She had great understanding, very kind, and helped me immensely. It was my first time using Studybay, but she was so very helpful. Overall, it was an awesome experience, impeccable work, and extremely reliable. I will definitely be recommending to my friends!
I do not recommend at all. The writer was not paying attention to the details you wanted them to follow. The results turned out to have detectable AI pattern. It turned out that I will have to just do it myself. Waste of money. The customer service also has no help! Do not use studybay!
She is kind enougn to send us the draft so that one can rea it and if we are agree with that she has written, very puntual too.

I had to make a substantial amount of edits to my paper before I could submit it. The grammar was poor as well as the formatting.
My refund request was completely rejected, not even a partial refund was offered.
