“Received Full Payment”

A J.
12/29/19

I DID finally receive full payment. All total I have made $645.00 since early OCtober 2019. Their customer service has been consistent, taking 48 hours to respond. I do hope they continue to provide surveys for me to complete. I will post a monthly update. Happy New Year!

“BS Woke Liberal Surveys”

Gregg M.
10/12/24

Get ready for nothing but anti-conservative surveys that glorify liberals and spread false narratives in an effort to sway those who must be senile or brain dead. And good luck sending in pics of your driver's license or passport, along with a selfie, in order to get any type of compensation. You're lucky if you can make $10 a day while giving up your personal information nonstop.

I have been a member of this survey panel since June 2021 and have had nothing but great experiences so far. They send me survey invites consistently, which motivates me to log in and take more surveys. So far, I have earned almost $700 taking surveys on their website. No issues whatsoever with them so far, so that is a great thing. Definitely one of the best survey taking experiences I have had so far. This is a nice and easy way to make a little bit of spare cash or for gift cards in your spare time. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in taking surveys to voice your opinion and get rewarded in the process.

Tip for consumers:
Give them some time. Just as with most survey taking opportunities, you will not always be consistently racking up your points. Some days you will be on a role and some days not so much. Don't get discouraged or mad. Just keep on taking more surveys and things will work out all right in the end.

Took me a couple of weeks to reach 1,000 points only because I kept getting disqualified from every few surveys or they said it filled up. The surveys that you can complete though, give you a good amount of points for the time, such as 50 points in 10 minutes or so. I just feel that this site is sketchy, asking for your address & name. I haven't redeemed my points yet but for anybody who did do they send mail to your address to verify your account?

Will have you fill out endless long surveys then tell you over and over again the survey has "filled up", meaning they've collected the data they need but are not going to pay you anything. Total scam to collect info on consumers without paying you anything and using loopholes to do so. There should be a class-action lawsuit for fraudulent data mining.

At first I loved this site. Cashed out with $90 in about a month. I currently have over $40 to redeem and now I can't. They say I need to verify my account in order to redeem my points. I contacted customer support numerous times. Each time I get a response saying I've been put on the verification list. I've now waited over ten business days with absolutely no communication from them. I thought this site was legit, I'm beginning to think it's actually a scam.

I've put a lot of time in the surveys, I was making about $30 a week. I had cashed out twice and everything was ok but this time it said that in order to redeem my points I had to contact customer support to verify my account. I did as asked and I was suppose to be receiving a call. It's been over 2 weeks and nothing. I've sent several emails and no response. Its $50 worth I have, that was a lot of time I invested for them to not properly conduct the website. Also there's not number to call, their Facebook page only responds with one automated message and they never respond to emails.

My review is much like all the other ones. I tried to cash out for a second time and it says must verify account with someone from survey Junkie calling my phone. I've been waiting for them to call. Survey Junkie did you steal from me?

I signed up, took surveys enough surveys until I reached enough points to be able to redeem $10. I was then promoted to add my address an additional info. All of a sudden it says I violated something and can't redeem. Then it goes on to say contact customer support. Then it's 5-7 business days before you hear back. Based on others reviews I'm not holding my breath to heard back. Don't waste your time.

Survey Junkie might be a way to make income, but its definitely not a way to spend your time making it. You click on these surveys that say 100 plus points then some how or another you're kicked out because you don't have eligibility for the survey, so you're adding up all this "cents" to make zero money. And you gotta get 500 points before you can cash out. So, in short, if you were able to actually do the survey you click on and get the full credit, it'd be dope, but ya don't.

This site used to be great and it was honestly really quick for me to get to 5 bucks and cash out while on slow office days but now they make you verify your identity using drivers license or government ID or they won't let you cash out. The hell I'm getting my identity stolen over 5 dollars lol NOPE

There is nothing worse than taking 20-30 min of your time, getting to the end of a long survey, only for it to glitch at the very end and force you to "abandon survey." This has happened to me at least once a day, sometimes more often, with Survey Junkie.
I decided to try this as a way to make a little (very little) money to support my Starbucks habit. I'm watching TV and on my phone anyway, so I may as well turn a profit. However, my time is NOT free, and these surveys get you to the end, after you've done the work for them, and then you don't even get the measly 85 cents they promised. Extremely frustrating.

You sign up and you get a few points for doing the preliminary stuff but you never get any surveys.

If they don't have enough surveys to offer, they should reject you just from your basic demographic info... they don't need a name and personal information if the chances are high that your age/race/income/spending habits don't fit their surveys.

So you're out your personal identity with no way to earn. Hopefully this site is not making its profit by selling our personal info

Just signed up. First few easy surveys went fine. Then, I completed 95% of one survey that said it was worth 120 point only to be booted out and given 3 measly points. I thought it was a glitch, but no. Two more times, the same thing happened - booted out and told either that the survey "filled up" or the rest of the questions didn't pertain to me, even though it showed that I had completed almost all of the questions (and I was easily 5-10 minutes into each survey). Deleting now.

You finish a review they say you don't qualify but here's 2 post after 20 minutes of wasted time all they want is your personal info to sell to online groups who buy your personal info. When I tried to close account and have my info removed they would not accept my email return verification. Total scam artists

I was a member of Survey Junkie for over a year. I cashed out like $12, $8, $5 before. I was doing surveys and my money was close to $40. When I went to redeem it, they said my account had been cancelled for suspicious activity and they could not activate my account or redeem my money that I spent time doing to give these companies honest answers for their market research. I'm sure survey junkie got paid, but I was used. If you use this site, cash out as soon as possible. I wonder how many other accounts they do this too. Scam artists.

I earned $10, and still can't redeem my points 2 weeks later. I've emailed them several times, and have been told someone will get back to me but no one has. I keep receiving a message that there are no more surveys available, and when I've contacted customer support about this NUMEROUS times, no one responds. Do not waste your time.

I never seen such a sight like this. Survey Junkie carries you through all this hassle just to answer these personal questions about your income and where do you live just for pennies on the dollar. Then after you done wasted twenty or thirty minutes answering these questions they kick you out. Then after you done spent nearly three or four hours just to get $3 or $5.00 dollars at which you can redeem then you do everything they ask you to do then there are errors or something that is always wrong with their site. Its pointless to take these damn surveys then they don't even want to pay you after you've spent hours putting in your personal information and finding out your location. This site is a damn joke.

They are horrible. I can't redeem points! They keep asking me to verify my email and it NEVER came! I've reached 1000 points and want to cash out. When I emailed them, they just said that I was on their SPAM list and it's why I'm not getting emails. I sent a reply email and haven't heard from them! Don't waste your time!

I was a member for about 6 months making nice spending money. Then the surveys would be empty for about a week and I would get one or two. Then 2 or 3 weeks went by and no surveys. Now when I try to log in I get the message it looks like you are logging in from a country we no longer support.

They lure you in with a promise of points. You take the WHOLE survey sharing your personal information, and at the end they say - sorry, you did not qualify, here are 2 points for you. Or say "Sorry, the survey is already filled up". I will never use it again, and will close the account.
