I decided to write this review due to all the negative reviews here. Firstly, their products are fantastic, reasonably priced and much better quality and cheaper than European/western counterparts. Secondly, of course the shipping is going to take a while. It is coming from the other side of the world! (I'm in the UK). They're not going to pay premium to just fly it straight to your doorstep via a personal courier. What do you want and expect?! Thirdly I've contacted their customer services via email before (when I first ordered from them) to chase up a delivery. They normally reply between 1-3 days. But they do always reply and help in my experience. I've ordered from them for years and never had a single problem. Not one! Have a little patience and a little faith people.
Scam / Fraud I wish I can give this company a negative 1000 score. I ordered some items from here for the first time. The items did not deliver and when i contacted the Australia Post, I learned that the shipment was sent back. They provided me the proof of return. I have sent countless emails and have sent many messages to the customer service since August 9,2024 and it's been a month and have not received by refund of $89 or any response from this company. It's definitely a scam company. Buyer please beware because they don't ship anything and instead take the money and disappear. I don't know what else to do? So frustrating and annoying.
I wish there was an option of giving Zero stars! Worst experience ever. Firstly, the delivery of the order took ages and their delivery service is abysmal. They claim they delivered the order but I never received it despite of being available on the day of delivery. I have emailed them MULTIPLE times, after the initial response, they stopped responding. It's been over 2.5 months, got complete dead silence! No response to emails or inquiries and complaints. Nothing! They think money grows on trees and customers doesn't deserve the right to get an answer, get their goodies or money back.

Ba very careful buying from seller. When I got my item it was expired 03/12/2022...two years ago. Had to return but it is supper difficult process.
Where to start? I never received the product I ordered because it was delivered to Santa Fe Springs, Ca when my actual address is in NY.
When you notify their "support" team about this, you're sent a confusing form via Google Docs to fill out. After that, no response, no follow up, Nothing.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. After almost two months of waiting on my order, the order was shipped to the incorrect address. Never received it and was sent back to them, still pending a refund.

I orederd in Dec 2023. All items in stock and usually ship in 24 hours. Emails have been answered but won't say when items will ship. I've told them to cancel the order. But they won't do that either. I've opened a case with PayPal to resolve. I would never order for them again. It feels like a scam.
I don't know how many times I have order from this website but it's legit and trustworthy. Love it and affordable price! I will always come back to repurchase them skincare products. Take a while to ship if you get the items that is not in stock. Some of these are repurchased because I ran out and some are new products that I'm trying out. I've been a loyal customer with Stylevana for the past two years, but my recent experience has been disappointing. I ordered skincare products worth $250, but they never arrived despite being marked as 'delivered'. The courier informed me that the package was damaged and returned to the sender. I reached out to Stylevana right away, expecting a response within their stated 72 hours. But a week has passed with no word from them. I understand things can go wrong, but a quick update would have been appreciated. This lack of communication is frustrating and leaves me feeling let down.
Think carefully before buying anything from Stylevana. I was charged for my order on 12 Oct 2023. On 22 Nov 2023 the courier company advised that my parcel cannot be located and processed the refund to Stylevana, the person who arranged the consignment. Stylevana was copied into that response and since then they have ghosted me and have not provided the refund.
Placed an order 12/20 with Stylevana processed payment and reflected on my bank statement the following day. January 5 the stylevana site still showed as processing payment. When clicking on my order it stated error occurred contact customer service for help. I did. Then 2 days I get an email saying they want a picture of my card both front and back, a government issued identification card both front and back, a utility bill, AND proof of payment before proceeding with my order. This is for Skincare products and my payment had already gone through. Not to mention they have proof of purchase on their end. Seems sketchy and felt off. I got in touch with my bank's fraud department and even they agreed. Keep your stuff stylevana. You can't have mine. Mind you my sister has ordered with them and had success never dealt with this. So I went into this with the assumption this is a legit site.

Worst company ever! We placed the order for €70 in November 2023. It was sent by the courier company Hermes. The order was not delivered to us, instead it was returned back to Stylevana.
I wrote a couple of e-mails to the Stylevana company, but no one answered me. After a month my sister wrote to them and finally after a month someone answered us! They wrote that they will send again, after 3 days nothing happened, then they wrote that they are not sending us and give us a voucher. The sister replied, I don't want a voucher, but our order. Guess what? In a few weeks, no one answer. We don't have an order from NOVEMBER 2023! IT IS 2/7/2024! And we don't have money either

I ordered some products 15th November last year, and after more than 20 days, nothing arrived. So I emailed them to have it cancelled, because I went overseas after that. Nothing happened. And even now, after more than 1 year, they still keep my money (nearly $200) hostage and haven't delivered.
This is really a robbery.

After paid by credit card ask for personal photo identity and address proof, this is first time in my life. If you do not provide they will hold your order. It was not easy to cancel the order, you can only ask them to cancel, really a rubbish company! Be careful!

Coupon codes don't work as advertised, shipping/packing times are a complete lie. Have waited for almost 2 weeks and nothing has shipped. Customer service does not respond at all, on any platform. Have sent messages on instagram, left comments, talked to them through email, nothing.

Had to chip in once I saw all the bad reviews. I've purchased 6 times from them. All quality, authentic products at the best prices. I live in Nor Cal and it takes about a month on average to receive my shipments. I've never panicked and contacted customer service so I have no experience with that end (sounds like they don't do that well). But overall I plan ahead and order and wait. I just bought their advent calendar a few weeks ago and it's already at my house, it is awesome! Such a great deal on 24 full size products.
Anyways, I understand shipping has been an issue for some, but trust that this isn't across the board. Success can be had here!
If you're skeptical yesstyle is more user friendly and I've heard good things about customer service. A little higher priced but may give you peace of mind if you run into any issues.

SCAM COMPANY! I never received my order. No response from seller. I requested a refund after no response after a month and still nothing. I'm filing a dispute with my credit card company. Very disappointed and never Buying from them again.
Update: order status says all items in stock and they told me they will ship by Jan 10th. It's Jan 24th and they still havent shipped my items. They still have not replied to my emails or through PayPal dispute.

I made order on 22 May 2023. It was Japanese face wash and they are cheaper than anywhere else and postage was cheap as well. They sent me order confirmation but nothing after that so I asked them when they are going to ship goods. They replied that because of bank holiday on 1st May, it is delayed. Two weeks later still no shipping confirmation. When l looked their reviews here, it is really untrustworthy company! Luckily l paid with PayPal and l got refund from PayPal (except postage £3.99)

I placed 2 separate orders. One arrived in 3 weeks the other hasn't arrived yet. It's been over 4 MONTHS. I messaged customer support and they said they would re-ship my order. That was over 2 months ago. Very frustrating I'll never buy from them again
I placed an order on November 13th and still haven't received the delivery. They said one item was out of stock and shipped it in early December. In the meantime, I moved and asked several times to update my address through chat, but they gave me the original address and I received the item. I lost it and the delivery cannot be tracked as of December 12th. I requested a refund, but there was still no response and I received an email telling me to wait.
A month and a half has passed. I chatted with 6 people, but I passed it on to someone else and am not responsible. Every time I contact them, it's a different person. They say they are not responsible. This company is trash. This is throwing money away. The goods are also sent from Hong Kong. They are scammers who disguise themselves as Korean companies and sell Korean products while sending them from China.
Any update on this? Why are you guys not doing anything regarding this? What do you guys think? I live in a slum. My parcels have never gone missing. It's your problem that you guys are using a $#*!ing delivery service who don't even send a sms or email that ami products are delivered. I will seriously take legal action against you guys because this is the USA, not Hong Kong. So either solve my issue by refunding my money or my product ASAP.
I have order 2 sunscreen from this website almost 3 month ago. I haven't received the product yet due to delivery issues. They keep saying we are investigating and we can not make you a refund! I have never had such an experience before! I would not recommend this website.
