I was relieved to know this wasn't a strenuous process. I should've done this years ago but did not do my research. I'm so thankful of the knowledge they provided and and quick process to get my fur babies approved. I 100 percent recommend!
My wife signed me up and all was good but when I asked her what all the charges were for she couldn't tell me and when I reached out to customer support I have not gotten an explanation

The process was very easy and super fast. Remy got approved right before I had to move in and all fees were waved. Now I don't have to worry about when applying anywhere for housing or have anxiety when I'm on the run doing errands because she can come with me anywhere as well now. I love it!

Want to say it is a good experience and easy to get when someone needs to get a pet to make an emotional support animal. Every other way I turned I was told they said they don't do that but support pets gave me a blessing and a piece of mind knowing I don't have to lose my pet.

Support pets made the process of qualifying my cats as ESA pets both quick and super simple! The customer service team got back to me within 24 hours when I had a question, and I received my cats' ESA documents within 24 hours too! I also appreciate how affordable it was to register both of my cats. I was able to get both registered together for 1 fee. I would definitely recommend support pets to anyone looking to get their pets registered as ESA pets.

I filled the questionnaire out multiple times and it wouldn't direct me to make my purchase along with it. Although I had some back and forth until we could figure that out and get a payment link that worked, they gave me a discount for my trouble and once I did submit payment I had my forms the next day!

The process was easy and painless. Happy to get such quick response. I am a multiple sclerosis patient and really like having my fur baby with me all the time she keeps me calm and happy. Suport pets allows me to do so.

It was a very easy process my pets were certified in less than 48 hours and I received my documents right away. I was able to register my dog and my cat under the same certification. They've kept in contact with me and updated me on everything

This is such a Win Win for you and your dog. Since I was diagnosed with my mental disorders, having an ESA animal has been life saving and now with these legal valid documents it also means I can save so much money on pet fees/rent while I'm able to take him everywhere I go!

To get a total amount prior to entering credit card info. I would have ordered the Service Dog plan, but I couldn't afford in a 1 lump payment. If I could have made them in 2 payments divided. As couldn't afford the Service Dog pack plus the service dog pack.

I completed the online application, was informed immediately whether I met the criteria for an emotional support animal and was provided the instructions and paperwork necessary for my dog. They followed up to make sure I received everything I needed.

Did not notice that there is an annual renewal cost. At even the reduced cost of $90-ish I will BOT be renewing!
For the amount I paid $130-ish + $80-ish for the bundle this should be for more than just 12 months!
