I purchased a Toyota Tacoma from a dealer in clear water, Florida. But I live so far away that I decided to take it to Sun Toyota. I have never been so disappointed by a dealership in my life. Every time I had it serviced it seemed fine but little did I know they damaged my vehicle. I have had to take it back so they could fix there mistake. Then the next repair was the dealership had to replace all the gaskets which was unnecessary because they messed it up. I was checking up the work and I noticed they didn't reconnect the radiator hoses. I shouldn't have to point that stuff out.then the air conditioner stopped working because it was tampering with. They had my vehicle a few days when I got it home I notices the instrument panel was cracked. Again I had to return my truck but Sun Toyota claimed that it was like that. So they screwed up again. There was a manufacturer warranty on the truck light on top of the truck, so my son who is a mechanic and worked for Sun Toyota fixed it and I was going to pay him but the dealer replaced the gasket and screw my son out of his work and money. I needed new tires and I purchased them from SUN TOYOTA AND I HAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE WITH THE TIRES I PAID FOR. There was tire rot so I went back to SUN TOYOTA I was told that the tires were a third party sale which I was not aware of. I had vibration my son said the sound was coming from my drive shaft. My wife decided to deal with the dealership said that was not the problem, with the drive shaft she told the customer service that she would continue to return until they fixed the problem. They finally agreed. But it's not over with finally found out that the noise was a problem with the crank pulley insulator was cracked and replace vacuum pump, the problem was that no parts were available and when they are they go to the dealership first. Sun Toyota wanted to charge me 1.482.86 I called around and got the parts for the cost of the vacuum pump for 741.98, My son used to work for SunToyota but he was fired for not upselling customer! He is my mechanic now I can trust him. I will never go back to Sun Toyota and I am writing this review because of their practice of upsetting people!
