I was little skeptical about applying for ESA letter in general, but then as I followed the steps and answered questions about this process, I was happy that I went through this offering, within next couple of days got the approval letter.

Very quick response, I received my doctor's approval within 48 hours, and I'm currently waiting on the cert. And card in the mail! Good service and quick response, thank you!

I purchased the ESA package that was going on at the time which included the digital copy as well as the televet however I only received my digital copy and continue to get emails saying I haven't registered either of them yet. I was also supposed to get a freebie since it took several days but that has not happened either.

This is my third year going through this company and I have given the company name out every time I'm asked. I take my dog everywhere and I don't have any more anxiety in public.

After doing some research on several different sites offering ESA approval letters, I chose Support Pets because it was more affordable than the comps. I was a little skeptical, but I received my letters within 24 hours and the Dr. was local. I go tomorrow to finalize the application process to an apartment that says pet friendly, but has a weight restriction that would prevent my pet from living there. I hope there is no issues when I present her this ESA letter! I will post a follow up review…

I am very pleased with this service and the housing document is exactly what I need for my landlord. The process is fast, professional, and customer service support exceptional. All communications are handled online but most of everything is these days. My only concern is that the price for the basic service is not clearly stated prior to entering your credit card information and being charged. However, I am happy with the price, service, support and speed.

How do I get the support animal vest for my cat. I thought the vests came with the purchase. Please let me know how and where to obtain the pet clothing with support pet logo. Thank you.

Renewing this year was so easy! This is my third year with ESA and the renewal process was much simpler this year than last. I got my documents in under 48 hours.

The idea of having my apartment tell me I can't have my pets give me so much anxiety! But I never have to feel that again! I got both of my pets registered and it was so incredibly easy!

It was fast and easy to get approved! I appreciated the discounts to help keep it all affordable I even got my cat a geniustag for $3! Really efficient and I will be reccomending to my other pet owning friends.

I didnt get a receipt and I dont have a tracking number or any information regarding the items i ordered for my dog. But the money was withdrawn so this is concerning

I am still waiting to receive my Official ESA ID Card in the mail. Do you have any idea when I can expect to receive this as we will be traveling at the end of this month. Thank you.

All is very misleading and I will not renew next year, thank you for that I might add. You keep wanting us to purchase more and more just to get what others get for less than one hundred dollars and some for nothing at all.

My experience was very smooth and they got me my esa very quick! When I got approved the process was very easy to get my documents to where I needed them! This is an amazing place to go to if you need an esa!
