It was no hassle at all, quick and easy for renewal. I received a reminder to renew, so that process was easier then the first time.
The website dont work well, it keeps trying to charge me extra after i have payed. The buying methods are super manipulitive and i dislike that. For someone who is on a budget and cant afford an extra 90-180 dollars immediately, the no my pet dont mean that much to me button, is messed up. I will definetly be taking my business else where when i need to renew next year. The customer service is horrible too. Yall take forever to respond and when yall do the answers dont answer anything.

I did not want to purchase extras for my ESA downloading the document was confusing. Emailed directions should state watching the video is mandatory.
