They placed ads all over claiming a sale where if you buy 3 you only get charged for 2. I was charged for all 3. On top of that, for the sale price I was charged, it was higher than if I had purchased it through their Amazon store. Further, they put information and pictures showing a bulk count such as 5 bottles or 6 bottles of resin, then only ship out 1, claiming that the number of bottles was a minimum order. That makes no sense as they clearly sold and charged for 1 bottle while making me believe that I was getting more at a clearance price. When I contacted them about these serious issues they sent me a picture showing the sale, then ignored me. The 3% discount they did give still meant I ended up paying more per bottle than if I had just purchased from Amazon, where I would have had them same or next day. As it sits, they waited 1 day to create the label with Fedex "smartpost", then waited another 2 days to actually ship. I will not see the package until Friday, at which time I will either have to accept them screwing me over, or sending it back and demanding an immediate refund of my money. Either way I am facing a delay and having to deal with a very dishonest company. This Hong Kong based company with offices and warehouses in the U.S. clearly has no issues with telling lies and scamming people with false advertising and dishonest practices.
