I paid for the vest, card, and leash. Why did I received the letter telling me I would have to pay for the vest etc. when I paid for them in the reg fee.
It was quick and easy and one less worry to deal with and now a character requirement to fulfill just lost a star for that sorry

It was very quick and easy to apply. It didn't take long to get approved (24 hrs for me). Now I know I can take my support animal with me everywhere I go.

It was fairly easy, however, I listed two pets and only show the one, Kami. I guess I have to send an email for the second pet, Tuna? It wasn't as complicated as other sites I visited.

So I got Bon bon right after I loss my other dog Molly, support pets was right there for me. They transferred Molly's ESA documents to my new pet Bon bon as it wasn't even a month after I had renewed Molly's certificate, I have had support pets for years and have recommended them to everyone I know with a furry family member.

Everyone was so helpful with both of my pets too bad my landlord was not. She claims the laws don't apply to her. She said she was exempt because of the number of rentals she has.

At firts i was skeptical about it but I got a little money and they had a sale going on so I thought I might as well give it a try if I get scammed owell. But next thing I knew I was filling out information for my pet and the next day they emailed me and said hey you qualify use your ESA ID number. I was highly surprised I got a little emotional and it made my day.

Was good till got to where couldnt afford $177 and the questionair said I didnt care that much for my pet. Way to make people feel a certain way when rying o do the right thing.
Overall I am happy with your service with the ESA still getting used to the service though still got a couple things I need to buy to complete to get to the training besides that everything's been going smooth
