I'm one of thousands of innocent homeowners posting across the internet who have been SCAMMED/LIED to by SunnovaEnergy.This comp.has been violating countless state / federal laws and regulations and is under TWO investigations - the SEC for defrauding investors and a congressional probe for "troubling sales practices" as well as the recent award of $3 BILLION government grant.The compant commits FRAUD /preys on disabled,low income,elderly- some on their deathbeds by enticing them with LIES about the safety of panels in old homes with worn roofs that are not suitable to solar panels causing thousands of dollars of repairs. They over inflate the benefits with false promises of savings and the elimination of electric bills.They with hols important information about loans/leases/financial agreements to TRICK homeowners into solar.They forge signatures on illegal "agreements" they intentionally with hold from the homeowner using Docu Sign.They are abusing the Docu Sign service -another violation of federal regulations. Consumers need to be warned they are ALSO posting deceptive,FRAUDULENT 5 star reviews for themselves to further commit fraud
