It was easy but expensive to sign up only to find out that you still have to pay more to allow your dog to travel with you. Also the price for PSD is different on every email which waxes like a scam. I am hoping that this is legitimate since I spent my grocery money on it and still have no information on the harness and leash I purchased. I still plan to take the PSD courses when I get my already purchased items.

When I started this process, it was super user friendly, extremely helpful and did not take long at all. My only issue was when I was trying to enter my address to receive my dogs harness, it wouldn't save and just processed for a long time. But I spoke with customer service the next day and every thing was handled.
