I ordered a set of airbags for my truck they took my money immediately it said ships 3 to 5 days I get an email if not received after 20 days email us sent 3 emails no response stayed on hold over 45 minutes no answer. After 25 days I ordered from someone else delivered next day. I sent an Email to cancel order once again no response new airbags are on my truck and low and behold with no warning at all the bags show up. I email to send them back No Response! Again
Buyer beware do not do business with this company you will regret it. BBB is my next email to let them know also

I ordered complete set of Bilstine shocks for my 18 silverado 2500 hd on april 4 2021 got e-mail with order number right away saying it would be shipped in 7-10 days.one month later, several phone calls being on hold for over hour and a half no one answered no response to email I am very upset! This order was over $400

I purchased Rite Rite helper springs from them in August of 2023. The listing title on their website said the springs fit my year, make, & model pickup truck. Only if you scrolled way down the listing, you would find info that these helper springs are only compatible with a "leaf spring under axle" configuration, which was not my truck and was in contradiction with the listing title (and with the picture on the listing). Contacted their tech support and they told me I needed the springs for a 4x4 (not my 2wd truck) which I then purchased from them. They accepted no responsibility for the error and not only refused to pay for return shipping but also charged me an 18% restocking fee for the item which was never installed or even removed from the original container. The item price with tax was $498.35 and they charged me $90.82 which on top of the $35 return shipping meant I was out $125 for a perfectly resalable item. Never buying from them again.

Going on 8 weeks still no lift kit. 2 responses saying I'll get tracking # from supplier. Bull$#*!! I'll be contacting Bob today.
I got a new jeep, ordered lift kit the next day. I couldn't wait to see my jeep up higher but 8 weeks later still no lift kit.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. As I assure you they dont even care! Ordered a product over 10 days ago, no tracking, no communication. Sent an email to find out where is my product, gues what... NO response. I called and spoke with them, after waiting on hold the female on the phone could have cared less about my troubles. Stated the package wasnt even shipped out yet... 11 days later, are you kidding me. I asked to cancel the order and was 10 TEN days to get a refund. Never again will I ever consider ordering, they heard how angry I was with this issue and didnt care less. What a waste of my time, and looking over other reviews, this is a business practice they have been doing for 4 years. No wonder they are not an accredited business!

I placed my order and didn't receive a status update for more than 3 weeks. I sent an email and was given a bogus tracking number. After 60 days and 4 attempts through email and phone I gave up a did a charge back.

Do Not Buy Anything from this website. I return a product to their store almost 2 months ago, still waiting for my money to be refunded, I spoke to 5 different people they all give me a total stupid answer, And their sales associates Don't know $#*!.
Go somewhere else.

I only received half of my order. Called multiple times. If you like being put on hold for 2 plus hours to speak to someone about your missing items just to get disconnected. Please call them about your missing items.

Purchased from website that was showing in-stock waited for 4 days and had to call to find out that it was on back order for more then 30day no communication for company or anything poor customer service and website need better updating

This company is a joke they in fact do not have material and parts in stock they are a third party half wit supply company their lead times and ship dates I mean nothing to them as they do not have material in stock

I try to get a refund but still waiting. They don't respond very fast. When I ordered the item they said it would be 5-7 weeks then a couple more weeks. Then 4 more. Then I asked for refund and waiting for a response..

Misleading when placing the order on delivery date. Called to ask why it is a week and haft out when I was told it would ship from my neighboring state verses from clear across the country. I called and asked for a supervisor to give me an explication on why because I would not have ordered it had I known. She could careless about me being misinformed. I suspected training the sales reps that took my order and she could careless about that sugestión too. I asked for her name and title for this review I'm going to write, that to she could careless about.
I would have never purchased from them had I read these reviews first or got a straight answer when purchasing the airbags.

I ordered a 3 inch body lift for a Toyota pickup, they sent one for a bronco. I contacted them (Haily) several times, finally they said yes it was their fault. They had sent me someone's order. Then, they sent me a paid postage to return the item so I sent it back. I called 2 weeks later to see what the status was and they couldn't give me an answer. After 2 months, I ask for my money back, $179.00 and they basically laughed at me and told me no. Its funny you cant put reviews on their site.

Ordered radius arm lift brackets and they sent me 2 left sides. And of course you can call. Still waiting for an email response but not very hopeful. Don't waste your money.

Canceled my order after 2 weeks of zero communication. Dont bother with these idiots, theres plenty of legitimate companies out there that want to keep your business. UPDATE: 2 weeks after cancelling my order and zero contact from the "company" I had to get the BBB involved to get my refund. Emails and social media posts completely ignored, refund within a few hours of BBB contact. Basically they think you will just walk away from your money if they ignore you, but dont want to look bad on BBBs site. Even though there is multiple reviews of them doing the same thing on there. Selling items they dont have, then ingoring requests for refunds. Run away!

3 weeks and still have not reserved my parts was told they were on back order was supposed to have them in 4-5 business days now I'm waiting 2 weeks for a refund worst company ever...

Ordered energy suspension kit Jan 2 order never shipped called cust service told me I or Derek on Jan 10 called back on Jan 19 still didn't ship was informed they don't have the parts in stock and I did order Jan 2 they canceled order stay away from them they are a fly by night organization

The lift kit I ordered from them had missing parts and they don't answer the phone or e-mails. My mistake was not coming on this site before I ordered

Do not buy from these scammers. They will try to steal your money. It took 3 months and dozens of phone calls to get a refund. They tried to steal my money.

Worst ever. Can't reach anyone and they stole 2200$ form my bank. No products and no service. No phone number that works and no response to emails. This has been a fraud from the start

Ordered 3" tuff country suspension lift and Body mount with 1" lift for my 1997 Tacoma truck on 09/24/2021 waited 3 weeks called them and the girl (she was very nice and helpful) tuff country waiting on the Shocks and they will ship it in 3-4 weeks and the body mount the don't have in stock and it will be shipped on oct 18 a week later I got my 3" suspension lift from tuff country which is was missing the pre load spacer I called tuff country and (awesome) they shipped it over night I got it within 23 hours. I called on the 20th tolled the girl i didn't get my order she said she is sorry for that and checked and said it will be shipped Nov 1 I didn't get it so I ordered on from Cardid and called Suspension Connection and cancelled my order
