I decided to write this review due to all the negative reviews here. Firstly, their products are fantastic, reasonably priced and much better quality and cheaper than European/western counterparts. Secondly, of course the shipping is going to take a while. It is coming from the other side of the world! (I'm in the UK). They're not going to pay premium to just fly it straight to your doorstep via a personal courier. What do you want and expect?! Thirdly I've contacted their customer services via email before (when I first ordered from them) to chase up a delivery. They normally reply between 1-3 days. But they do always reply and help in my experience. I've ordered from them for years and never had a single problem. Not one! Have a little patience and a little faith people.
Scam / Fraud I wish I can give this company a negative 1000 score. I ordered some items from here for the first time. The items did not deliver and when i contacted the Australia Post, I learned that the shipment was sent back. They provided me the proof of return. I have sent countless emails and have sent many messages to the customer service since August 9,2024 and it's been a month and have not received by refund of $89 or any response from this company. It's definitely a scam company. Buyer please beware because they don't ship anything and instead take the money and disappear. I don't know what else to do? So frustrating and annoying.

I've never shopped with a company that made me soo angry, annoyed and frustrated! OMG. My last order was never shipped, even after a month. I literally had to cancel my order as I didn't need anymore, and decided to buy from yesstyle after not hearing nothing back from stylevana. I ended up filing a dispute with them.
Please do not take the risk of shopping with this company without using PayPal, if you do, you may never see your money again. I'm starting to think that Stylevanna is a money laundering company.

They keep saying things like "we value your customer service" & contact using "support…" just for them to still ignore your emails etc like, we've already contacted you guys numerous of times! You should not be running a business if you don't have basic customer service. IF you're lucky, they'll reply once, and not contact you again for days even weeks after that.
And you know what's the craziest part? They are still accepting orders when they can barely provide basic customer service and deal with the orders they already have.
Dissatisfied and Disappointed! At this point, to avoid all this, buy from yesstyle, they atleast have decent customer service to reply back to your emails; and when they say shipped within "24hours" they means it!
If you see influencers Recommending stylevana, please heed the warnings and reviews on Trustpilot, Reddit etc many influencers are getting commissions etc for recommending them, hence why, they'll have a discount to give you.

Terrible customer service experience. Have bought lots of cosmetics and skincare products from Stylevana, however the Etude house bling stick has caused my eyelids to swell. I have been using the Etude house bling sticks for a few years now which I have bought from other sources including the original store in Singapore and have no issues with it. So this came to me as a surprise when the products caused my eyelids to swell. I have contacted them the first time of using it when my eyes were swollen however didn't reply as I wanted to give it another chance. A few weeks later, tried it again without other products and can confirm that it was indeed the Etude house bling sticks that were causing the swollen eyelids. Have contacted the customer service team again with photos however they simply replied they are unable to help since I have not responded to their previous message. This is very disappointing to hear that the Stylevana customer service team is not empathetic in assisting their customers especially after adverse reactions were caused by their products. If this was a case of a missing delivery, then I can accept that. However, this is clearly an issue with the products and it seems to me that Stylevana is denying responsibilities for counterfeit/fake products? Truly a disappointing experience.
They have also deleted my reviews on their website. Notice how there are no negative reviews on their site at all? Clearly, there isn't any transparency given that they have been deleting negative reviews. Seems dubious and honestly only leads to the confirmation that Stylevana is unable to guarantee its product authenticity and is simply shirking responsibility.
I wish 0 stars was an option. I placed a $200CAD order on March 1,2023 (thoroughly checked all items were in stock so will be sent in 24hr according to their website). March 3rd received an email saying my items were packed and ready to send (already late at this point) weeks and weeks go by and my order was still listed as "packing". By April 27th still not sent! I emailed them several times asking for an update, only got automated replies. I eventually started asking for a refund repeatedly, no replies. May 1st I opened a dispute with my credit card, I won the dispute, May 9th received email from StyleVana saying ordered canceled and refund issued, that I would get it in max 7 business days depending on the speed of my card company. 7 business days have gone by no refund. I contacted my card company today to ask about it assuming it was slow processing on their end, they informed me no refund was ever sent to them from Stylevana. My card company is now trying to get a hold of stylevana to issue the refund. It is insanity this level of customer service. Don't shop here, if you already have and are in a similar situation contact which ever company you paid for the order with and open a charge back dispute. I urge anyone to not shop here but if you do want to take the risk I urge you to never use a debit card to pay. Use paypal or credit card, as it is much harder to get a charge back with debit.

I am currently having an issue with my parcel. Indeed, it's been 20 days now that my parcel have been « Tracking number allocated & order ready » (since the 8th of December 2021) and the tracking of it haven't moved since then. My parcel haven't moved and is still in Hong Kong.
I understand that there might be some delays due to COVID and Christmas but 20 days for a parcel not to move when my previous order arrived perfectly in time. It's seriously annoying to have to have an issue with them for them to send our stuffs properly or either you're part of the PR influencer and get your stuffs fast but if you're a random customer like I am, you have the time to die before you'll get your parcel or even an answer from their customer's service wether it's by email or instagram. They be sending the same damn automatic message to everyone literally discharging themselves for their own mistakes. I don't think I will ever repurchase back from Stylevana even though the prices are very affordable but I'd rather pay more on website's like Yesstyle or IBBI and know I'll get my parcel without any issues.

Awful experience - have been waiting for my package for a month now, it has never even been to my city, Contacted Revolut for return, contacted the website multiple times - everything is ignored and no progress at all. Draining experience, they take the money and don't care for the order. It is marked as 'delivered' in my account, but I have never seen the parcel. Scum, do not buy here!
UPD: I am disgusted. Company has reached out to me after I left a review here after a month of them and the post office ignoring me. I have informed previously I will be leaving the country in a month because I'm a displaced refugee. The parcel was NEVER attempted to be delivered - I was home all the time. They have reached out asking me the information all of which I provided in multiple tickets thoroughly the month with updated address. I patiently was giving them info with exactly the same address so they can rearrange the delivery but it never was. They say 'carrier doesn't provide refund' but I have paid both for delivery and the parcel. Sounds like a 'you' problem to me. Simply infuriating. Now they have waited a month until the package has returned to the warehouse so they can keep the product and the money. Never ever order from here, save your money and nerves!

Iplaced and order on the 13th of March for about $57. I was waiting for my package, but after the package arrived in El Cajon they just said insufficient address and returning to sender. I checked my address and everything was correct and I have purchased from lot of other sites such as OLIVEYOUNG, Temu and even Ali express and nobody had a problem finding the apartment. I contacted both Stylevana and the courier company nobody responded to me. Then after like 20 tickets to Stylevana they told me we will talk with the courier company or give a refund when it arrives. As soon as they said that the tracking report stopped updating and the item never got delivered to them.I told them since I paid extra for premium insured shipping I want a refund on all products. But since then, they keep deleting my messages and not responding. I only get the automated mail saying they received the message. So I know they receive my mail checks and discard it without replying. At this rate I believe both the courier company and Stylevana together are scamming people. I've never seen a company that deletes requests for refunds from customers after charging extra to insure it. Now I know why all the items are so cheap because they are scammers. I hope soon they would get reported for this and get closed down because this is so cheap for sellers to be this unprofessional.

If I can give 0 stars, I would! I went and ordered from Stylevana. I paid for insured shipping and everything just in case any damages were to happen, which I do for most of my online orders with other websites. I got an email saying that my parcel was delivered with no proof of delivery or anything. I asked my neighbours and family if they saw any packages meant for me, none from Stylevana. I was willing to get a replacement but since the order also took so long to arrive I did not bother and just asked for a refund. They responded and said to fill out an investigation form which I did because I too work for an online company that does deliveries, I know how this process work. They responded that it will take 6-8 weeks for the investigation to be concluded, which I understand, everyone has their policies. But working with deliveries for my job, this time frame already sounded ridiculous as an investigation for orders should not take this long especially if it's a rare occurrence like Stylevana claims. It has now been 15 WEEKS and I still do not have my money or my order which is worth around $250. I have contacted them to follow up and I have been compliant and understanding of the situation but they have ignored me twice, responding to me with automated responses and one without a response at all. For an order that I paid for with insured shipping too, this is a ridiculous scheme. They hold onto your money even if you have never received any products and don't respect their customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, AT LEAST I WON'T ANYMORE. Their automated responses are absolutely stupid and are no help. I used to recommend this website to my friends but I warn them now, so they have stopped as well and I recommend for all of you not to. Holding onto money that is not theirs is fraud and the fact that you cannot even talk to a person through a phone call to discuss an issue and only communicate through email is insanely foolish. Hi. I would like to sincerely ask other online customers who have shopped at StyleVana if this is a regular "time frame" and process for Stylevana to prepare and ship orders? As shown in my screen shot, I've placed my order on Sept. 30th and today is Oct. 19th (almost the 20th). It's been almost three weeks and my order still hasn't been processed. Every time I try to check the item(s) status I get an error message "An error occurred while getting data(...)".
Naturally, I've tried contacting Customer Service but they blame the delay on "ongoing developing situation of Covid severity in Hong Kong." Then after trying to contact them several days later I was told that my order is not yet dispatched due to "some of the items taking longer to ship" (not in stock/ available). I find this weird and frustrating because, clearly, I only chose items that were available and in stock when putting them into my cart. There was even an "indicator" next to each item showing the number of % left in their inventory. So, there must be some issue with their website/data/inventory on their end.
*Sigh* I really don't want to write a negative review but the longer I wait the more I feel alarmed, stressed and displeased. This whole shopping experience makes me feel very uneasy and uncertain about this website, their authenticity, reliability, and whether they are going to fulfill my order... This is my first time shopping at Stylevana, I've got no prior good or negative experience, so basically, I relied my trust on other customers (and youtubers) and their positive experience shopping at Stylevana (which they often share on social media).
How many more weeks should I give Stylevana to process my order (before considering a cancellation)?
I wish their Staff responsiveness was better as well as eagerness to solve this issue in a more prompt manner. Or at least think of other solutions.
I'm giving them two (2) and not one (1) star out of five because I still hope this kind of long delay doesn't happen often and that I will receive my order eventually. I really want to write them a positive review next time!

The shipping isn't free. There's a minimal ($50) order purchase required to obtain a free shipping.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I'm so frustrated right now. And all the reviews saying "I made sure that all the items I selected were in stock" can shove it. I did the same - I even triple checked to make sure everything I picked were the 24h in stock ones. For those of you that had a good experience, I'm glad you didn't have to go through what the majority of us had to. It doesn't matter if a company has a couple good reviews if they have overwhelmingly bad reviews. Don't get baited by the few good ones and just save yourself the trouble/headache/money/time. - Nov 12: placed order. This is BEFORE Black Friday btw so their excuses about Black Friday + covid are not valid.
- Nov 16: sent email asking about why my order has not been processed/shipped when I expected it to be sent out in 1 business day of ordering.
- Nov 17: miraculously I get an email saying that my order has been processed and shipped out. Provided with tracking number
- Nov 23: I send email asking about why my tracking number has not been updated. In fact, it said that they didn't even receive the package yet.
- Nov 24: Receive an email saying that since it's from HK to US, tracking number will not be updated until it arrives in the US. Okay, understandable
- Dec 9: Still no update. Items I've ordered from other websites AFTER my stylevana order have been shipped and arrived to me. Sent another email
- Dec 13: Stylevana replies, saying they will file a case with the courier if there is still no movement on my tracking number after 5-7 days.
- Dec 28: I send another email asking why my tracking number has not updated. I receive an auto-reply
- Jan 5: I send yet another email. Tell them if they don't give an update that I will have to chargeback. I receive another auto-reply
- Jan 8: I send one final email asking for them to just refund me at this point. I don't even want my order anymore. I just want my money back. Another auto-reply and I don't expect them to seriously respond to me anymore.
Order made on April 28th - until today not processed, no contact, support, no tracking, no assistance. KEEP AWAY!
