I know when the company ships an item there are multiple methods of USPS, which is the Postal Service for shipping. They have a flat rate service for using a postal box and they have multiple services for next day second day third day this item was purchased. I received notification from the post office that the package would deliver on Monday, June 3 today is the 6th of June after seven different stops and transfers, my package is barely arriving in San Antonio which means if I'm lucky the package might arrive Saturday, June 8 or possibly Monday, June 10th when I emailed the company and express my concern, all they say is that it's out of their hands and then the post offices hands and yes, the package is physically in the post office's hands, but if the shipper had just used a better method than snail mail which is an option, the package would have arrived sooner than 10 days The weather delays that are in certain parts of the United States, have not interrupted the path of my package. I'm very disappointed with subaruproparts.com and to save a few dollars would never place another purchase from this company. It's just unfortunate how the retail industry no longer really cares about their customer, and all most Retail care about now is Sales and they don't care about trying to create a friendly shopping environment to get repeat business. This business could have apologized with a small credit on the shipping cost, which I initially asked if they had a better shipping method at a cheaper price and again they said the prices what it is, which it isn't anyhow, I have posted good reviews but when there's a battery view, I'm not gonna hold back I desperately need the part. It's the rear passenger tail light of my vehicle and have minimized my driving so that I don't get stopped by a policeman and get a ticket. Anyhow, like I end most of my reviews Buyer beware sometimes you're better off spending another $20 and purchasing from a more friendly environment or locally
Tip for consumers:
If the person receiving my concerning emails were a little more sympathetic and possibly adjusted half the shipping cost would’ve made the whole difference so for $15 this company received a poor review versus a good review
