I just moved into a new apartments and depend on my two dogs for emotional support due to previous trauma, the complex required additional information aside from the standard letter I received from Support pets. Support pets were able to provide the additional documentation that was required and I was not needing to pay deposit or pay rent. Support Pets are quick to reply and very helpful. They filled out the custom form from the apartment complex and I was approved with no issues. I would highly recommend their service as I believe. They are well worth the money.

We will be traveling via air at Thanksgiving and Christmastime with the girls. I also ordered ESA jackets for them. Though, last year, we didn't have any trouble with the airlines, I thought it might be good to have them decked out in the proper attire. :) Thanks!

It was rather fast and almost seamless, the only issue I had was resetting my password. After reaching out to the 24/7 support team they helped me right away and now I have all of my document and my cats certification
