SurveySavvy has a rating of 2.9 stars from 16 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. SurveySavvy ranks 34th among Survey sites.
They are reliable, offer quick surveys, let you request a check once you accumulate one buck and sometimes pay five or more bucks for a survey. Also, you can get more money from taking surveys by installing their Savvy Connector, a safe plug-in. Thank goodness that it now takes them just a week or less to issue you a check after you request your payment. In closing, it would help if they let you cash out through PayPal and get paid instantly.
Was asked to do review of toilet cleaners. 3 weeks into it I started the second one. Went to do the survey and was disqualified (my family is large 1 bottle didn't last that long so I opened the second... though only used it 1 day.) Legit waste of time and annoying I did everything they asked. No where did it say don't use the second bottle... it ONLY said use first, use second. Attached was their response. I would rather have my effort and time back than 10$... so yeah... I do not recommend surveysavvy.

Survey Savvy's surveys
Surveysavvy,
Twice they did not want to pay me. I completed a survey program last year and had to beg for my pay. Once again, they've found a loophole and are trying to get out of paying me.
Their portal is always down and link broken. Twice they've said my account was inactive as a way to get out of crediting my account.
The most I've ever made is a few bucks total. I'd steer clear of them.
One of the absolute best survey sites I could be apart of. They have quality survey fun projects and with they're help my kids Christmas was awesome. They pay accordingly for the surveys you take. I am proud to be part of it.
I cannot recommend dealing with this business. They are unreliable and deliberately play games. I have been waiting for my August check for two months, and they are well aware of it. I am also now waiting for my October check.
I have literally had to re-install this software on my computer THREE times and every single time it goes to no working on my computer after a day or so... for a bit it works fine, and then it's gone. I should have accumulated $5.00 by now, but I have to restart every time it does this!
I have been doing surveys with them for a little over a year I think, and have cashed out 3 times.
Pros-They pay you, the pay per survey is very nice compared to most survey sites, you don't have to hook up with 3rd party crap, you don't receive junk emails, and you get incentives for referrals.
Cons-They don't have a dashboard so you have to keep track of your own surveys, they pay you by check and it seems the check takes a long time to get to me. Getting paid by check is a pretty big inconvenience for me, especially during this Covid time, my bank is still not open on the inside and the drive thru is a huge mess. I have only had one problem with them; I was not credited for all the surveys I had done. I emailed them, gave them the survey numbers and they promptly corrected it. Some might find it not exciting because they only offer cash as a reward, but I personally like that. I plan on staying for awhile.
I go on this site often to do surveys and "don't qualify" for 70-80% of them. Don't qualify means they're not going to pay you for your time. That is really annoying because of the total waste of my time. However when I do "qualify" I'll make between $1 and $5 for that survey, and the next check that I'm waiting for is for $20. But I think it took me 5 months to make 20 bucks so I don't really take this thing seriously; I figure if I have a few spare minutes I might as well attempt to make some money, so then I do a survey. My overall impression is "meh". Oh! And those $2 surveys that are from their "partners" are completely worthless, do not even bother wasting your time on those. My experience is taking these types of surveys will just give them your information for them to use and you will get no Financial reward because... lo and behold! At the end of all of those you are likely going to be disqualified like I have been -- this means no payout. I avoid partner surveys like the plague.
I have Savvy Connect on my laptop and the $5.00 payment is usually loaded to my account every month on the 5th. It is now April 10,2019 and nothing. I contacted support and someone named Colin told me that the VIP members will get their accounts credited within 2-3 weeks which is a lie. I have screenshots of months where the money was credited on the 5th. Survey Savvy is full of it. They flip-flop, lie and make excuses for everything. I also have two projects that are still active and I would get $10 a month from one of them, and the last time I received a credit was in 2018. But as I said, they're still active. I took a screenshot, sent it to customer support and I received a idiotic answer as if I had to do their research for them. Survey Savvy is not consistent, they are disreputable and you never know if you're going to be credited or not. And in the era of Paypal, why on earth would they still send out paper checks? I want my money and I will go to the BBB or file a complaint to the state Attorney's office. They can't continue to operate like this.
That waiting 2 weeks to 6 weeks aint cool sometimes i wish they credited my account faster than that long i see potential in this site i been paid multiple times
I have this app installed on my computer for a lousy $5 a month. I don't know how many times it says it's crashed and then it takes out my computer. Today was the last straw. I have cancer and am dying. I had tabs open of all my doctors this coming week, tabs of houses I was looking at to DIE in, cars I was looking at to buy before I die and it crashed and I can't get any of it back. This has LITERALLY RUINED MY LIFE. I now have no idea what houses I've been looking at (was looking in 12 states), what cars, or what doctors appts I have coming up. THIS APP HAS LITERALLY CAUSED ME TO DIE IN MISERY NOW.

an app that wiped out my life
I've tried a lot of survey sites, and most of the surveys pander to middle-aged working classmen despite providing surveys for "all demographics". I however wasn't buying it and hesitantly joined Surveysavvy. Easy process. Most surveys pay around $1 apiece and the questions are straightforward but don't lull you to sleep. The best part is: the min. Payout is $1.
I've qualified for 90% of the surveys sent to me, the other 10% having to do more with the suspension of the survey for further use. One thing that may irk some is that they RARELY email you for surveys. I think I've only 2 surveys and it's been almost two months... But they do have the other option of downloading the SavvyConnect App on your phone or PC/laptop and earn money just for letting them track your searches and activities. I personally haven't downloaded it for privacy concerns I haven't yet addressed with staff, but the site seems to be really considerate of the privacy its users want preserved.
I recommend that you join, though if you're a survey junkie like I am, don't only rely on this site. Instead, wait for the infrequent bi-monthly survey emails to earn a few extra bucks.
Made lots of money so far. Every now and then they have issues with surveys quitting but I've made real money I like it
Survey site down a lot pay out almost never dont waste your time on it. I will not use it again poor site
I love doing this survey and giving my opinions about things like movies and many other different opinions

(#2.) Taking surveys.
[*note: most important thing is to be consistent w/ answers. Inconsistency about yourself will result in disqualification.]
Surveys are obviously more time consuming BUT! Here's the problem- ultimately you don't always get paid for your time. Here's how... ( See my uploaded video for example)
• Click on a survey offer. Begin.
• Answer pre-qualifying questions to "see if you are the right fit for this survey".
The questions are very specific to the topic (it's effectively a survey.) This process can be long and strenuous.
• In the end, you are judged based on your answers on whether or not you qualify for the survey.
- After not qualifying for 20 surveys in a row, it starts to seem like the pre-qualifying process IS the actual survey; your "not qualifying" is a ploy for them to avoid actually paying you for your time and answers.
- I've attempted 100's of surveys- only qualifying for a handful of them. The time spend on the pre-survey should pay. Occasionally it will give you a few cents when you don't qualify but not often.
- I've wasted a ton of time of attempting surveys to no avail. They've certainly gotten plenty of answers to out of me for free throughout.
- Because of the lack of transparency, we don't really know if the business paying the survey site is using these answers as their results or not.
Either way, there's nothing more precious than your time. Unfortunately the surveys waste so much of it that they aren't worth doing. I would definitely recommend SavvyConnect, though.
I wrote this review to help you out.
Help me out by using my referral link, please! It will give me additional incentives and really help right now <3
