I decided to write this review due to all the negative reviews here. Firstly, their products are fantastic, reasonably priced and much better quality and cheaper than European/western counterparts. Secondly, of course the shipping is going to take a while. It is coming from the other side of the world! (I'm in the UK). They're not going to pay premium to just fly it straight to your doorstep via a personal courier. What do you want and expect?! Thirdly I've contacted their customer services via email before (when I first ordered from them) to chase up a delivery. They normally reply between 1-3 days. But they do always reply and help in my experience. I've ordered from them for years and never had a single problem. Not one! Have a little patience and a little faith people.
Scam / Fraud I wish I can give this company a negative 1000 score. I ordered some items from here for the first time. The items did not deliver and when i contacted the Australia Post, I learned that the shipment was sent back. They provided me the proof of return. I have sent countless emails and have sent many messages to the customer service since August 9,2024 and it's been a month and have not received by refund of $89 or any response from this company. It's definitely a scam company. Buyer please beware because they don't ship anything and instead take the money and disappear. I don't know what else to do? So frustrating and annoying.
I'm genuinely appalled with stylevana, i've done a big order on the 16th may which is over a month ago and my order is STILL processing. Are you joking? Everytime i've contacted stylevana it's the same outdated automated message. Customer service is awful and doesnt bother to reply. So appalled. 20+ emails and enquiries later and its gotten nowhere. Now my prom is ruined.

I bought once from them and everything was good. However, when I placed another order, wich was quite expensive, I had one of the worst experiences. My order still hasn't arrived, although it was placed on the 30th of december 2022, and when I tried to reach them via email, I never received an answer (I already sent 8 emails). Till this day my order hasn't been shipped and it's still processing.
If there is a 0/5 star option, I would choose it. I ordered from stylevana.com on 5/12/2023 and it has been 2 months since then and they don't want to send out my order. I have contacted them numerous times and despite sending multiple emails regarding the issues, none of them were able to ship my order out. In the past, when I ordered from Yesstyle or Stylekorean, they promptly shipped my orders, and even if an item were out of stock, they would inform me about the process or offer a refund. This company literally provides no updates and expects the customer to inquire about the order status personally. This level of unprofessionalism is disappointing.

This company does not respond to my e-mails for a week, the order was placed on February 1 and I still have not received a notification about the collection of the order! I am dissatisfied, I do not recommend ordering something from them if you do not have the time and nerves to receive the order! Ordered a sizable shipment on march 27th. It's may 3rd today. Never got a shipping confirmation. Never answered any of my chats or emails. Glad I ordered via PayPal, they took care of this for me. STAY AWAY
I ordered from Stylevana, took them more than a month to ship so I requested to cancel the order. Took them two weeks to response to my request while my order hasn't been shipped yet, they have told me they will cancel the order before they start shipping it. The next few days started shipping it when I already requested to cancel before it shipped since I already bought the products I needed somewhere else. I don't recommend Stylevana at all if you don't like long waits for your order or horrible customer service.

Stylevana is a great store to but many of the most popular Korean beauty brands. From good quality to high end luxury brands, Stylevana has it all in the skincare and makeup category. The also have many other benefits such as "Vana Rewards" where you can earn points toward future purchases. They have an affiliate program as well where you can of course earn commission based pay. And finally, an influencer program where you are given a rather large box or the next months popular brands and after doing an unboxing video, you can review each product and you're given a unique code that when used by others when purchasing products with not only provide them with a discount but pays the influencer a small commission as well. Jocelyn- the person on charge of the Influencer, is very kind, is very helpful, and ready to answer any questions. Excellent customer service.

We placed an order for a hairdryer with stylevana on may 15,2023. On June 26, we attempted to contact stylevana as the hairdryer had not arrived, and we have emailed then twice since then. On each occasion we get an automated email reply, citing the labour day holiday as the reason for shipping delays. At this stage we are 11 weeks since labour day holiday and stylevana emails still reference the labour day holiday. My advice: steer clear of this site, do not purchase anything from them, do not do business with them.

I ordered cosmetics on September 17th and everyday I check my order and the status of my order in the process for 2 weeks!
I have written a lot of times in support and the answers are the same that they are working on you and very big nonsense. They cut the money from my account and now I'm waiting a month for the to deliver my order to my address!
People i don't recommend this company!
I ordered one product from them and it said that my payment failed but it checked out from my card, not once but twice! I emailed them and I showed them all the proof my transaction and everything and the last thing I asked them was the money that was checked out from my account, didn't it go to them? Because if it did why couldn't they just send me the products I paid for. They said, "Since the order payment did not went through, there is no refund to be initiated." I just gave up at that point.
I would not recommend them at all!
It's pretty shameless to continue advertising while my order # BWSVESA******* from June 6th worth nearly 130€ (paid immediately) has not even been shipped yet (although all of the items I ordered are advertised to be shipped within 24 hrs.) and they don't react to emails. The reviews in the last few weeks are catastrophic, everyone complains about the same thing. But they still sell and sell and sell and take the money. This behavior is known from companies that are about to go bankrupt. I for one will now open a case with PayPal to get my money back.
Update:
I reported a conflict with PayPal on July 21st and on July 31st PayPal decided in my favor and I got a complete refund. PayPal did this after reviewing my case and because Stylevana failed to respond to their inquiries in the given time frame. I just can recommend to anyone to do these kind of transactions, whenever possible, only via PayPal. At least with them you get your money back.

I had placed an order of over $100 which stylevana canceled due to some items being out of stock. After writing multiple mails to them (to which they typically reply after 1 month) they said that they never received the payment and refused to refund the amount. I shared the screenshots of transaction number, date, and bank statements with all the payment details but never got the refund. Customer support is bad and unresponsive! I am never going to use stylevana ever again! Yesstyle is what I use now.
In April i baught a series of products that never arrived. The client service ignored me half the time and the other half they told me they were sending them again. Fact Is i Don t have the products i payed for and i never got refunded

I paid extra for insured shipping and they sent me a smashed bottle that soaked the rest of my shipment. I sent 6+ emails over the course of a month (falsely assuming they would honor the "insured" shipment) and received no response whatsoever. ((this was also by no means a "cheap"/inexpensive order))
I then sent msgs and made public comments on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other social media. They finally responded with automated/public responses on Facebook, promising to accelerate my complaint/to send me an email within 1-2 hrs, but nothing has happened.
Assume if something goes wrong with your shipment, they will not respond or fix the problem (even if you pay extra for the shipping insurance).

Don't order from them. If your shipment does arrive it will take a month+, and if there is a problem they will not respond to your emails. If you post public msgs about your grievances online, they will respond with a copy/paste and will take it no further/will not address your concerns beyond that. It's a bit of a scam.

The bottle of essence arrived smashed, so I was unable to use it. Thus far, there has been no email response from the company, even though I have paid extra for insured shipping.
It's been months since I've ordered from them and for some reason my package was lost along the way. Stylevana Customer Service was not helpful at all and all they've been reasoning of the delay was due to Covid. I'd say their company is unreliable, untrustworthy and has a very poor customer service. They're not helpful and don't even bother to follow up on their customers.

I made two orders on 2/5/2021 - That was a TOTAL MISTAKE! Now, I am filing a dispute charge against them because they are selling things what they don't have, then withholding your money and keeping on making wishful "promises."
If you made pmt via your credit card, you have only up to two months to file a dispute charge, and hopefully to get your money back as what I am trying to do.
Also, I just received another order after filing a dispute charge. They sent me four times less quantity than what is listed on their website. I bought Kose Masks-4 pcs each (you can find it on their website); they sent me each piece counted as one unit and not each box.
To conclude, be aware and DO NOT buy here! There are many truthy and helpful reviews about this business. So, please read them before it's too late!

I placed an order on Feb 23 and now is March 23. Have not received my orders but got an email from Paypal saying the shipping is completed. Tried to email to the shipping company but got an email saying their inbox was full.
So sad so many people have had an issue with stylevana, I've ordered hundreds of dollars of products from here and have never had an issue. The pricing is so much better than Yesstyle, so i prefer ordering here. Now keep in mind shipping does take longer! I'm ok with waiting longer when ordering from here because I've never had an issue with them. I always get insured shipping too! So hoping I never run into an issue. But overall I love this website. Shipping can take upwards of a month so please be patient :)
I have a great experience with Stylevana! I ordered my package a week ago, I immediately received order confirmation and a tracking code that was very helpful, I was able to see how and when was my order getting delivered from Hong Kong to the Netherlands :) I received my package today in a perfect shape, the products were well secured in the package, so they didn't break on the way. The whole delivery was very fast considering it was being shipped from Hong Kong to Europe. And the prices on this eshop are also very low :)

There is no contact number where you can call and ask about the status of your order only way is to email them and you will only get auto reply,that because of Labour day there is a delay that was in MAY. I don't want any product from them now I just want my money back. Please once again don't make terrible mistake like I did don't buy from them. And I urge the authorities from different countries to please take a note of companies like this as they are scamming people on a very large scale as I went through the comments here and can see I am not the only one who got scammed by them.
