“They will threaten you with collections if you don't send your glasses!”

After many emails back and forth, they would not commit to a firm price or OEM lenses. They say subject to availability. When I told them I would not send my $200 Ray Bans without a guarantee that they would use OEM lenses, and a firm price, they said I was contracted, and they would pursue me. I can only imagine how I would have been treated once my glasses were in their possession!

Tip for consumers:
don't have them email you a shipping label. They will say you are contracted to do business with them, send you dozens of harassing emails, and threaten to send you to collections.
