I DID finally receive full payment. All total I have made $645.00 since early OCtober 2019. Their customer service has been consistent, taking 48 hours to respond. I do hope they continue to provide surveys for me to complete. I will post a monthly update. Happy New Year!
Get ready for nothing but anti-conservative surveys that glorify liberals and spread false narratives in an effort to sway those who must be senile or brain dead. And good luck sending in pics of your driver's license or passport, along with a selfie, in order to get any type of compensation. You're lucky if you can make $10 a day while giving up your personal information nonstop.
I have completed two surveys tonight. I answered all the questions with detailed responses. It was a waste of time because the site didn't award any points. Avoid the site, it's a scam like most of sites of this type.
I just completed a third survey just to see what would happen. It took about 15 minutes and upon completion a message was displayed indicating that the survey is not available at the moment because it's either reached its quota or it's experiencing a technical issue. No points issued.
After attempting numerous surveys, inputting lots of qualifying information, and then getting rejected (told "oh, oh - the survey is filled"), I finally inched my way up my last $5 so I could qualify for an Amazon Gift Card and end this miserable experience with this miserable company. They were slightly better earlier this year. But, they've deteriorated a lot since then, pay next to nothing, and I'm glad to get rid of them. I'd give them a -5 rating if that were possible.
Through 2018, SurveyJunkie was worthwhile, but since then it no longer is worth trying. The 1-Minute surveys no longer work, nor do most of their surveys. The site states they cannot remedy these problems. It's a shame, because this company used to be pretty good.
Funny, you Survey Junkie people tell me I violated something, as I attempt to verify & redeem my earned points! Got nothing but a run around, only to then be cut off! Even have the nerve to suggest I move onto specifically mentioned other 'survey's sites!? Still without fulfilling your end! Well, the REVIEWS of your site prove its You Who's Violating,(breaching an agreement)! What are the odds that so many that sign up with you seem to face the same outcome as myself... scammed into doing something for you & you dont return! Shame on you "Survey Junkie"! You should be shut down for defrauding innocent people & prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for violating our rights...! Shame on you
As stated so many times by several good people, Survey Junkie starts well then goes into a rapid decline. I would really like to know if Miss Billy A. Still sings praises for them. I doubt it, and I'll wager that they dumped on her too. Some foreign Infidel is the ceo, so that may help to explain the cold hearted business policies. I would like to hear how they intend to justify this behavior on Judgement Day. John
I have been trying to get a response, ANY response, from SJ for a week now. I have had ZERO surveys since April 30, and can't redeem any points.
After several weeks I finally had over $10 to redeem, only to be told that address given was invalid. Local USPS office stated that address was, in fact, valid and all mail was deliverable. In addition, I have been receiving mail for over a year at same address including letters from social security, medicare and Medicaid as well as items ordered online. Response from company has been repeatedly the same. I realized too late that surveyjunkie.com has no other avenues to find help. Lesson learned: always look for a tel. Number and virtual help desk before doing business with anyone online. Caveat emptor and due diligence always. At least it was an inexpensive education in the perils of doing business with a less than reputable firm. Good day and good luck.
I tried 10 surveys and was t eligible for any of them. One of which took 10 minutes to find that out. Not worth it. I can make more money planning a new endeavor over sitting on my couch making Pennie's a minute. Lame! I'm ashamed of myself.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t bother. It’s a waste of your time. Spend you time thinking about a good side business like art, or a craft. You’ll enjoy your time doing it, over making pennies sitting on your couch. Come on, you’re better than that and your time is worth so much more.

I can't affirm that this is a scam site or not but I was only able to cash out and redeem my rewards to my Paypal account the first time. They send you these stupid "codes" that you can't get through to get paid. Error messages and then they block you out for an hour. I've tried both with PayPal and checking account transfer and as soon as I go thru the big trouble of putting in these long complicated *codes* I can't claim what they owe me. In the meantime there's no one to answer questions. Monday through Friday they have in their help section but we haven't heard anything back yet despite our messages. I don't think any of these survey sites are to be trusted, sooner or later they show their true colors. And they don't value those who work for them.
Tip for consumers:
This website appears to stop paying at a certain point or after your first payout if you keep working for them and get that far. Survey junkie.com has not been proven to not be a scam or deceptive

Yes, right now there is an ad on this page that says you can make up to $45 for a 20 minute survey. I think they meant 45 cents, because that is what most of the 20+/- surveys pay.
I have not had trouble redeeming points. I redeem for Amazon gift cards and have no experience with any other venues.
I have made about $50 in a month. But I put a lot of time in and the surveys are usually FAR longer than I was told.
The surveys offered are only for specific demographics. Getting shot down and making $.02 to $.03 for some failed survey's is a complete waste of time. Some of them didn't give any points at all. If you happen to be a demographic that someone cares about then it could be profitable. Not much work for a middle aged, Caucasian, Christian, Conservative, heterosexual male on the platform.
For years I have been completing surveys with them. Now all of a sudden I have "violated one of their terms"? Ridiculous, if they don't want to pay anymore just say so. Don't accuse honest people of violating terms when they haven't. Looks like there is no recourse either. Too bad.
You spend a lot of time doing surveys (which majority you don't qualify for) then they give you 3 points. I got up to $20 then it said my IP address was blocked. I finally got back on, now it says no surveys available check in a few hours. Well it's been two days! I think I'm done with survey junkie :(
Don't believe the BS. This is a scam! You'll spend your precious time answering stupid questions only to be told that you don't qualify for the survey or it's already full. The points you thought you were going to get are then reduced to 2 or 3. Positive reviews have to be fake!
This is my favourite survey site. While it's not the highest paying, they have more surveys available, and always offer 2-3 points even if you can't complete a survey, like if you don't qualify or its full.
I wish they had the option to pay via gift cards for Australians, however Paypal is sufficient
At first everything worked well I cashed out a few times and then was locked out and told I needed to verify my recent activity. I sent numerous emails because there is apparently no phone number for them. I was told the issue would be fixed in 7-10 days and that somebody would call me. Why do I need somebody to call me? Well they never did. I'm half expecting if they did it would have been some foreign sounding guy who I would have hung up on anyway. I sent them an e-mail yesterday, 16 days later telling them they owe me $15 dollars and to fix the issue or I would be happy to crucify them on review web sites. I just tried to redeem again, got to the next step and got a error saying something went wrong. Complete dumpster fire of a customer service department and joke all together. Downright theft as another person says. Total WASTE OF YOUR TIME! Avoid like the black plague! They stink and do not live up to what they promise.
Survey junkie has gone from a once robust survey site to garbage. For example, surveys are completed following all rules and expectations, but frequently are disqualified. In addition, good luck if you can complete even one survey a day.
I recently signed up for survey junkie and it took me probably 4-5 days to get to at least 5 dollars, I finally reached a little over 5 bucks and tried to redeem what I made from taking these surveys, that are very time consuming and when you finally try to redeem it it asks for picture ID. I don't know about anyone else but sending my personal identification to redeem just five bucks seems pretty fishy. Other sites won't ask you for photo ID. I find it so shady. I was looking at another review too and the person said you would find more money returning bottles and cans for refunds you'd find on the street, which is true, these surveys take a lot of time plus you won't be a victim of identity theft. I stopped at 5 bucks since I really don't want to take the risk with sending my photo ID.
I have only been with SurveyJunkie for 2 weeks and they freaking rock! I already got over $35 bucks in payouts to PayPal. With just a few hours of minimal effort. AND it was fun. Also, if you use PayPal, the payout was EXTREMELY fast. Faster than any other survey place I have used. They say it may take up to 24 hours for money to hit PayPal... but the last two payouts, I received them within the hour. Great customer service too. They promptly handle every issue.
Tip for consumers:
Stick with it. It's a numbers game. You will not get every survey you apply for. But they give you so many during the day, you will start to make some money. Plus a low payout minimum of only $10!
Survey Junkie is a complete fraud! Don't waste your time! They say they will call and verify your identity within 48 hours yet it has been over a week and a half. I have tried contacting them using their online contact form as well as via email. You cannot call direct! They owe me over 43$. If you have ever taken these surveys you know how much time you must put in to make anything. They are a total scam!
I cash out with Survey Junkie at least once a week. Even when you don't qualify for the surveys, you still get 2 to 3 points, which each point is a cent. I know it doesn't sound like a lot, but I get turned down most of them, and still cash out once or twice a week. If you stay on top of checking back with them like every 30 minutes to an hour, they are always adding new surveys. I've never had a problem with getting my money via PayPal in the same instant I redeem it.
It used to be a great site to make $100-$200 a month. Some pocket money for little expenses. I worked with them for a few years. Recently… something has changed. They have started to put older accounts on hold, excessively review and block accounts. They never give any reason. So I am not sure I will ever get my last $8. It seems a very inexperienced and aggressive and frankly paranoid manager has taken over. They also block anyone who ever complains.
I've been doing these surveys for the last 8 months with no problems until today. For some reason I can't redeem my points and the only way to address the issue is to send an email. They said my account violated one of their rules, yet I have no idea how. I answered the questions honestly, all I want is to cash in. This company just wastes peoples time!
While that title is technically true, it's not what it and others advertise. I searched for a way to make money fast and every place had this site. However, after hours of taking one survey after another, I made only $3. They say you'll qualify for 1 out of 5. I just tried 10+ in a row and never got accepted, so I'm still making no money. I'm going to try to get to $5, cash out, and close account. It's not worth it.
I liked taking surveys and making a bit of money with Survey Junkie. Recently, I have been getting a ton of sales calls from car insurance companies and health insurance companies, that must be related to the surveys. Don't know where else they would be getting my info. These businesses won't take "no" for an answer.
Also, after taking many surveys all the way through, Survey Junkie says I don't qualify and gives me either 3 points or nothing. Also getting a lot of "You are disqualified for cheating" type of messages. Huh? Why would I cheat on a survey. Anyway, Survey Junkie isn't worth it anymore.
Tip for consumers:
If you use this site, don't take any surveys that require you to give out your phone number.

This isn't a product. It is a company you take surveys for, to make some spare change.
I've been taking SJ surveys since 12/23 in my spare time to keep my brain activated.since starting I've averaged $60 per month 200 points a day. It's been great the payout is easy I forward funds to PayPal then to my checking it very simple I would highly recommend it.The extra cash comes in handy.
