Me and my husband were sleeping in a room and i made sure to check the night before if the mattress was clean of bed bugs and there was no sign of them. I wake up the next morning and see a GINORMOUS bed bug on my comforter. They said no refunds and asked if i wanted another room, no i don't want to sleep with more bed bugs. I would give the place ZERO stars if i could. Im in disbelief and agony. Sturbridge host hotel is NOT a place to go.
Tip for consumers:
The wait time for the manager when i wanted my return was SO long. i wish that they were more understanding that there was literal bed bugs in my room.
