I decided to write this review due to all the negative reviews here. Firstly, their products are fantastic, reasonably priced and much better quality and cheaper than European/western counterparts. Secondly, of course the shipping is going to take a while. It is coming from the other side of the world! (I'm in the UK). They're not going to pay premium to just fly it straight to your doorstep via a personal courier. What do you want and expect?! Thirdly I've contacted their customer services via email before (when I first ordered from them) to chase up a delivery. They normally reply between 1-3 days. But they do always reply and help in my experience. I've ordered from them for years and never had a single problem. Not one! Have a little patience and a little faith people.
Scam / Fraud I wish I can give this company a negative 1000 score. I ordered some items from here for the first time. The items did not deliver and when i contacted the Australia Post, I learned that the shipment was sent back. They provided me the proof of return. I have sent countless emails and have sent many messages to the customer service since August 9,2024 and it's been a month and have not received by refund of $89 or any response from this company. It's definitely a scam company. Buyer please beware because they don't ship anything and instead take the money and disappear. I don't know what else to do? So frustrating and annoying.
I'm not ordering much makeup as of late as we've been under a "Shelter in Place" order here in NYC for what seems like forever, but my favorite Korean Beauty store to order from is definitely Stylevana. At one point they had a promo for buy 3 get 1 free & they hadn't made it clear that it couldn't be used w/coupons. I wrote them about it and they sent me my missing compact form Hong Kong very quickly. They also have very inexpensive clthing which most people pass by, but if you sort by price you'll get amazing deals.
I've ordered nearly a month ago and nothing! Try to contacted them several times, emails, Instagram messages NO WORD.

Not only did Stylevana delay shipping for over 1 month, they used "PiggyShip" to deliver my package instead of a reputable company like DHL, UPS, or USPS. Instead of leaving the package with my building's receptionist, in a package locker, mail box, or even my front door, PiggyShip threw the package in the open lobby area in front of the elevator! I can't believe there is a delivery service this lazy. They even took a picture of the box in the open and said it was "Delivered in Mailbox". No surprise, the package was stolen and I have not received a single response from Stylevana. I have ordered from Stylevana several times before and didn't mind shipping delays, but the nonexistent customer service is enough. I am disputing this with my credit card and never touching this site again. BEWARE.

This was my first time ordering from Stylevana. After I ordered I noticed all the negative reviews and got worried. I didn't need to be. First of all when you order it says whether itll ship in 1-3days or 30 days, so check that first.
I ordered on May 21st and it got shipped on the 25th. My skincare products were wrapped in bubble wrap, so it arrived safely.
I will say this. If you are ordering from the United States it will take almost 2weeks to get your order (which isnt their fault). I got mine on June 4. So be prepared for that.

I've ordered from them twice. One of my packages took 1 month to get to my door and the other took 1 and half weeks which was a big surprise. Note: i ordered from them after FEB 2023. I knew it was going to take time to ship but I expected that with such low prices. However, it's pretty obvious their CS is severely lacking. I knew it was going to take time so I never bothered to email them. I notice a lot of the bad reviews are people who ordered between Nov of last year and Feb of this year. Which was during their Christmas sale and holiday rush. I have a huge theory that they couldn't keep up with the demand. Which is when their CS went offline because they couldn't keep track of everyone's orders. That's probably why so many packages still haven't been processed but that's pretty terrible as a company. They're probably only focused on completing new orders now like mine. Regardless of my experience, I can't ignore what so many have had to deal with. Otherwise my rating would be 5 stars.

I’ve noticed that people receive their orders faster when you look at the processing times. If it says “within 24 hours” then you get your items quicker. Anything longer might take a month or longer to get to your house.

I ordered a product from them because it was cheeper on Stylevana then on Amazon. They never emailed me a receipt and after 1 week I contacted them and turns out they charged me, although never even sent me the product. They told me they put it on hold, I don't understand why they did that. Then when I canceled and wanted a refund they hacked my email by placing their email saying they are refunding me the product before all my complaining emails to them, pretending I was harassing them after they wanted to refund me my product. I this company is fake and all they do is defraud people.

I can't believe they totally ignored MULTIPLE emails of mine to request to cancel the order, and shipped the order! Actually there was 1 response asking to keep the order with their 10% coupon, and I replied no saying I'll place a new order with the items I need. That was it. Don't even bother buying something from Stylevana. They are scammers. I made an order on July despite seeing all those bad reviews and oh lord they were true. I got scammed by them. I never received my order even though they said it was "delivered". Customer service doesn't provide any help at all and their replies takes several days. I 100% DON'T RECOMMEND SHOPPING IN STYLEVANA. Save yourself the trouble of doing so.

- Price range: very affordable, prices are generally lower on Stylevana compared to those found on other websites that also sell Korean beauty products

Placed my order #BWSVUKA******* almost THREE MONTHS AGO 21st January 2023. Still no sign of my order in April! Apparently delivery was supposed to be on 17th February, but nothing arrived. Emailed Stylevana on 26th February but they have completely ignored my email. I therefore attempted to claim this via my card almost three months later, but they have stated the item is "Still in Transit"! Is this a joke? Utter scam, do not order from this company.

It's been 3months since I placed the order and still I haven't received it. Left a message on their website and sent an email. No response. Worst shopping experience ever.
First time placing order with Stylevana and it's going good so far as the Package has been dispatched within one working week, I've received the tracking email and it's showing me updates that at which step is my package right now. I placed the order without reading any reviews about Stylevana, and when I read the reviews on different review sites and social media (specially TikTok), it turned out most of the people have complaints about them (mostly delayed packages, bad customer service, refund haven't received etc etc), after reading these comments I was quite worried that may be my experience is gonna be like them as well but I was pleasantly surprised when I received 2 emails back and forth saying that my order has been packed and dispatched along with tracking email with one working week of placing the order.
Tip for consumers:
I would always select "Insured Premium Express Shipping Method" in to order to arrive my package safely, if not, I can claim refund, yes it does charge you a very small amount for that but I'd rather pay that amount and later claim my package if it ever gets lost than not insuring my package at all and losing all my money if package ever gets lost.

All of the products are genuine and at a far more affordable prices than anywhere else. Shipping can take around 2 weeks depending on availability of the product, which is why I suggest purchasing items that state they are in stock and to be shipped within 24 hours. One purchase I made (I was aware that it stated the items were out of stock and are usually shipped in 30 days time) took from the 1st of August (when I placed my order) to the 25th of August (for it to get shipped. For another order I had placed it took 8 days for it to ship and items arrived and were packed beautifully with multiple free extra products. Obviously depending on stock availability shipping may take a long time but from my experiences Stylevana is legit and the products do arrive. As for customer service, the email replies tend to be quite slow (4 days for my enquiry) however they are very effective and they resolve the issue pretty immediately. After seeing all the negative reviews I was quite hesitant to place my order however I was pleasantly surprised with the countless offers and multiple freebies given alongside my order.

Have heard abt this company years ago and finally decided to place an order with them.which I shouldn't have if I'd do more researching. Order placed almost a month ago, wrote an email to customer service when I don't see any updates from them a week later, customer service named Rory replied that one of items will be back in stock on Aug 31, so until then either I cancel it to have the rest of the items dispatched or wait for it. I offered my solution right away but heard nothing back, got a little frustrated and wrote them another email asking for a response. Then here is the most sketchy part of the story, another customer service named Lloyd finally replied, but only the exact email Rory wrote as if they have never received my offer of solution.
