After receiving the goods, I unpacked them as soon as possible. The quality is very good. It is consistent with the seller's description and completely exceeded my expectations. The packaging is very careful and tight. Generally speaking, this is a very satisfying shopping, thank you seller.

I bought a brand new smart phone and after a month it broke. So I asked the sunsky agent about the warranty and answer was that the phone has no warranty. How come a brand new phone has no warranty. Its some thing wrong with this picture. Beware

I ordered a screen for a phone...The screen has now (after some days of use) a green line in the middle...

I've purchased bulk order and I received defected products while they refused to cooperate with me.
Poor packaging + flashing leds and not working + smaller backgrounds of the studio, means the background is smaller in size than the studio itself leaving a gap on sides.

Paid $113.30 for an item after coupon, but the package is lost during transition. Which I do blame the delivery company more. However, after usps reimbursed me $106.35 (the insurance only covers up to $100, and $6.35 is the shipping charge). I did ask SUNSKY to refund the rest few dollars after, but they refused and said it's entirely delivery company's fault, and they won't refund any for it. Ok, but this indicates if you do purchase a lot, and the package is lost during transition, bad luck for you but they won't refund you a cent for it. I don't really suggest to purchase from this wholesaler. Even if it's not your fault, you should help the buyer get their money back from the delivery company, but in USPS unless you've purchased enough amount of insurance, you won't likely receive the amount you've lost, SUNSKY didn't mention any of insurance part, which they might also blame delivery company for it because it's not directly shipped by USPS but from a delivery company in China instead. Domestic shipping by USPS afterwards.

This is a waste of time, nerves and money. It is a scrap dealer and scammer. Caution to all! Do not buy from www.sunsky-online.com
Unfortunately, I realize that it is an unfair trade with this shop.
1. Additional costs incurred for delivery
2. Customs bill has become up to 50% higher
3. Instead of declared 4 positions I get only 3 (item no. HWL6100JHK is missing).
4. Supplied item no. MPH 1697 is defective (the display does not work every time).
The service is not trustworthy at all. More than two weeks of various statements and constant stress. The customer is constantly cheated and you try to demand even more money from him.
This incurs additional costs for shipping, which is not trackable for customs. When you get a package, another surprise follows that there are not yet all (even customs cleared) items.
Then one of them not fully functional, so broken. Further communication with so-called Stella no longer works. Review is no longer possible to write.

Terrible commpany, don't bother buying anything from them. They listed xperia z1 compact backlight as xperia x compact backlight, refused to correct their mistake or to refund my money (didn't even review the listing itself after sending video and photo proof). Had to open a paypal dispute...
I've been talking with their "sales manager Ms. Lassie" for a MONTH, still didn't do ANYTHING about it. They also keep removing my review on this item.
Really if you know whats the best for you, stay away and dodge the bullet...
The only upside of it is, that i've ordered only a sample, so didn't lose much money to find out how terrible they actually are. BTW they also shipped the item to the wrong address, so i had to go there and pick it up, no idea how could that happen.

Goods from sunsky also of a good quality, very confortable that they provide pictures of them.

I have been using Sunsky-online since 2018 and its been great and still is till now. For your quality and cheap electronics, I would recommend to check Sunsky and see for yourself as I have seen it.
