I decided to write this review due to all the negative reviews here. Firstly, their products are fantastic, reasonably priced and much better quality and cheaper than European/western counterparts. Secondly, of course the shipping is going to take a while. It is coming from the other side of the world! (I'm in the UK). They're not going to pay premium to just fly it straight to your doorstep via a personal courier. What do you want and expect?! Thirdly I've contacted their customer services via email before (when I first ordered from them) to chase up a delivery. They normally reply between 1-3 days. But they do always reply and help in my experience. I've ordered from them for years and never had a single problem. Not one! Have a little patience and a little faith people.
Scam / Fraud I wish I can give this company a negative 1000 score. I ordered some items from here for the first time. The items did not deliver and when i contacted the Australia Post, I learned that the shipment was sent back. They provided me the proof of return. I have sent countless emails and have sent many messages to the customer service since August 9,2024 and it's been a month and have not received by refund of $89 or any response from this company. It's definitely a scam company. Buyer please beware because they don't ship anything and instead take the money and disappear. I don't know what else to do? So frustrating and annoying.
They have the worst customer service to date. They never update you on your order! Don't be fooled by the low prices since they usually order it from the origin country which makes it longer for them to ship! Save your money and just buy from else where esp if you're in North America.
The order I placed has been stuck in processing for about a week with no updates. I'm not sure if it's because I paid using PayPal, or staffing issues, but since the order hasn't been processed, I cannot provide a more helpful review.

I found lots of options for Korean cosmetics on their website. Lots of great discount. I read their not so great reviews and was not sure how good they will be, but I gambled. I order about $100 cosmetics on July 30th. The shipment info was received to the carrier on Aug 11, it left Hong Kong on Aug 18 and arrived my house in Winnipeg on Aug 23. No issues at all. All products are great as described on the website. I would order it again.

DO NOT BUY FROM STYLEVANA! Issues with purchase, + terrible customer service! They listed a sunscreen at $16.49 each, and $19.49 for a set of 2. So I purchased the set for a better unit price. However I only received one. I contacted them many many times and waited weeks for them to get back to me. They insisted it was a listing error and refused to send me another one or refund me the difference. Although the difference is only a few dollars, but this is not about money. I am extremely not happy with the terrible customer service.

I placed my order on February and it never got delivered I contacted them and they offered to re send it but when that never came I tried contacting again and they stopped responding. I've sent over 20 emails, from different emails and their website and no answer it's now the end of april
I ordered my things about a month and a half ago. They said my moisturizer was out of stock and asked me if i wanted to replace it. I agreed and got the older version of the cream which was a 9 cents difference. They had the audacity to ask me for $0.09, and ask to kindly settle the amount. When they were the ones who sold me out of stock items. Like do you not have a loss protection? All of their order take a long time to come so dont even bother.
Purchased products since 20.05.2023 and never received the products or any refund ( we are in beginning of August now). I have tried to contact the company through email and website but never got a response regarding any refund or apologise.

I have put my order in almost two weeks ago and shortly after found out that one of the items takes 30 days to fulfill. The website only offers one mode of communication, the email, which I emailed them about at the beginning of May and have been sending reminder emails since then to just cancel one item so everything else could ship out. These products were meant as a restock for my stuff, but at this rate, they probably won't be here till June. Super disappointed, as I would have liked at least one email back saying they're working on it or acknowledging my several emails, but nothing.

I have ordered cosmetics but courier company said they delivered(they put box in front of main door) without any inform and package has disappeared. Both of the company didn't take responsibility about missing parcel and it's gone forever.

I was anxious about ordering on Stylevana from all the bad reviews it got, but needed some new makeup and thought I'd give it a try anyways. I'm pleasantly surprised; all products came in perfect condition with their safety seals still intact and the package was very neatly wrapped with several layers of bubble wrap. Shipping was relatively okay as well, it ended up arriving in the time that the website listed for my country (which rarely ever happens). I feel like people only come and write reviews when they have something bad to say so I'm posting my positive experience here to let others know that it's not always all the bad. I would definitely order from them again.

I bought some products from Stylevana, and they sent them to me, but I could not get my order because of the courier company. After that the courier company sent back my products to Stylevana. I wrote to Stylevana several times either to send the products again or give my money back. However, Stylevana neither has given my money back nor answered my e-mails and messages! I tried to reach them via e-mail and Instagram, they claim that they will answer in 72 hours, but it has been 10 days! All they do is sending automatic replies! Never buy something if you do not want to waste your money!

I've ordered from this website multiple times and have received those orders but I placed one at the beginning of January but never received it. They have replied to me about 3 times with no helpful outcomes. They've been ignoring my emails for months now, I'm sending them at least twice a week. I also left a one star review on trust pilot and they responded telling me to send my details in an email acting like they really wanted to help so I did as they said and to no avail. I made an order at the end of November. The status was "not sent" til a few days ago, and now suddenly changed to "completed". While I didn't receive anything, obviously. At the same time if you open the order details, most of the items have status "hasn't been sent".
They don't answer on e-mails, they don't provide any information about the delivery status or a tracking number or anything at all.
My friend has the same issue and now opens a dispute with the PayPal to return the money.
I probably have to do the same.
I'm not sure the reviews that say that your order is delivered at some point are truthful, you'll just waste time to open PayPal dispute while waiting.

I shopped from Stylevana 3 time, the 4th time that I place my order after 2 or 3 weeks of following up. They ask for my legal document and proof address!
I asked them why because out of my so many experiences for online shopping this was the first time that something unusual and annoying like this happen to me. It seems that Stylevana group do not respect their customers privacy.
I wonder why for three or four different product which worth is less than 50 euros should I prove my identity.
This is so frustrating for.

I bought about 250 dollars worth of products, and there was 2+ months of no communication despite my multiple emails. When they did bother to reply to an email in the beginning, it was the wrong information, multiple times. After a month; they informed me an item that was in stock when I ordered was out of stock, and I had to email multiple times with the replacement item I wanted. After that, they ignored all my emails. Now, more than 2 months later, they suddenly say my order is delivered and of course, due to having no reply despite multiple emails, no tracking number, no response, I don't know my order is delivered and it is stolen. And of course, there is no reply when I email them again.

Ordered two sunscreens (the ones that were trending on tictok) and I never got any of the products. Contacted them and never was given a reply, no refund. Decided to write a review as there are so many bad ones. I ordered from Stylevana 3 times now. The postage is a bit slow but that can be expected as it if from Hong Kong to Australia. All three times my parcel has been delivered well wrapped and secured. All items genuine and not damaged, they are brand new and sealed. The dates of the products go far. The prices are low and competitive. You just have to order in advance and be organised before you start to run out of your product - not hard to do. I will continue to order from Stylevana. I usually get free shipping as well.

I ordered from Stylevana before and it was fine until the recent order, they take forever to fulfill 1 product (that product is still selling on the online website which means it's not sold out). I've emailed them so many times but never receive any responses, like they just disappear. So my advice is not to order from this site, at least until people start saying that they receive something. Stumbled across this store when I google searched my facial products for my mom's mother day gift. Found that the price was cheaper than amazon by a few bucks so I decided to go for it. After purchase went through on May 22, I did not receive any updates for my order. Sent 2 emails and got auto reply that the order might be delayed because of May 1 Labour Day. Doesn't make sense to receive that reply since it's been over 3 weeks since that holiday.
After 3 weeks of not hearing back and seeing my order stuck on 'processing' I filed a PayPal dispute to get my money back. PayPal was more cooperative than Stylevana. I got my money back after a week. Stay away

First time buying from stylevana, free express shipping and it took about 2-3 weeks. The items were shipped well and safe. This site is perfect if you're looking to refill or re purchase, buy a month ahead before you finish the product and your package will probably ship around the same time. The cheap prices and $48+ free shipping are hard to beat
They will not ship your order. It's been over 2 months. Their website says 5-8 working days and that is a LIE. I've spent hundreds of dollars here. I'm a super fan and VIP member. Last time I ordered it took 3 weeks to just ship. I thought I could deal with that if I ordered long enough ahead. Boy was I wrong. It takes them MONTHS to ship. Your products will probably be expired too. Don't order from here. Order from YesStyle or StyleKorean instead. I will never order from stylevana again, even though I've spent hundreds of dollars to be at their highest membership tier. Disgusting behaviour
I ordered $100 worth of skincare items and they never arrived. This happened in April, and it is now July. Their customer service is horrible. It takes them a month to reply to emails. Sometimes they wouldn't respond at all so I would have to message them on Facebook asking for them to respond to my emails. It always took 4-6 weeks to get a response. They finally told me they will not be refunding or replacing the items that never arrived. Never order from this website, find somewhere else to order from. Dealing with Stylevana has been a nightmare and I'm now out the $100 I spent. I paid extra for insured shipping and that didn't even matter.
