So far so good we will see if it's legit well I got all my documents. I just wish that ESA documents would extend my workplace because that's where I need my pup the most.
The whole process was quick and easy. I got my approval and letter pretty quick. I ordered a vest and tracker dog tag as well and look forward to receiving those. I will be submitting the letter to my new apartment and looks like I should be good.

When I first attempted to register my kitties through Support Pets, I was a little turned off, the website and the process seemed unauthentic. After moving through the prompts and holding my breath, the results were better than I expected.

I have extreme anxiety, food allergies, and bipolar. Having my animals makes me much more competent and happier as a person. This was a great experience and I feel very lucky with the ease and quickness of this!

I was approved and received my documents within a few hours, which is very convenient and awesome! I did not care for how general the documents were. To me, they sound impersonal and generalized. If I was a landlord, I would be suspicious and question the authenticity of the letter for sure.
I contacted support to see about having my housing letter reworded or maybe have it be more personalized to my specific case and did not get very far. All I got in response was that their resources were limited and could not answer my question. My questions were forwarded to a specialist who would have more info about it. (Still no response)...

So far it's been easy to do. I'm hoping this will help me when I move into my apt with my kitties. I've been partially homeless for 3 yrs and now find myself having to have a place to live for my job but I cannot go without my kitties. They are quite literally the reason I'm still here. If anything were to happen to them, all bets are off for me.
I heard about support pets through a friend and I'm moving into my new apartment and of course they don't allow staffy's I've had my dogs for 3 years and there like my children and wouldn't have been able to take them with me if not for support pets they were very fast with the approval process and sent me my documents the next day and I'm thrilled I'm gonna be able to take them with me now I would of been lost without my dogs thanks so much support pets I would recommend this service to anyone and everyone who has a pet they can't live without.

Getting my documentation was super fast and easy, the only thing I'm struggling with is the documents provided did not list a specific disability and isn't a valid forum for the leasing company that owns our new house

My dog is a Chiwawa -cocker spaniel mix. He is 2 years old and very active. I have not purchased his vest and tag yet. He is very friendly and needs more training. Your help in getting my pet certified as an Esa dog has been a great help to me. Again thanks.

Lucky is very supportive he is my watch dog and has to be my side always and he sleep with me now I can take him with me everywhere He has been staying home and I don't like that he is a Chana so he's small and very smart I should have done it sooner

We successfully got our dog registered to be an ESA. But some of the info was misleading.
We were under the impression that the official harness and leash were automatically included. & the pet tracker is also not free with purchase. Atleast it's not in our case. Very very disappointed. For over $200
