The overall experience was good. It wasn't clear that both my dog and my daughter's cat were being submitted for approval. Only my dog was mentioned. I emailed Customer Service as indicated if I wanted to sign up a second ESA. The response was prompt and I was told that both were being processed. So other than a little confusion, all was good.

It was a bit confusing to me. I did not get the certificate this time and was not sure if I had to purchase new ESA ID card and tag, I have all three from my first enrollment.

I was told that you would fill out specific landlord forms and as soon as I sent one in it was denied and not filled out. It's frustrating to spend the money on this site to receive everything and then have to go elsewhere and spend the money again to actually receive what I need.

I've been using for the past 4 years this service for my dog and it has been amazing so far. I don't use it very much for travel, because I don't travel a lot but I do use it for apt complex purposes and it's been great because I can have accommodations. Now I added a new furry baby and just go the service for him too since I cannot live without them. I 100% recommend.

I rescue my dog from my family members family/friend. Since he became part of my family, he has given me light to my stress, depression, anxiety etc. And because I stay in apartment that doesn't allow pets, my landlord had no choice but to honor my letter and i didn't have to stress for pet fees and deposit or monthly rent for having my dog with me.

Quick and easy enough. So helpful! I feel like I lost out on so much time over 5 yr period with my boxer who I had to put down 2 wks ago due to unpreventable progressive paralysis due to neck/spine scar tissue… this will help me spend more time with my other fur babies!
I got my documents right away. I did order the vest and leash and a couple other items and I am waiting to get those, but really happy that I signed up and applied for this so that my Sadie can travel with me all the time
