Called around for service representative to come out and access my furnace problem. Found a local rep. Paid the typical assesment I thought was fair.Service rep made his assessment. Great. After quoting me a rediculous price(my opinion) that included the part needed.That's where the buck stops. I researched part's suppliers and found SupplyHouse. Just one call and I reached a representative that quickly found the part I needed(Nordyne furnace inducer motor) and boom, the price was one half the amount the local supplier was asking. I ordered the part and it arrived within the time period the service rep mentioned. The packaging was 1st class. 24 hours. Good Job Supplyhouse.
I purchased over a dozen hydronic baseboard heaters from Supply House. Several failed and the ones they sent to replace the ones that broke also failed. One employee admitted they had a defective batch. Despite this they told me they would not honor any more warrantee claims. Home Depot has the same ones and they will stand by what they sell. Avoid Supply House they stink.

A few days ago I was shopping for Schedule 80 PVC parts and a double-union PVC ball valve on the SupplyHouse.com website. Eventually I found the parts locally.
Since then, SupplyHouse.com has been blowing up my email account with ads multiple times a day, insisting I purchase the parts I looked at. Based on my experience and customers' feedback, it will be a cold day before I ever consider a purchase here.

Great 5 star experience from this online company I never heard of or was able to find many reviews of. Contacted their chat help line twice, once to confirm the free expedited shipping and once regarding a 1 day delay in receiving the item that was actually caused by UPS, not them. Both times I was assisted within one minute of calling, by a real person. The part I received was exactly what I ordered, well packaged and in perfect new condition. Their website is a pleasure to navigate. Their invoice included with the item offered clear, simple instructions if a return was needed. The price of my item was about 1/4 what I was quoted by local HVAC companies who then wanted $100 per hour labor for a simple board swap.

I tried to purchase an item from my local plumbing companies with no luck. Jumped on line and found it at SupplyHouse.com. I ordered and received the item the next day without special shipping. I spent 171 + for furnace filters which were in two three packs of 6. They were not matching the description of the size, therefore I could not use. Contacted customer support and they said I cannot return partial case. They sent me an email confirming that they had listed the wrong size. Therefore I wasted the money. You are better off paying more from a big box store. Not worth money. Zero support. Save your time and money DO NOT BUY HERE. The worst part is I have bought filters here for the past goes uear and spent several hundred dollars, clearly they do not value their customers. Look somewhere else.

They sold me a controller card that did not work. They then want me to jump through several hoops and never call back or return emails. Mean while my tenant has had to go over a week without heat.
I will never buy from them again.
I paid $99 dollars for the card and today found it for $71.

Overnight order placed, part was needed to fix heat in home. Called next day to find out why my part had not arrived and was told they could not even confirm it was shipped. When I should have received my emergency part, so my 2-year-old would have heat, I'm given the run around from Supply House's incompetent managers that cannot tell me when or if I will receive the part
Bought mini split line sets and various parts for install of new Mitsubishi minisplit units. Two years later i am replacing both line sets with numerous pin holes at the cost of $1000.00 for three service calls and freon. Company informs me there is only 1 year warranty on there products. Obviously they sell garbage! I will never use them again and will pass this along to anybody thinking of buying from them.

They dont refund returns. They just give you a rerun around. I shipped the item back and its been 2 weeks and each time when I ask for my refund they tell me I need to wait a week and the wait time keeps getting longer and longer.

Learn to take ownership for each customer you deal with. Whatever you do, don't tell the customer you will perform a service and then not follow through! That's called "Lack of Integrity" in your business model! Ie... Mike W with order #*******.

FYI... UPS "Sortation Delay" means they lost your package! Your customers know that too. Don't leave them hanging! Oh... and anyone trying to submit a complaint, they block your IP address... losers.

I ordered a condenser fan motor on their website because they said it was an OEM. What I received said Universal Fit. I told them I could have paid $50 less for a universal but paid up for an OEM motor. Requested a refund because of bait and switch and was told I had to pay return shipping. Look at their description it says brand is Nordyne. The other pic is what I received. Dishonest company. I'll never order from them again.

After purchasing over 3000 dollars worth of supplies. They wont ship my order, because they authorized the entire order on a credit card, and the bank is declining second charges for the same order. They dont use the authorized money for the order. They also cant get the sales tax rate correct for my business. This company is more of a headache to deal with than the savings are worth.

I purchased a hot water heater in Feb, 23. It arrived all beat up. Took pic's and called. They said go ahead and install, if there is a problem its covered. Well, it started leaking, they don't cover labor/parts to reinstall. That will be another $500 if I even get a replacement) They sent me to make claim direct to Triangletube. Triangletube said claim must come from Supplyhouse. Contacted Supplyhouse again and they said they need a day or two to process. NO ability to track progress, just wait. DO NOT BUY from SUPPLYHOUSE! You'll be on your own.

The package was on the UPS delivery truck ready to be delivered when supplyhouse requested they return the order. When I enquired, they lied & said it was because of the Chinaflu. It defies logic why they would do such a stupid thing. Do yourself a favor, find a supplier that doesn't lie to the customers and stop shipments w/o cause.
This company shipped my client a totally damaged product. They then sent the incorrect item which is also unusable. They will not return the item and only say "sorry there is just nothing we can do". So they sell unusable goods and will not stand behind them. They have scammed my elderly client could not care less. They should close their doors and never return to the space.

Company lies on their website about shipping times. When I ordered at 9am Monday it said order today and have it tomorrow (27th). I get shipping notification last night. I check it this morning and it just says label created. I called and was lied to by the rep who assured me it went out on the truck. Not until 1:41 today (day I was supposed to have the part) it shows on way and I will have it tomorrow. I don't appreciate being lied to and will never, ever use this company again for parts.

I purchased a natural gas ignitor from Supply House at the direction of one of their technicians. I tried the device on my water heater and still no ignition. When I attempted to return the device I was denied because tested on my water heater. What poor customer service. I would not recommend Supply House to anyone!.

We purached a water heater vault from SupplyHouse.com. When the parts came, we were unable to install it as the threaded interface was wear and tear. We suspected it was a used part. We called their customer service and explained it was a defect product with all the detail information they required. Finally they replied that the part is not returnable as we unpacked it and tried to install it. We did not even take off the tapes of the parts how could they determined we used itwithout looking at the product. They sent several emails trying everything they could prvent me from returning the part and getting the refunds. We are very unhappy with their services. I feel we got cheated.
