Don't buy from sunglass hut! Unless you appreciate zero customer service! They MAY help you if you have a problem with your sunglasses in the first 60 days. Other than that you are on your own!
I was at the Macy's in West County (St Louis MO). Last year I bought a pair of sunglasses that were on clearance (Prada) and I loved them. In March I somehow lost them.
While at the store I decided to see what you had and was talking to the manager, Lynsix. She looked up my purchase and found the sunglasses at another location and had them shipped to the store! I was thrilled and so thankful that she took the time to help me. She is GREAT!

I purchased a pair of supposed Gucci Sunglasses $400! Less than one year ago and the lens fell out. Part of the frame disintegrated. Sunglass Hut has refused to accept responsibility and replace THEM. The Customer Service will not even speak with you they send scripted email deflecting all responsibility. I wish that I would have read reviews prior to purchasing from Sunglass Hut. I do not even believe these glasses are authentic. I think they are counterfeit which is why the frame just disintegrated. DO NOT PATRONIZE FROM SUNGLASS HUT! BUYER BEWARE! THEY DO NOT HONOR THERE OWN 24 MONTH WARRANTY!

I purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses and was offered an additional warranty for $40 in the case they were damaged or scratched with the first 12 months.
Unfortunately I broke them, accidentally sat on them.
I returned the glasses to a sunglass hut store where the lady gave me the insurance brochure info and said call this number. I called up and was told to email through the docket and they will send a credit voucher back. I did this and was told they will get back to me within 3 days.
Yes day 3 I got a reply to say they have finished their review, that's all…. I have emailed them every day and they reply, their review is finished, Yes I know but what?
It's obvious they don't pay claims, it's nothing more than a scam, they didn't even ask for photos of the damage.
The company Sunglass hut uses for their insurance is called Asurion, who have had a class action against them where they lost.
My claim is 100% legit and complies to their policy, but Sunglass hut use others to blame and won't do a thing.
I am at a loss to understand how this can be legal, it's nothing more than a scam.
I will never buy sunglasses from these guys again, keep the $40, back to the small retailers for me…

I order two pairs of sunglasses from this site. Both Versace pairs one for my friend & one for myself! The order cost me $$$. The shipping took forever & when I finally received my packages after getting off work at 8pm… one box was empty & the other had the pair I ordered. My box literally came with the authentication cards Versace packaging & no sunglasses. It was passed office hours so I had to wait until the next day to cAll them. When I call them and to try to make a claim… I was told that my new pair would be reshipped. I called back the following day because I realized that the lady who I spoke to prior never sent me a confirmation email. I had to speak to a different woman who tells me that there is only one pair left and that should get a refund. I explained to her that I would rather get my sunglasses re shipped because they were a gift for a friend. She said okay and states that she will put me in a queue and they would send me a confirmation email the next day. Next day comes and I still have no confirmation email… and the lady I speak to this day states that no one ever made me a claim that I do not have a claim number! She proceeds to make me a claim provides me a with a claim number and tells me that I will receive a confirmation email in 3-5 business days! Today is Friday and that's all the way next week again! I still haven't resolved this issue but this is just to give you a picture of how terrible this company is!

I purchased a pair of wayfer Rayban sunglasses at Macy in Nashua New Hampshire on 05/13 costing me around $300. It was a pair on display. I was told the glasses could be returned within 30 days in any sun-glass hut in Macys.I didnt like the gradient / shades for the glass and wanted to return the sunglasses. I went to sun glass hut in Macys, CA but the salesperson denied the return.
The sales person pointed that both glasses had specks on it. He was not able to show where the specks were and how big? He constantly kept denying that item cannot be refunded and it was against company policy.Its quite annoying how they denied the return and wanted to just take their words. They asked me to call macy for return but macy denied it as well and directed me to return to store item purchased.It is total unfair to me as a customer who was advertise that the return policies was easy and when I tried to return something that doesn't work for me within return policy time frame,in same shape how i purchased, I was denied brutally.I believe I was given a glasses which had specks in one store and on attempt to return the same product to different store I was denied and blamed for having the flaws.Sunglasses hut policies are total SCAM and not consumer oriented!

Complete scam. I dont know how this company is still in business. I have never seen employees lie to this extent to keep their bonuses. This company will never actually allow you to return your glasses. They will go to the extreme of scratching the glasses themselves if they have to. I brought in a unused pair of Tiffany glasses mint new condition a week after purchasing. I left the store after with one tiny scratch on the lense. Sofie rough handled the glasses for 5 mins in store. COMPLETE JOKE! SOFIE claimed there was several long scratches on the lense. She said she wouldnt return them but I could exchange. I took the glasses to Southcenter after and the employee said there was not several scratches. The Lady at Southcenter mall also said she found one very tiny scratch. How Does A pair of unused glasses get a scratch unless sofie scratched it when she handled them roughly. SOFIE completely lied claiming there was several scratches. Scam artist. All to keep her bonus. There is countless reviews all claiming the same thing about this company.

I bought just this week 1 Bulgary sunglass and 1 Versace sunglassess in the same day time and same store in Brighton worth nearly £500.00 and the Store name in Brighton is called Sunglass Hut. This is inside the Churchill Square. This woman forced me to buy this Bulgary Sunglassess which I DONT like it. She said to me, you can Return this within 30 days if you DONT like it. So just to make her HAPPY, I bought it. 3 days later which was yesterday, I went back and want to return it because I'm NOT HAPPY., but when I arrived in the shop, the same woman and the man entertained me. So I gave my glassess to the said woman, and you know what? She made an EXCUSE that there is a SCRATCH. SO I was shocked and said to her, WHAT ON EARTH that will get a scratch where I DIDNT EVEN USE IT.?that's what I said. Actually there's NO Scratch at all. They just WANT YOUR MONEY. SUNGLASSESS SHOPPERS STAY AWAY FROM THAT SHOP CALLED THE " SUNGLASSES HUT. They are a SCAMMER. Don't believe what they say, they are SUPER SCAMMER. They know HOW to play the game. My husband bought me RB3670 54 for Christmas@ 161.00 in the Woodlands Mall location receipt #*******. I went to exchange the glasses at the Market Street location. I have a gift receipt. We picked out a pair of clearance Prada (317@ 50% OFF = 158). It was almost an even exchange. HE REFUSED TO EXCHANGE MY RAYBANS! Excuse after excuse! "Only a manager can exchange these" "I can't do it because you're exchanging regular price for clearance and the system will regect it" "No, I can't refund the difference to the credit card you bought them with..." On and on and ON! UNBELIEVABLE! Would my exchange eat his commission in some way? The whole point of a gift receipt as I pointed out to him (yes, my husband still had the regular receipt) is so I can exchange the glasses for some that suit me better. He can't refund 3 lousy dollar's to my husband's card? FURTHERMORE, There is a sign on the wall thay says take an additional 20% off clearance items. So really it should've been 158 -20% additional credit. When I asked about that he gave me some song and dance about having to buy 2 pair of clearance glasses to get the additional 20% OFF... THAT IS NOT WHAT THE SIGN SAYS! Our trip to your Market Street location was a complete waste of time as we took a while to find a pair of sunglasses I liked, then stood in line... the got served up the run around because this guy obviously doesn't know how to exchange merchandise or honor your own promotions posted clearly on the wall! This was all at 4pm about 45 minutes ago. So whoever was working that shift needs some PR training... just ridiculous.
I ordered a pair of BVLGARI BV7034 Diagono sunglasses on Oct 20th online from Sunglasshut.com, I got their conformation email on the same day, then, I paid the full price. Not receiving them after 7 days, I followed my parcel through DHL, but then I found out that they are not sent to the DHL. It was then that I talked to the customer support and they apologized and told me that my package was lost. However, they admitted that they will refund my money, and as a gesture of good will, they offered me a %40 percent off for my next order.
The thing is I tried to use this promo code but it didn't work, so I called the customer service again, but after putting me on hold for 30 minutes, they said they have to investigate about what has happened, which takes about 7-10 business days, and later I'll be informed if I am eligible to receive that 40% or not. The worst thing is 14 days are gone, and not only haven't I got a promo code as a compensation for their terrible service, but also I haven't received my money yet.
The most dramatic part is that the item I had ordered is already available for sale.
I am not accusing this company for fraud, but the situation says so. Please be cautious about the company you are dealing with, I myself have to go to the bank to repot a fraud with all the documents I have to get my money back.
