I ordered from this company based on reviews on their website and the fact that they offered a 60-day guarantee. That was a mistake! Not only does their product not work, but when I requested a refund, I was told that since I had purchased the product on special (on THEIR website!) I was not eligible for a refund! I have never seen their product listed at a higher price anywhere, but that didn't matter to their customer service department. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Their whole spiel is merely to get your money and keep it!

Tip for consumers:
They advertise themselves as a menopause probiotic.
