The process was easy, and took very little time. I suffer from PTSD and Toby has been a life saver. Being able to take him with me anywhere will greatly improve my quality of life. A friend had suggested trying to get him certified. That is where our journey began. I am very glad I decided to do this.

I received my documents in record breaking time. I had issues bringing my dog (Cane corso) where I live. Once I received my ESA papers they welcomed my dog. So thankful for the experience.

When asking to upgrade your purchase, they are 2 different charges. I though when i clicked the $87 bundle, for the gear, it would make the price for the one $87 but i got charged $107 and $87. Currently going the the process to get a refund.

I have never completed a verification of getting ESA for my pets simply due to the overwhelming feeling I've had of just completing a new but also multi-step process, so I've gone with paying fees just to avoid a new process.
