I was kind of unsure how the process was going to be. Once I got started answering the questions. I felt much better about getting it accomplished. It was very straight forward and painless!
Support team is very helpful, provided lots of educational lessons on what I was getting into and overall information on my new account and annual licensing information for my animal.

Honestly I wasn't sure what to think about this when I first decided to try it. I've been trying to get my dog ESA certified for two years now and it never worked. They were always adding to the list of things she needed to be capable of and wouldn't believe me when I explained she already could. When I proposed the idea of getting my cat registered they literally laughed in my face. So when I saw an ad for this on Facebook I just thought "why not try it?". So I answered the questions which were very simple and inclusive and boom! They told me I was approved. I got both my dog and Cat certified in one go with no extra cost. This makes me so unbelievable happy you have no idea.

I only was asked a few questions and then I was given an option to have a vest and a few other items to go along with it unknowing of the fact that it would cost me another $264 ontop of the $107 I was charged for the esa. Not anything very bad just wasn't expecting it is all. Very informative website and easy to apply my esa. Got back to me within a day so thank you!
It was so easy to be seen and heard as needing my dog for my emotional stress. Trying to find a way to get him certified was very stressful. Thank you to the team and services for making this so easy

Overall, the experience was quite positive. I learned a great amount about support pets and about the laws related to them. My only negative comment is that the prompts were a bit too aggressive with respect to selling additional products. (I did actually purchase another product and am finding it totally informative and useful.)

You know it's kinda hard to say did I have good experience or bad experience especially when you cannot talk to the person themselves the video was good with what they explained.
