These guys are great! Thier sevice knowledge is on point. They know their stuff. Had a question about the shocks they sent and they were able to pull up all the factory and aftermarket specs on the spot. Plus the shocks got here WAY faster than I thought they would. I would recommend these guys every time.

The return was then catalogued and promised to be put back on my card. I woke up the next morning to see that at 3AM, 8 hours after my return was promised to be fulfilled, the item was rush shipped and a label was created. Kind of wild. I reached back out and was put on the line with their return processor ROSE who was no help at all. She assured me no return was processed and that I didn't speak to anyone able to do that. Forced to eat a 20% restocking fee and having to pay for the return shipping, I had to list the item on Facebook market place. AVOID THIS COMPANY

More than two weeks later and my order hasn't even shipped. Finally got a generic email saying wait four weeks for my order to ship. The item was supposed to be "in stock". Communication has been horrible. I wish I would have checked this company out before ordering.
Suspension connection is down right terrible at communication. I never did hear back from my emails over the 3 weeks i sent them nor did i get a shipping notification. My order was missing parts too! Seriously!? Never again. They lost a 4x4 customer 4 life.

Ordered a set of Tuff Country springs for my Jeep. They were claimed to provide 4" lift. Installed one and found that was not accurate. Contacted them and even shared a photo of my old worn out spring next to their new one. Even with my old one worn out and flattened in the center, it was still 1.5" or more taller than their new ones. I contacted them, shared the pic, and they still refused to take them back without me paying return shipping and a 15-20% restocking fee. I tried to argue the point with their returns dept, but to no avail. Their web site advertises "easy returns" - a lie. And they refuse to stand behind a product that is falsely advertised as something it isn't. Now I'm out about $250 for a pair of these springs and will still be out about $75 to end them back.

Suspension Connection recommended a specific shock for my vehicle, it did not fit. I was not upset, I returned them as per their request. That was over one year ago, I have yet to receive a refund. I email them every few weeks and receive simple responses, such as; "working on it." Absolute joke. I do not recommend doing business with Suspension Connection in any form. I wish I could rate them with zero stars.

My order was placed on 5/6/21, my credit card was charged, and I have yet to receive my order, nor any communication stating the status of it. I called the business number, and was on hold for over 2 hours, and no one ever picked up, just a recording saying wait time was 30-45 minutes. I have emailed them, more than once, and have had no response. Once I get my money back, or items in, I will never use this company again. Communication goes a long way with me, and they do not possess those skills. At all.

I wish I could give them negative stars but I can't, please don't waste your time or money dealing with this company. When my order was place website said 5 to 7 days to have airbags and deployment system, we have waited over 2 weeks and I received half my order but no email on the shipping. I have called multiple times and I have been told that it will be shipped next week (Third week in a row) today I spoke with some lady and she told me that it want ship till next week and when I ask to speak someone else she told me that they are going to tell me same thing. This lady has terrible customer service and was very rude most of the call. Please don't waste your money! I will never order another thing with this company.
They are slow don't ever seem to help you figure anything out or even know what they are doing it took me a month and a half to get a 2" lift for my 97 gmc that they said I would have in 2 week then they didn't ship the shocks with it and had to wait two more weeks

I ordered a lift kit they obviously took my money instantly. After 3 weeks of not getting a shipping confirmation I got the runaround for another week with no answers. I then ordered another lift kit from another company and received it within 4 days. I called suspension connection to refund my money they sent me a refund receipt and said it would be 5 to 10 business days we are now on week 3 and have opened a dispute. I called one last time and the person on the phone gave me a story about how the money is lost in ether and they don't know when it'll be available? I'm calling bull$#*!!

Placed order 20 days ago, order was suppose to ship in 10 to 14 days and nothing in the way of shipping information. I have called 2 times, the last time I waited 33 minutes to be hung up on thier end. Sales answers quickly but wont give any help as they say they dont have access to the computer orders.
They quickly take payment but thats all they do, luckily I used my credit card so I will be contacting my card company to cancel the order.

My product never showed up. I called and there number directs you to online due to the pandemic they won't except calls. I emailed and got a email back told them what was going on and they have ignored me kept my money refusing a refund.
Do not get scammed from this company like they did me. They have a policy in place that allows them to send you damaged product and stick you with it. They shipped me a set of Tuff Country springs in no box just with a shipping label on them. They arrived one at a time over 4 days and were severely damaged due to their poor shipping process. But why would they spend the time or money on packaging when they dont cover cosmetic damaged to their product. They will accept the return with a 20% restocking fee, and me pay for the shipping back. That adds up to over $800 for me to return their damaged lift kit back to them. Spend a few more dollars and order from a reputable company, which this is not.

I bought Upper control arms for my Tundra. The website said nothing about instock or backorder. 1 month later and they told me they were on back order. This product was already paid for. I see that as steeling. The number *******760 has a busy signal and thats the ONLY number available. Worthless company and will never purchase from them again
Found their site by a Google search. Was looking to place an order and they offered a 5% discount if you signed up for text and email alerts. When trying to place order I kept getting a error message stating that my discount code was no good. I tried to call twice for an explanation but received a message both times that my hold time would be an estimated 45 minutes. Sent them an email in which it took them 9 days to respond back. They informed me that the code I received normally only works with in-house products. This was never identified when signing up for the discount. I should of checked the BBB before trying to utilize this company. They're several complaints against them.

This is the #1 worst online store I've ever dealt with. Ordered a kit. They shipped the completely wrong kit. Now they are refusing to accommodate an exchange or return. Every time i call i get a run around. The person i spoke with today said they basically aren't even a parts company. They just connect you to the manufacturer, and they have no control over accuracy or quality. I have now paid for a kit that doesn't fit my truck, and she said the person handling my account isn't allowed by company policy to talk on the phone. Lol. I am not even mad anymore. Just in disbelief. For the love of God, don't order a damn thing from this scammer company.

I called the day after I ordered to cancel and order and was told it was no problem. Two weeks later still no refund, and they were no longer taking phone calls due to covid. Sent them an email as they requested in the phone recording and heard nothing after another week. Filed a claim with my bank and they denied the claim and shipped the part out. I ended up receiving the part a month after it was ordered and after I had already purchased something else. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company that promises one thing and does the exact opposite. I bought a body lift for my 06 ranger. Never received it after 20 emails back and forth from them and over 25 calls. (Takes about 2hrs for anyone to pick up). I gave the product over 4 months to be shipped and delivered and ended up getting a refund which took about 3 weeks to return back on my card. Terrible customer service and don't expect to receive anything you buy on that website.

Ordered 2/27/20 was told will receive 4-5 business days. Reseved first email 7 days later telling me item out of stock will be available in 10 days. 7 days later reserved another email will not ship out till 4/3/20. Called in and talked to manager gave me two different stores B/S! Was to refund $25 to PayPal 10 days later still no refund wow. Called in today 3/30/20 cancelled order and was told there will be a restocking fee even though I never received item and it will take up to 15 days to get my refund of almost $500.00 this is crazy don't do business with these people.
