantastic personal customer service, and amazingly made. Tried it on for the first time and knew there was great care taken in its creation. Thank you so much, Studio Suits! Exactly what I wanted for my wedding!

I initially ordered a 40 Regular in this suit, which is my real size. The coat on this suit, however, was way, way, way, too short. My tailor measured it and said it was, at best, a 40 Short, even though it was labeled a 40 Regular. (I'm 5 foot 11 inches tall, which is typically a Regular length.) I re-ordered the coat -- this time as a 40 Long. The coat arrived and fit perfectly. Sudio suits deliver high-quality suits with nice fabrics and designs for the price, but you have to be careful about sizing. I would recommend ordering suits with your exact measurements and not relying on your typical size. Studiosuits generally run small, and their products are inconsistent on standard sizing. Returning products with this company is costly and difficult -- so you need to get it right when you order.

I did not get an estimated delivery date before continuing with the purchase, that would have probably gotten the 5th star. But honestly, the suit came on time and fit great. The customer service was responsive and I think helped things push through. Would recommend!

Placing the order couldn't be easier, with lots of options to help personalise the look and finish.
My only criticism was the length of time without any contact, that worried me a little.
Of course I was contacted by the shipping company for taxes, and in an age of online a phone scams that was a little disconcerting without an email from Studio Suits, but all was well in the end.
Shipping added around 50% to the bill once taxes and fees were added in, so worth considering when ordering from the UK.

The quality of the suit was great, but the amount of time it took to receive the suit was quite long, especially when my measurement orders were standardized measurements, not custom ones. The shipping time for the standardized suit measurements should be at least half of what it was. It left very little time for tailoring, if needed. The suit does seem to be a quality material though so if you're going to order one, DO IT EARLY.

Suit looks great. Feels a little tighter than I am used to. I guess that's my fault during the measuring process. Great suit for looking good but not baggy or flexible enough to be active. Not like you'd be doing gymnastics at a wedding but definitely be careful of ripping it while dancing.

If you are ordering and want a more flexible suit, consider adding 1/4 inch to your measurements

I've been using these folks since 2022 and they haven't let me down yet. Even when I've gotten a smidge bigger, their editing process is simple and straightforward so I can always update measurements as needed. Truly a lifesaving company.
