Sure Critic is very helpful with increasing (daily) our shops reviews. Easy to use and respond to customers reviews. Highly recommended!
This is by far the best thing we did when we opened are business. They are always so helpful with any concerns or questions we may have
Here is the review I recently posted on Yelp. The last paragraph demonstrates a way that I have experienced that the ratings on Sure Critic are manipulated:
January 2022 Where do I start. The service department doesn't answer the phone--period. Finally got a call back after three days of leaving messages and made an appointment for an oil change. Without getting lengthy, here's the list. Oil change took two and a half hours (with an appointment!). Multi-point inspection claims to have set all tires to 36 psi, but they were untouched and still at my settings of 33 and 35 psi. Technician wrote up the cabin air filter as a "critical safety" item, but I change it regularly myself, so I checked it and it was fine. When I couldn't find the cashier, I was told, "You have to pay someone in the little room outside on the left."
HERE'S THE MOST DISGUSTING PART OF ALL: I was sort of kind and gave this dealership 3 stars on their "Sure Critic" review site. And then came the phone call. I could have a free oil change or a free detail if I would RESCORE my review to 5 stars! So don't rely on the ratings done with Sure Critic because they are bogus with their rescores fueled by bribed customers.
I HAVE TO ADD THIS: And now, guess what? My review is not even posted on Sure Critic anymore. Deleting negative reviews is just another deceptive practice making Sure Critic a phony source.
SureCritic is hands down the best review solution in automotive. All the reviews written by verified customers. SureCritic gives dealership management a great insight to exactly how well they are doing and should there be an issue it allows management a chance to clear up the issue prior to the negative review to be posted. This is a win win situation for both dealership and customer because the customer can have their issue resolved and rescore the store and the store doesn't suffer from a negative review that could have just been a lack of communication. No one else does this in the automotive to my knowledge. I also like the fact that unlike other review solutions SureCritic sites are dedicated to the dealership and don't advertise their competitors. If someone is reading the positive reviews that I work hard to get why would I want competitors ads and directions on my review site? I have found SureCritic to be the most effective solution at getting customers to quickly review a store build a large number of reviews that other solutions just can do as effectively.
Same as everyone else. Terrible experience at Pohanka Hyundai Salibury Maryland service department. Wrote honest (bad) review... never appeared... others did on same day. Hello Yelp!
We have always been impressed with the level of service and support from SureCritic. You guys are the best! Thank you.
I look for sure critic reviews when Im looking to take my car in for service. I like the fact that these reviews are from actual customers. It helps in picking a place to get my car worked on.
UPDATE: The SureCritic CEO got involved and after his intervention the review did get posted. I am glad Mr. Brondstetter took time to get the issue resolved. Hopefully the company will streamline the process and ensure reviews are posted in a more timely manner.
Original Review: I just got off the phone with SureCritic about the pending review I posted two days ago on Werner Genesis located in Tallahassee, Fl. I rated them a 2 for continued difficulty getting a response from the service department. When I asked SureCritic what the pending review was now deleted, they indicated that the company must not have agreed with me. If the auto company is controlling the reviews, and not the report from the customer's experience, then SureCritic is an arm of the corporation. I see here that other people have similar experiences. I used Google and Yelp reviews without a problem. Repeatedly, the Genesis service rep does not answer the phone and doesn't return calls from messages. I have gone up the line to higher supervision and hopefully will get better results from Werner Hyundai/Genesis.
SureCritic is the most efficient reviews platform I use. I know I can trust their reviews since they have verified reviews and not filled with fake ones. I use them all the time!
Answer: Charley, Thanks for the question. Lack of verification alone will not result in a review being removed. Under the Consumer Reviews Fairness Act, the guidelines for taking down a consumer's review are pretty clear and we abide by those rules. SureCritic, like several other popular reviews sites does use an algorithm to determine which reviews are recommended and which are not recommended. Without giving all the details on our particular algorithm, I can say that it does prioritize verified reviews over non verified reviews. For a review to be a candidate for removal, it must meet at least one of the follow criteria: 1. Contains confidential or private information for example, a persons financial, medical, or personnel file information or a companys trade secrets; 2. Is libelous, harassing, abusive, obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit, or is inappropriate with respect to race, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, or other intrinsic characteristic; 3. Is unrelated to the companys products or services; or 4. Is clearly false or misleading. Thank you.
SureCritic has a rating of 3.6 stars from 63 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally satisfied with their purchases. SureCritic ranks 3rd among Local Advertising sites.
