There are many surveys I have completed, some taking 15 minutes or more. Then, after I complete the survey, I receive a late disqualification. This is a scam. You don`t get awarded points, so they`re getting free info and feedback from you, with no compensation to you. What a scam. Be careful!

Sham. Bogus. Scam. Looking for something positive here. It started out fun and interesting. It quickly devolved into something tedious, boring and repetitious. If the survey did not care for the answers or you are not a good fit, you are cut off, given a point or two for your effort. I spent hours on surveys and achieved 230 points out of 500. If you figure out the time spent vs the money made, it equates to pennies per hour. A BBB complaint may be forthcoming.

I've been asked to send passport or driving licence and live photo to withdraw £5 Amazon voucher. I did send Oyster 60+ travel photocard issued by London Transport, the only ID I have, but it was not accepted. Branded surveys is targeting charitable people only in UK, Canada and USA who will leave the reward unclaimed. I wonder who is the regulator for such businesses?

Its a scam, after they waste your time they will not pay you. I have been working on a survey using branded survey, after I get 500 PT I was not able to redeem my point.

Beware of joining unless you're okay with sending a facial picture along with a copy of your driver's license or passport. I recently joined and my first payment was deposited to PayPal with no issues. A week later they refused to pay me unless I submitted the sensitive info that could very likely end up on the dark web. There is no mention of these requirements on their website or during sign-up. I'm furious that I worked hard for a week and they are keeping my cash. I hope influencers like Tom Blake mention this when he does his annual review of the top survey sites.

Besides their long, crappy surveys, that are most difficult to qualify for, when you finally DO get to a lousy minimum $5.00 "reward," their new verification system requires you to upload your freaking driver's license as proof you exist! I had been on this site for over two years and cashed in a few of those measly 5 dollar "rewards" and never had to give up such personal identification to receive the money. Somehow they don't recognize me after all that time and want my driver's license? FORGET IT! AVOID Branded Surveys!

Too many unpaid and unrewarded yet completed surveys with no explanation provided. They can tell if you're going to fast or too slow while you do the survey but they can't figure out how to be honest about why the technical errors happens regularly? What did I do wrong after 20 minutes of giving away my info. And for what? One lousy penny! Start being honest and it might look good on you as right now you look like an incompetent business

Often. Times, I've found that the balance between time & effort doesn't always quite align with the reward or return if you will. But taking into consideration, that most positive results and rewards in this case typically takes time, so patience, and consistent effort for the most part will yield a positive outcome. So statements like "you get out of it, what you put into it" could ring true in certain situations or circumstances like this with taking surveys.

I have been having difficulties accessing my account. The support service icon has no room to click for help or support.

I'm rather surprised that Branded is only rated as being in 3rd place for survey companies. I have been with Branded for almost a year and my overall experience is very positive. Yes, there have been a few quirks, nothing major. When I do request assistance I always get a response. I especially appreciate the speedy way of claiming the reward Gift cards. Thank you Branded!

Branded surveys is a scam, they let you get to about 70ish points away from cash out then every survey you click on has "filled up". Waste of space on the internet. Dont bother with them

The site is very good way to loose your labour after obtainkng the hope of withdrawal.
The companies have gotten what they want but not you

Branded "Surveys" is nothing more than a scam to help 2 companies make money off of people just trying to make a few extra dollars. It takes (FOREVER) to "cash out" and make even $5.00, the average points (65) for a very long survey is 12 minutes, then after you do "cash out" they send you an email that it will be reviewed in 1 to 2 business days? Just pay people the pennies you offer and STOP! Trying to make even more money off of peoples time and effort.

Most of the time when you click a survey, it tells you the survey is full. I've also had the site kick me out of the survey when I am almost done, so I don't get the points. Shady site.

Update: I earned 348 points and then received the following message:

Scam site, don't waste your time. Everyone should report this site to the BBB.
