I decided to write this review due to all the negative reviews here. Firstly, their products are fantastic, reasonably priced and much better quality and cheaper than European/western counterparts. Secondly, of course the shipping is going to take a while. It is coming from the other side of the world! (I'm in the UK). They're not going to pay premium to just fly it straight to your doorstep via a personal courier. What do you want and expect?! Thirdly I've contacted their customer services via email before (when I first ordered from them) to chase up a delivery. They normally reply between 1-3 days. But they do always reply and help in my experience. I've ordered from them for years and never had a single problem. Not one! Have a little patience and a little faith people.
Scam / Fraud I wish I can give this company a negative 1000 score. I ordered some items from here for the first time. The items did not deliver and when i contacted the Australia Post, I learned that the shipment was sent back. They provided me the proof of return. I have sent countless emails and have sent many messages to the customer service since August 9,2024 and it's been a month and have not received by refund of $89 or any response from this company. It's definitely a scam company. Buyer please beware because they don't ship anything and instead take the money and disappear. I don't know what else to do? So frustrating and annoying.
Frankly embarrassing for a customer to be out of pocket for a failed delivery on Stylevana's part for 3 months!
Even after fully cooperating with their internal investigations by signing a letter of denial and attaching my passport ID, Stylevana has deliberately withheld my refund.
Stylevana is clearly in violation of their own EU terms and conditions in addition to the consumer rights law in Europe (I am in the Netherlands).
I will be escalating this dispute and recommend you avoid shopping with them.

On 24/5/2022 i ordered 5 x Ciracle - Enzyme Foam Cleanser -150ml with total AU$80.45. I sent at least 5 emails about my order. Initially they said that they have 2 items and then 3 items in a week later. I told them just send what ever they have and refund the remaining. Until today, I have not received anything.

I ordered 8 of these Dr. Jart SPF 30 products over two months ago. All of the items I received were the wrong product. I received them in the last week of March. I have tried contacting their customer service team multiple times, submitted multiple requests for a return/refund, emailed their customer service team, I even stayed up and called their customer service number at 10pm my time (phone hours are so bad because they're located in Hong Kong), just to be told that it wasn't actually a customer service phone line. I spent over $180 and have not seen a penny of it, or heard any word as to where my case stands. DO NOT SHOP HERE. IT IS A SCAM. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST. I've bought from Stylevana a couple times now. They are a beauty (and kind of fashion website) that sells beauty products from Korea and Japan.
I've seen people say that they aren't super reliable and I've fortunately have had no issues with shipping both in state and abroad but I would keep that in mind. They do have a variety of products I haven't been able to buy anywhere else and their products are generally cheaper. I would Still try it out though especially if the items are a lot cheaper or if you can't find it anywhere else.
I would give this review a 4 or 3.5 if I could but on behalf of some of my friends and subscribers who have had issues I would need to rate it a 3.

I bought SKII essence from them at AU$200 and the product came broken. I then contacted them for product replacement.
Originally they try to ask for information, after I sent all photos and videos that proven the product actually came broken but not broken by me, they simply say they will investigate the issue and NEVER revert again. Given how well the product was wrapped, I am pretty sure that the product was broken BEFORE they ship. Taking $000 and send a broken product, with no followup/refund, I can only say they are scam website and please DO NOT buy from them!

I placed an order two months ago, I tried to contact them asking for the tracking# and order status. I got no response and no refund for my order.

I have been a month waiting for my order (not little money at all). It is still "under process" though they rushed to take the money.
They answered in the beginning claiming there was a problem witrh one of the products and they were just waiting this to arrive to send the order, but then sopped replying.
I wonder how it is legal for this company still operate with such horrible way of handling customers, this should be banned, it is just cheating people and the frustration is huge where there is no one to ask for help.

So, I normally use a shampoo called some by mi its a good shampoo and suits my hair and scalp, and when I was looking for the product after coming to Canada, I couldn't find it except this website. So naturally, I ordered and I exclusively selected "Express Shipping" which costs extra.
Now I am waiting for almost a month now, Ordered it on February 6th, and it's still in shipping, I just don't know if it will ever arrive.
Update: I got my product but it took almost 1 month when I selected express shipping I expected 7 days or less not 1 month!. The Products however was fully intact and no spills or scratches and I got the authentic products and no problem there but the shipping time must be fixed or at least let the customers know it takes 1 month!

I ordered 4 face creams from Stylevana, 3 out of the 4 were out of date and they'd put a different date sticker on them – the one in date didn't have any sticker. They have ignored my emails.

March 30,2022 - received notification my orders were dispatched
May 14,2022 - followed up on order since no movement in tracking
May 16,2022 - Stylevana confirmed order dispatched and in transit
August 15,2022 - followed up with Stylevana since still no movement in tracking. Response from Stylevana was their generic email response.
September 10,2022 - I emailed the parcel carrier on the status of my order since no response from Stylevana.
September 12,2022 - Parcel carrier informs me that my parcel has been lost since July 21 and asked me to contact Stylevana for a refund or reissue of my order.
September 13,2022 - forwarded to Stylevana email response of parcel carrier and asked for a refund or to resend my order
September 19,2022 - Stylevana responds refusing to refund or provide voucher for the same order amount. Stylevana says they are still investigating this.
November 1,2022 - followed up with Stylevana since they have not provided any update
November 2,2022 - Stylevana still refuses refund and asked for 2-3 weeks to process investigation and will get back to me asap.
December 28,2022 - followed up with Stylevana.
Very disappointed. I no longer purchase from online stores with no actual physical

I have ordered from this site a few times but stopped during COVID for obvious reasons, I will say that prior to COVID the fulfillment and shipping was quicker but Hong Kong to US is still going to be a lengthy journey. Most of the items that indicated they would be dispatched in 24 hours were at the least fulfilled, there were two items that weren't fulfilled for a couple of weeks but you can look at the status of the items on the orders page and see what the hold up is. As soon as those items were fulfilled, my package was on its way and arrived in 6 days. In the past, if I don't want to wait, I have asked to just cancel the line items and have the fulfilled items shipped.
It's not Amazon, if you need something quickly then shop elsewhere. I think it's important to note that they don't work on weekends unlike western countries and are still experiencing some limitations due to COVID again, unlike western countries. All of my items arrived in good condition and I would recommend shopping with them if you know what you are getting into - a potentially lengthy wait for extremely reasonably priced products which is worth it to me.

They say they ship within 24 but they lie about their items being instock and about shipping so have fun waiting a month+ for their next shipment of products to come in then another 2 or 3 weeks for shipping. I placed my own order on Jan 9th, all items were in stock but this is one of those company's that back order and don't acknowledge it on the site. After emailing they refused to acknowledge this but told me to wait till they receive their new shipment of products on Feb 3rd and then wait as long as it takes for them to unpack, check, and process to receive an estimation for shipping.
I spent extra money on shipping and regret it. I bought these products to receive before a surgery to help boost morale a bit and honest this was a huge drain. I regret trying to save a few bucks by using this company next time I'll use a more creditable company.
One good thing is they reply to emails within 2 days but their replies are not helpful as telling me the projected processing means nothing if the company doesn't even have the items their selling.
At this point I just hope the products aren't fake and that I wasn't scammed out of my money.

It's been 4 weeks and my items have still not shipped, I received a notification that it's finally being packed today. We'll have to see if all the items actually arrive.
I had to reach out to find out that one of the items was OOS which is bizarre that they wouldn't inform the buyer automatically and when I bought the item it showed it was in stock. If I hadn't initiated the reach out I would've had to wait 7 weeks before my products shipped... and by then who knows if my other products would've been in stock? This clearly shows a lack of accountability and process on their end, how can a large scale business like this not have proper processes for stock availability and communication?
This is my very first time ordering from Stylevana and this will be my last, I've already informed my friends to avoid ordering from here. Looking at the comments on here and their social pages it's clear that a large number of customers have experienced issues and Stylevana doesn't care and will reply with a copy and pasted message... I'm sure they'll do the same with this review.
It's unfortunate since Stylevana has products that I haven't been able to find on other sites that allow Canadians to pay in CAD$ but it's not worth the headache, I'm going back to JOLSE who has never messed up a single order in the last 7 years I've used them and has always shipped within 2 business days.

I have purchased items since Dec 8 2023 now it's almost a month I haven't receive my package yet. Longest website I ever purchased from.
The first order I placed one item said it was going to take 14 days to ship so I figured they would ship out the stuff that was ready but apparently that's not the case… so I canceled and I had no issues. The second order I placed I receive my order within a couple weeks But one of the items wasn't correct I received a lotion instead of the serum which is what I ordered. Now I have to go through some ridiculous process and it took them three weeks just to answer me. Normally I would just say forget it and not bother but it cost $60 so I'm not letting it go. The third order I placed was over four weeks ago and I messaged them about five times to see why there has been no progress whatsoever because it said on each item that it shipped within 24 hours. Now, I understand it could take a few weeks to ship but it should've been processed right away I work for UPS I know how the process works and I get items shipped to me from Britain by look fantastic within two days time with no issues whatsoever. Stylevana will not contact me back at all to even let me know what's going on so thankfully I ordered through PayPal if I don't get an answer back within the next 24 hours I'm filing a claim I'm done ordering through them. Now…yesstyle usually takes just as long to ship but at least they answer me when I contact them. Stylevana's a few dollars cheaper but it's not worth the stress and the uncertainty. The best luck I've had is with "Iherb" I get my orders within three or four days every single time and I have ordered from them at least a dozen times.

Originally made payments 25/02/23 Needed a lot of the products that I originally purchased, tried to contact stylevanna via email at no success, also tried to contact via the website ( the website doesn't submit) I had to contact PayPal, I tried to contact stylevanna via PayPal also at no success. Now it is being reviewed by PayPal. I always use PayPal on a new site incase these things happen, and I guess I was right stylevanna is a scam site and if they aren't well they take your money and don't send to Australia
