Worst then lousy customer service - Do not buy from these people. They sent me a defective remote control. I had to send it back at my own expense. They sent me another one which was also defective. They do not check to see if the replacement is any good. Read their return policy they also charge you a 20% restocking fee for their broken products. Beware and pay a little more at a reputable site. They do not list a phone number so you can speak to them if needed.

I don't trust your company - You have too many problems when you have to hide behind answering machines on all Phone lines extensions. You don't return phone calls. Your return policy are too one-sided. NO choices for a FULL refund! Now I have to pay to return this junk. But you call this customer service - It should be called customer ripoff.

I purchased a Symbol PPT 2700 barcode scanner/PDA from this seller on Ebay. I was in the process of moving into my new house and since the scanner/PDA did not have a charging cable included, had to order a cable before I could test it. I finally received the power cable and tested the unit. The scanner, which was the feature I purchased the unit for, does not emit a laser light. The PDA itself is wonky and does not work correctly. I am not able to get back to a main (home?) screen because there is no way to close a subset screen. I requested a simple exchange for the same unit in working order and the management told me that because 60 days had passed, they would not make good on their merchandise. So now I own a PDA that doesn't do anything/a scanner that does not scan, and a separately-purchased power supply cradle and cord ($26.95 plus shipping and tax) that is useless to me. I believe the unit was known to be a non-working unit when it shipped. I am now out close to $100 and will never buy another item from this seller. The whole experience is one I hope not to repeat anytime soon.
