Supprellapro

This is a company that makes an umbrella that opens in the opposite way to regular ones, so all the water is contained in the umbrella instead of outside. They claim German pedigree but in fact it is made in China. Ordered one on Dec 30th and it is now February 14th. It is nowhere to be seen. Customer service does not seem to exist and they reply to inquiries at their own schedule which has amounted once in 4 weeks with no usable information. I have tracking information that gives no information that is useful. So I wait. Buyer beware.
